Don't forget the people on the freeways holding up signs saying things like run,OJ, run. It was a circus. I was going to go into work late that day but as it turned out, I never made it in at all. It really was a spectacle. But, it was also when I knew he did it. Then, of course, the evidence just kept mounting.

I recall that immediately after the murders most of us were far from convinced of his guilt. Yes, in part because he was such a nice guy. What I also recall, and maybe this was only true in my life, but every single man I knew was adamant that OJ was innocent. That is until the infamous Bronco chase. That was the defining moment for people I knew and it certainly was for me.

I actually thought the show was really, really good. It grabbed me from the beginning and I am now really looking forward to it. I followed the trial, but I don't know that I was anymore invested than most of us though, so you could certainly have a different reaction. I had only 2 beefs with the casting and one of those was Faye/Connie. I thought she looked too old for Faye, but she played the part well. Unfortunately the other was Cuba Gooding. He is just way too small, height and build and it was distracting.

Actually I think Scheana has her priorities straight. They are, in no particular order, Scheana, Scheana and, of course, Scheana. The only reason bitch is upset that her addict husband is wasted is that it means he won't be able to listen to her prattle on about SCHEANA. Boy, Eddie really does like crazy

Your description is spot on. However, I honestly don't believe any amount of preparation would have mattered. Nor would a more likable prosecuter. Not even a "real" judge instead of that clown Ito. That case was lost the minute the change of venue was granted ensuring a predominately African American jury. It was jury nulification. Just like all those cases in the south in the 60's when all white jurors refused to convict Klan members. That is the sad truth,IMO.

S06.E06: Hamptons, 90210

I have lived on So California whole life and have never seen a dear here. As for the Foster's he is just a douchebag. Money can't fix a douche (see Donald Trump). I would bet money he dumped her. I am not a Yo fan, but her crying after the surgery didn't bother me. I just figured it was a drug reaction. I have seen some very odd reaction's in People right after surgery and honestly crying is pretty mild,IMO. I hated the new chick, showbiz Barbie, on sight. She is actually not that bad (so far) when not in her skank Barbie alter ego. -

But Bethenny is not a convicted criminalBRAVO should be ashamed, but of course they are not. No way in hell will I watch a show about these low life criminals. Even for Andy, this is a new low.- 5.8k replies

S06.E03: Horsing Around

I hate the new girl. Ugh. I don't think Yo is faking it, but that doesn't mean she is truly sick either. There are mental disorders. Either way, I really don't want to watch her act sick. She was always boring, IMO, but gave great house (and fridge) porn. Now, not so much. -
ITA. I don't get all the Shay love. I think it's just that he is quiet (not that he has a choice with Scheana as his wife). As for the non working, able bodied husbands/boyfriends, this is becoming one of life's big mysteries to me. My next door neighbor is around 40, perfectly healthy, but out of shape like Shay and,. also like Shay, sits on his ass every day while his wife goes off to work. Boggles my mind. The man does NOTHING that I can see and I almost choked last week when, on a rare day off, I was on the ladder putting up my Christmas lights, this slug says to me "Nancy wants me to get our light up, but I won't have time until Tuesday". TIME"?? What, is there a Dr. Phil marathon you can't miss? Are you purposely baiting me to insult you? But I digress. Congratulations to James. Last season I would have said there was no bigger douche on BRAVO than Jax. You have proven me wrong. Note to James. When you manage to make Jax look almost normal and Kristen almost sympathetic, you are in serious trouble. Oh and James. You are not attractive. At all. Even before I got to know what a douche you were.

Great post and there is no doubt my mind that you are correct. One word sums it up pretty well "Lost".

.And if she's not already going to be a widow, not to worry, he can, um, work around that.

This. I know how to recognize an infected wound and I don't need notes, but an MD does. Right

Lazy writing, totally unbelievable and a betrayal of our trust. But who am I kidding? I don't care...Glen is alive!!! And hotter.

Agreed. I don't consider FPP and Eugene the same at all, and the comment about Eugene confusing fear with cowardice is spot on. He doesn't get any thrill from the fighting but when push comes to shove he will step up, as best he can. Plus I don't believe he would ever backstab and try to hurt the group the way FPP has done. I will actually be sad when Eugene dies, and doing the happy dance when FPP finally gets bit.

So I guess there is totally no "girl code" in the ZA? I suppose its possible Abe and Rosita are only Friends with benefits, in which case I suppose it is cool, but if Rosita really cares for him tnen he should be 100% off limits to Sasha. Especially considering the CDB gang consider themselves family. That would be like breaking the girl code with someone your sister once loved.

I also noticed he amnounced a "surprise" guest. My immediate thought was Steven Yuen, however I don't think it's because he's dead. But because he is rescued (Glenn, of course, not SY)

You do have to wonder why they wouldn't create walker traps. Both Rick and Michone saw Morgans traps. Even digging a few relatively shallow trenches. Probably would have worked better than the Walker parade -
I think they are making deep, meaningful connections. They have formed a family. I have no doubt Carol and Darryl love each other. I have 2 close male friends like that. We grew up together and are now members of ARRP. Maybe the ZA sort of speeds up those types of connections. Thing is I always knew that allowing these friendships to slip into romance was risky and could destroy something valuable. And I didn't live with them as these people often live together. What happens if Richonne happens and then they split? Who gets custody of Eugene and Abraham? Do the others take sides? Is Carl's heart broken when he looses another mommy? Messy business all around IMO. Better Rick hooks up with what's her name, has a little fun and then, hopefully, she becomes zombie chow.
-
Well I am perfectly fine without many hook ups, romances, whatever. I stopped watching Grey's Anatomy years ago because I was sick of the game of musical bed partners and was just thinking that it's taking up waaay to much time on the otherwise great How To Get Away With Murder. I am not watching TWD for romance.

I don't read the comics so I don't know what the storyline is but I could see them staying in Alexandria. Sure there are dangers but that is everywhere. They should be fortifying the fence, and fortifying the homes themselves. Obviously citizens should trained to fight and should always be armed. So there is lots to be done but it makes more sense to work to keep what they have there then to just hit the road again. But then, for me, indoor plumbing would be worth fighting for. Seriously though if humanity is going to survive they need,to do what our ancestors did and settle and then build- 311 replies

Glen as a walker would piss me off even more than permanently dead Glen. It was effective as hell with Sophia but Glen is too beloved for too long to do that. I do think he is alive and he better stay that way. Hell, if he survived that Zombie pile on, he can freakin survive anything. I know I am the minority but I would rather they kill Rick. I am also not convinced they can't kill Judith. This is a show that went with "look at the flowers" That was pretty bold. I think Carl is safe but not as convinced about Little Ass kicker. And yes Ron is not to be trusted.

The first 2 episodes were pretty intense. So I guess the writers needed a rest because the last 2 were BORING. This one moderately better than the last one which was the second worst episode ever. Hope they step it up soon
-
I hope this is the right thread.I am sure this has been previously discussed but it keeps bugging me. why are there no child walkers in the herds? I know we've seen a few random children most notably the little girl in the first episode. But when you see these large herds there are never any children or teen age types for that matter. Any theories on this or just another oversight on the part of the writers?
