I'm confused by Anna Marie's shaving her head. She said she was just doing natural chemo. I don't think she is having real chemo. Maybe she shaved her head to shut people up? I asked about radiation, but they never answered my question. Don't people with stage 2A breast cancer get radiation? I'll believe she's stopping the baby train and getting real chemo if she's not pregnant for two or more years!

Sarah Mally had her guests make videos; you could check those for inspiration! 😉😂 Seriously though just say you're happy for your friend. Maybe tell a story (not too embarrassing since you don't know who's watching.) I would say that you've know that this friend has good judgment/is a good judge of character/ has good taste in men, etc. and you're sure that the person she chose is special/is the right person to spend her life with, etc. Then wish them many years of happiness.

It's a monogram. Here's a some info from on monograms: "For an individual, the first name initial is followed by the last and middle. The last name initial (center) is larger than those on the side." Southern Living I have never understood why the last name goes in the middle. Also apparently it must be for Khloe. Kaci's middle name is Lynn and Khloe's middle name is Eileen.

Josh & Anna Smuggar: A Series of Unfortunate Events
Temperance replied to maraleia's topic in Counting On
At least the lemon outfit is so much cuter than the last one with five different patterns. -
Sarah Mally wrote a book called Before you Meet Prince Charming, which the Duggar girls read. She is the oldest of three siblings. She and her sister Grace were both unmarried for a long time. Grace got married last year around age 31. Sarah, the current bride, is 41. The other family with sisters not married is the Maxwells. None of their daughters are married, but their sons are. Sarah Maxwell is 38, Anna Maxwell is 27, and Mary is 24. The black pregnant woman is the groom's sister-in-law. She is married to his brother. The only other black people I saw were their children. Sarah is now married and Grace got married in November. Stephen is still unmarried. He was allowed to move out. He could be an fundie match for Jana.

Joy and Austin: This One Time At Family Camp

She'd better get used to it. Austin will keep her pregnant until she can't have babies anymore. -
Happy Birthday Mr. Norris! I have not been feeling great. I finally decided it was warm enough to open a window and now I'm enjoying the fresh air.

Derick has to be one of those.

Joy and Austin: This One Time At Family Camp

The Maxwell girls are notorious for using a vest as the second "modesty layer". (FJ decided to name a million threads after their vests for some reason.) Also it could she's self-conscious about how big she is. Joy worked hard to lose weight between pregnancies, but she's has a fuller figure naturally and she tends to be huge while pregnant. She is in due mid-August so she has 3 1/2 months to go. -
Her father said that he wasn't successful as matchmaker and only God can bring people together. Considering they both have a passion for ministry, I think she will. Especially as she probably won't have too many babies to tend. Speaking of social distancing, I read afterwards that Iowa (where the Mallys and Bontragers live) is one of the states where the virus is really gaining ground at the moment.

Well her brother Jason, Lauren Caldwell and Madison Nicole, photographer, went with a group of people to minister to the Greeks a year or two ago. (One or two years?) Madison went on a nice little diatribe about these people aren't real Christians or whatever bs she was saying. Jill might know that several of the groups Paul wrote to in the bible were Greek, (such as the Corinthians).

I also read about strippers who washed cars in bikinis and masks to keep making money since the strip club was closed for social distancing!

A couple months ago, I saw a priest having drive-in confession. The priest was sitting on a bench in the parking lot. The penitant was sitting in their car with some distance between them. Another car was waiting several yards back. There were orange cones helpfully marking out where the cars should be.

Thank you for all the recommendations! 😉 Tori and Bobby hugged when they got engaged and it was a real hug. The Bates seems more relaxed than the Duggars about courtship rules. (Technically most of those couples hugged too, but those hugs were forbidden and not part of the official photography. They have seen a doctor about infertility and it didn't help. IBLP is against adoption and the Bates seem to somewhat believe that. I agree Erin needs a bigger house.

Erin and Chad: Fifty Shades of Pink

She's 29 right? -
Not to get too off topic, but "mema" prounced me-ma is common among German speaking folks. The internet offically says Oma for grandma, but Germans we've known have found Oma and Opa(grandfather) too close in sound and use Mema and Opa. I know Cathy probably missed her grandsons, but they should be social distancing.

I thought that was the worst part of his speech: his disappointment and his endless repetitions of "What can you do with a girl?" I feel bad for her mother. They struggled with infertility and only had 2 biological girls and one adoptive son. Her father never seemed to understand how actions affected his wife, his daughters, even his own mother, who told her son to be grateful he had a healthy child.

I guess it was the first kiss. I have no idea who the other female singer was in the black and white flowers. (Allison Bontrager was in all black.) Harold Mally was awful and the minister was somehow worse. The minister was speaking appeared so off the cuff he seemed unprepared. Harold at least had a plot. Harold was disappointed when she was born that Sarah was a girl. His mother told him (correctly) that he should be grateful he had a healthy child. It took him two weeks to come fully around and then he loved her. He realised she was a daughter of the king (King God, not Elvis). She is named Sarah, because it means "daughter of the king". (Sarah actually means princess which could be daughter of the king or queen, like Princess Anne daughter of QE2.) When she was ten, he began to pray she would marry and he would find/pick a husband for her. He was unsuccessful and began to wonder if she would ever marry or find a husband. Eventually he realised God had to choose a husband for his daughters. He really like Andrew, and he wants Andrew to take good care of her and be a good leader for her. He hopes Sarah and Andrew will be like Abraham and Sarah in the bible and blessed with children (at least a son) in their old age. Harold Mally, Sarah's father, at least didn't force his daughters to marry someone they didn't want to. Grace Mally married Josiah Moffitt in November. She's 31/32 and seems to be pregnant. Harold Mally was unable to chose/find either of his daughter's husbands. He has one son Stephen, who is adopted. The Mallys (Sarah's parents). seemed to really struggle with infertility although in the end, they have three kids.
