  1. No. No. No. Please, don't even think it. I keep trying to watch this, but I cannot. 5-10 minutes and I am out. Sure TWD has had some crappy plot lines, but with just a few exceptions, I like our little group. Even Father pee pants got redeemed. OTOH, I hate these people. Seriously, I am rooting for the walkers. Take them all out and start over. The teenage drug addict first. No, his bitchy sister. No wait his mom, old stone face. Hell, I don't care drown them all at once. But, seriously AMC, do not F up TWD with these clowns.
  2. That was actually better than any 14 minutes of this stupid show.
  3. Amen. She is exhausting. I just have zero sympathy for her. Thomas is a tool, but she set her sights on him, and his wallet. Then she got pregnant by him again? Zero sympathy
  4. This. I didn't think it could get worse than Potomac, but BRAVO proved me wrong. It took me a while to hate Brandi, Teresa, Nene, etc. But with both of these new franchises I couldn't stand any of them by the end of the first show. Maybe it's just HoWive burnout. OTOH, I can still watch Beverly Hills and New York.
  5. I switched back and forth between this and "Making of a President" on CNN, which was much better. I really wish could like this,but.. I kept rooting for the zombies. If they would just eat everyone, women and children first, maybe they could bring in someone I didn't hate. And seriously AMC, swimming zombies? Are we going to have water skiers next week? This show is awful
  6. I am actually kind of glad. After the whole "I'll tell you when you get back" scene, I figured Tara was a goner. I am glad that it's not her. So, now I am wondering, does Daryl kill her. Friendly fire of course, but it would explain what seemed like a wierd attempt to show them bonding?
  7. Nicole's murders had to be premeditated, because I can tell you, as a So. CA native, that no one here would ever be wearing gloves in June. Nor would we be carrying them around with us. That, in itself is weird. It would make more sense if he went over to confront her about having snubbed him at the recital and fight broke out, or he saw her with Ron and lost it. But to deliberately go over there with the intent to murder. That is just weird in itself. Usually killings like that between spouses or ex spouses are over custody or money, neither of which appeared to be big issues between these two.
  8. I don't care one bit that the arrogant bigot is still furious. It amazes me that he has managed to have a writing career after being shown to be the piece of human garbage that he is. I have never, and will never, buy anything he has written. That said, no, I do not believe he planted evidence. The reasons were pretty well spelled out by the Marcia Clark actress last night. Perhaps he should watch the show, before making more uninformed proclamations, because I am definitely not getting any idea that OJ is a hero. He is a murderer, and my take on the show is that is exactly what anyone with half a brain would determine after viewing the evidence. I just think it is important to remember that Furhman being a racist and Furhman not planting evidence in this case, are not mutually exclusive. I also think racism is rampant in the LAPD and has been forever. I also do not think any member of the LAPD planted evidence in this case. Again, not mutually exclusive. It disturbs me to this day, that people feel you have to make hero's out of the cops to enforce the OJ is guilty argument. IMO these things are true: 1. OJ is guilty. 2. The jury was never, ever going to convict him, regardless of the evidence. 3. The cops did make a couple of bonehead moves that could have hurt in a real trial, but there was enough other evidence that it shouldn't have mattered. 4. Furhman was proven to be a racist POS. 5. Neither Furhman nor any other member of the LAPD planted or altered any evidence in this case.
  9. No, but personally I think that would be an awesome twist. Especially some cute, perky type like Alicia Witt. Phsyco Barbie.
  10. I kept wondering how he still has glasses. I don't even wear mine all the time and I always end up breaking the frames. And I am driving or watching TV in themAmazing.
  11. Are you supposed to hope the entire cast becomes zombie chow? No? OK then, it sucks
  12. I left the room when Kim arrived Don't go there show. I am so over Kim and I can tolerate Kyle when she isn't whining about/to/with Kimmie. I am also over Yolanda and her illness, real or imagined (don't care which) but Yo is getting exactly what she wants. Attention and a story line. Not sure who I dislike more, Erica or Kathryn. I think I may have just reached housewives burn out.
  13. You are not the only one. My BFF since childhood is a guy, and he is straight. I love him, but it has never been romantic love. I would never risk our deep friendship by even trying a romance. We will see how it goes, but I am not a shipper. Just don't turn this into Melrose Place.
  14. He doesn't deserve to be heard and I would never buy one of his books. I think he is a POS. But I still don't believe OJ was framed
  15. No one dislikes the famewhore's more than I do. However, I do remember Kris from the trial. I knew she was Nicole's friend and probably noticed her because of Bruce who was the celebrity back then.
  16. You. A exavtly right about the suicide threat. That was when I went from thinking he might be guilty to absolutely knowing he was
  17. I live in Orange County not far from the Browns. Not long after the trial I was out to lunch with some co-workers in Newport Beach. We walked in, and everyone was buzzing. We quickly spotted OJ sitiing with an older man very near the reception area. Back then reastaurants had "smoking" and non-smoking sections. When the hostess asked the gentlman in front of us "smoking or non-smoking?" He looked right at OJ and said "I don't care, but I want to be in the non-murderer section".OJ heard and if looks could kill.. I have no idea who that man was, but I will always love him.
  18. I could not care less if OJ was sentenced too harshly for his more recent crime. The verdict in his murder trial was a travesty and everyone knows it. His confession/book had to have convinced anyone that was still in denial. I hope he dies in prison, but if he does get paroled he will renain one of the most hated men on the planet and that really has to burn.
  19. Initially my husband was convinced of OJ's innocence and his logic was that no man would would leave her there like that for his children to find. Obviously he overestimated the man. On the subject of the dog, that was another thing, among many, that convinced me it was OJ. Kato was an Akita. They are guard dogs. If it was anyone other than OJ they would have found a lot more blood from the killer
  20. The police connection is totally valid and I always wondered why the defense didn't pursue that more. My question was always why on earth would the cops want to frame OJ.For you young uns, it is hard to overstate how popular OJ was. Especially with men. He was obviously a sports hero, and his persona was Mr. Nice guy. It would be like cops wanting to frame Magic Johnson. It just makes no sense, never did.
  21. As for the candles, I recall that she had the bath ready with candles lit around it. I don't recall ever reading there were candles lit through the house, so I expect that was creative license. But I did think it was effective in setting a sort of creepy mood, so I thought it worked.
