  1. I rewatched and yeah, she just confirmed Sarah comes from Project LEDA. So, big old nevermind on my previous comment. But I still do think Sarah and Felix have a connection. 1 set to the state. Then you have Mark and Helena - to the church
  2. And then she laughed maniacally just like Louise. That made me howl with laughter (I fully acknowledge I bring the crazy with my family).
  3. Over at io9, the Night King appearance is kicking up some awesome ideas. One of the legends says he was a Stark so Bran's storyline could get a lot more interesting if Bran can stop being a tree. The changes to Jon and Bran's stories in this episode felt fine to me. For so many books I was angsting over how close they were to finding each other. I really hope the show will keep the Elayne Stone alias for Sansa. The fact that she needed to keep up an act for her own aunt made Lyssa seem more unstable/creepy. Another cool thing to note is that the Night King was with a woman who had ice blue eyes, white hair, and skin as cold as snow. If you flip all of that, red hair, eyes of fire, and warm skin who do you get?
  4. Ugh, I deeply disliked this episode. How dare Emma snap at a mouthy teenager! I really hoped Charming was toast. Of course that didn't happen because writers can pull magic rules out of their asses. Why didn't Regina try to save her father the same way? There were only two things I liked: Hook fessing up about his mouth draino curse and Neil being the one who set the wheels in motion to find Emma. I think this is probably going to be my last season of OUAT. If I was a Captain Swan shipper, maybe I could suffer through season 4... I don't care about any of these characters anymore.
  5. That is one of the sweetest and funniest episodes of the show! And I fear I might be turning into Aunt Gayle.... SQUAT SQUAT SQUAT!
  6. Yeah, this isn't Fringe.
  7. I really hope you're critiquing the character Luke not slamming Tony Geary's homosexuality....
  8. Since Mrs. S confirmed in the recent episode, #2, that she was part of Project Leda, I'm back on board with the idea that Felix is a clone brother. Also, the young black haired Prolethian guy looks vaguely like Felix...
  9. Yes. Kiera and the Freelancers scenes are in the 2 Alecs timeline. The other "original" timeline collapsed so the show only has 1 timeline, the 2 Alecs one.
  10. I thought this was an excellent episode! I have to admit, I got a little worried about Carlos and the dead body going into creepy territory. I liked how Kiera was spouting off about protecting the system in 2014 but we saw her in the future bucking the system. I don't think it's necessarily hypocrisy more like selective memories. So Alec Prime knows the deal with Alec 2 but he can still find out about Kiera 2...
  11. Bjorn's chick also looks like Deena Martin
  12. Wow. I knew Moira was toast when she admitted knowing Oliver is The Arrow. I thought she would be eventual toast. WOW. She was going to tell them Malcolm was alive - argh! Oh yeah, no present day Laurel immediately made this episode good. Some of the dialogue was atrocious though. I was giggling like a loon over Sara's speech about giving her soul to the devil. Girl chill the fuck out and hang with the Winchesters.
  13. I am a sucker for anything 70's (Argo and American Hustle are nostalgia porn for me). I thought the fact that delusional mob guy let the 70's ruse last so long was mean and could have been explained well by maybe him complimenting Martha's work or them reminiscing at the disco. Did Ryan/Seamus remind anyone of Matthew McCoughnay? Here are fun facts. In 1978... Nathan was 7 Stana was born Susan was 36 Jon was 8 Seamus was 2 Tamala was 4 Penny was 17
  14. And... that's when my interest in the show dropped to pre-Hydra levels. Not interested in the Sky and Ward hour thank you very much.
  15. I don't really see the Cersei and Jaimie scene as rape. Yes, she said no repeatedly and he took her by force. But I guess in my mind these are two effed up characters and everything they do falls in the depraved sex category. Mod edit: Book information does not belong in this thread.
  16. Sooo I'm incredibly confused. When did the events of The Millers Daughter take place? After this episode chronologically?
  17. I see absolutely not connection between the two shows besides having a brunette female lead. In my opinion, Orphan Black is better. Thanks to Tatiana and the show-runners having a clear direction. I know Dollhouse had a lot of network interference issues so that muddied the overarching story. Orphan Black is about clones played by one actress. Dollhouse is about programmable humans played by the same character.
  18. Ugh, this episode dragged and felt un-necessary. First off, what kind of security does the Arrow cave have? They leave important hardware out in the open and do nothing after Slade breaks in. They only needed one island flashback scene not several. Ivo ,"You can cure mirakuru. I'll give you the key if you kill me quick." Oliver, "Blammo." No shaky damsel holding a gun so you are forced to ponder about how far Sara has fallen. Since we can't discern from acting, I loved all the visuals of Laurel Lance the Thinker. Why did Slade bring a sword to the lab confrontation? He looked ridiculous gesturing with it. John Barrowman can't return quick enough! I would love it if he just winds up offing Slade.
  19. No, Fury ordered it. May was pointing out that they don't know if the person who ran TAHITI was Hydra or not. Okay, I'm a little confused. On rewatch, May says Fury ordered the surgery but did not oversee Tahiti. So, is what happened to Coulson two parts? Repairing his heart with blue goop = surgery. Brain tinkering = TAHITI? I think my confusion is due to Coulson's Tahiti illusion and the blue guy being behind a door marked Tahiti.
  20. Quick question. Was there a new episode today? Were there a couple scenes worth watching? I live in Boston and we had marathon programming all day.
  21. That was a fantastic hour. Still a lot to process. The fact that Coulson was brought back not due to Fury's orders is kinda huge and creepy. I had a hunch that the Guest House was Hydra. Darn Hydra and their fascination with blue... I thought Clark Gregg did a good job with his snow meltdown (pun intended). But I'm unable to be critical of his acting or character. It's like someone programmed my brain to be on the same wavelength... WAITAMINUTE!
  22. Damn DVRing... the internet is not rejoicing as much as I had hoped! But tumblr is cracking me up now. All throughout this episode I was thinking, "Yeah, yeah get this out of the way for the wedding." I have to say even though they made Reek's injuries less apparent, Alfie did a great job showing how broken he is.
  23. I have absolutely no idea why this Natalie chick feels the need to apologize to Drew. He doesn't own her and she's an independent girl so what's up with the bullshit slut shaming storyline? Also, hello Natalie is basically a younger version of his mom looks-wise. And I will gladly pick up Julia's leftovers (Ed is more my speed - love the actor).
  24. I gave up on the show after four episodes but got drawn back due to a Marvel comics nut friend. While I do agree overall about the complaints regarding the show but there are aspects that point to show salvageability (for me at least) I am actually interested in the overarching mysteries - blue alien juice and Clairvoyant I care about what happens to more than half the cast. Seeing what the writers are able to produce when let off the MCU yoke is exciting.
