I worked many years in the chemical industry and every machine had written procedures and protocols that had to be followed. From the flavor factory to plastic coatings world to paper treatment. Dad flew 747s for PanAm and the checklists were like God. (Fluorochemicals are why the grease from food doesn't soak through the paper it's wrapped in, like it does in untreated pizza boxes or newspaper)
