Same here. I was shocked. In all the Below Deck iterations, this was a first. Couldn't help but wonder, what would have Captain Lee done if spoken to like that? Fired the kid on the spot ?

Ryan is horrendous. But I don't think he gets fired.

Not a spoiler. Just my opinion. Looks like Jamie (bosun), Magda (3rd stew), and maybe Bennye's (deck crew) jobs are on the line. I know it looks like Ryan is too, but he was just on WWHL and usually they don't have "fired" cast members come to New York to do that show. Appear on the reunion, yes, but not come on WWHL. Note: Jamie, Magda, and Bennye have *NOT* appeared on WWHL.

Agreed on rounding out the seafood dinner with other side dishes. I also saw little Ryan the great chef on WWHL in recent weeks. And guess what ? He really is the same little cocky, chip on shoulder, unlikeable, emotionally immature, defensive, unevolved, kid we see on BD.

Re: the real time break up of Shep and Taylor. I feel for her, as the current season show is still running and all the awkwardness that presents. Then we'll have the usual reunion show. Don't all cast members of any Bravo show have to show up at the reunion to get paid? So will Taylor have to show and face Shep ? I am sure she could use the money, versus trust fund baby Shep. Shep should be a gentleman for once - and not attend the reunion.

That helmet was mortifying. I felt for Bennie, who actually took it in good humor in the public/group setting. I think I've been there somewhere in my own life. Being publicly humiliated. It was painful.

I can tell them apart, but their close look a likes is going to drive me nuts this season. Plus the same body type and cute-sy demeanor. May I also add, that Natalya, with the glasses, looks like that awful Congresswoman, Lauren Boebert, from Colorado. So off putting. I dont want to think about her when I see Natalya. Marcos ,from the most recent season of Below Deck Yachting. Incredibly talented, and stable, mature, with a nice personality.

Agreed ! Just watched Thursday's WWHL with Madison and Venita. So obvious that Madison got herself new chompers. They are way too big for her mouth. Its looks like she has inserted someone else's teeth. Seems like she is uncomfortable with speaking with them as well. That is one baaaad cosmetic dentist. And Madison is not good in these interviews. Venita, on the other hand is quite well spoken, confident, and poised. I think Madison's role on SC will be short lived.

I thought the same thing. Erica was amping it up for the cameras. Especially the laying on the couch bit and talking to herself. Phuleeze.

I will watch when it moves over to air on Bravo. Hopefully only a few weeks later. Just like they did with Ultimate #1. I don't know, this one looks particularly like a very bad out-of-control drunk fest. Thought Dorinda had cleaned up her act. The antics look ridiculous and contrived. I'm in.😉

Re: Caroline Stanbury and her former life on "Ladies of London" - Just a heads up that Bravo is re-airing Season 3 (from late 2016) today June 8th, from 6am to 2pm EST. The last episode is titled "Dubai Felicia" where Caroline gets ready for her move to Dubai. I

Caroline Stanbury (the blonde), was a featured cast member on the now defunct "Ladies of London" (on Bravo). I loved loved that series. Sadly it only ran 3 or 4 seasons round about 2015 . Stanbury was married to her 1st husband then, Cem, with whom she had 3 kids. They ended the series with her leaving London and moving to Dubai with him for his work. As you see, she has since divorced him and married the new 27 year old, Sergio. Interesting. A 15 year difference in their ages. From the interwebs: "Caroline Stanbury said Ladies of London didn't endure because it wasn't positioned as a Bravo Housewives series. The show was canceled in 2017 after three seasons but amassed a loyal fanbase. "

You would have had a case in which to go to HR. Not suggesting a lawsuit, but people, especially in the workplace where there is a structured hierarchy should be called what they ask to be called. No nicknames unless given permission by the employee. My husband's real first & middle names are James Steven. He has ALWAYS, in a decades long career in the same industry, plus in his personal life, gone by "Steve", never "James". Cut to new young cocky boss comes on board at Husband's company. Husband reports directly to him. Boss starts calling my husband, "Jimmy" , in group settings & staff meetings. Husband never gave him permission. IN fact we thought, how did new boss even know about the quiet legal first name. Boss had to look it up. Clearly a way for boss to razz/hassle/abuse my husband. Diminish him in a passive aggressive way. Jimmy ? Not even Jim for a grown man. We were advised by HR that was a NO NO. Husband let it go. Bit his lip. Boss eventually got fired. For other unprofessional stuff. Tee Hee. Justice.

As much I don't care for the adolescent, immature Ashley, I did not care for the latest guest(s) calling her "Smashley". It is essentially name calling and a put down. And people should not take your name, presumably what you prefer to be called, and twist it into a pejorative for their pleasure. Actually Ashley was good natured about it.

I cannot stand that Sarah Sherman. Notice, all she ever does in any sketch, is emphatically SCREAM HER LINES IN THE SAME VOICE. She has no range of comedic skills or acting.

So agreed. Cant stand her.

Sorry, but I didn't find one sketch that was funny. Maybe the stupid people video, sort of. But barely. Natasha Lyonne was delightful with her quirky personality, and the girl does have acting chops! But as said upthread, she didnt have much to work with in terms of great written sketches.

So is Dasher, Asher, Prancer, her 16 yr old fiance' (cough) the father of Diana Jenkins' baby girl ? Talk about a boy toy ! I also have to comment on Lisa Rinna's yellow suit. Goawd, that was awful. So masculine with the power wide shoulders, the garish neon form head to toe. The wrapped neck thing. She wore a similar suit last year on WWHL. It was a bright kelly green head to toe. Awful. She often dresses like shit on this show. Besides being ugly, the suit was an strange choice. Love her or hate her, she has a nice figure, why didnt she wear a pretty cocktail dress. Something more feminine and softer to compliment Harry?
