Kathryn probably didn’t have bad intentions because she’s just clueless and yeah, she doesn’t have to ever think about such things, but given the context of the conversation, it was not wise and I’m really trying hard to keep it to the episode. I’m also good with any and every monument to slavery and the confederacy coming down and I’ll leave it at that.

Jen is ridiculous, but at least she brings some energy to the show. Mary is still off. The way she talked to the people setting up her weird luncheon was terrible. What was that about death and grapes? Noooo! Her way of being disconnected and not thinking about what she’s saying is still off-putting. The fact that it seems she cares not if what she says hurts someone or it has to be made clear to her. Still not feeling Meredith and Lisa. They are both too posey. Meredith was practically sauntering at the gallery. Are their shoulders always cold by the way they wear their coats and jackets? I agree with Whitney that Lisa is arrogant.

I hate when Shannon turns on the pouty voice when she starts crying about paper towels. She does that when she’s tattling about someone attacking her and it’s really annoying. Agree, liking Gina the best too!

Wow, this family...I feel bad for Madison and his sister. Conway and the father talk about how the sister behaved, but no one is taking responsibility for her abuse. Conway has a sad story, but I want to tell her to eff all the way off. She left me a little cold. Sad that there’s reasonable doubt because there are so many potential suspects.

I saw it as that and also more of an insult or callback to when she met with him and pointed out how he’s able to fool and charm people, that he found himself so clever, but ruined his own case by being stupid enough to not get rid of the hammer. He’s coming for Haley’s legal skills but her ran out of charm.

On Turkey Day, I’m thankful for this forum because I’ve been watching this mostly on fast forward and missing major plot points about assets and what not. I think Silas would have a much better chance without Elton.

This! I mean how do you just get “gifted” money and no Tupperware or makeup or MLM branded toilet paper in sight!? It was a scheme. I still think it was the dad. The timing near the court case seems too convenient. I would like to see resolution but I don’t think we’ll get it either.

Still struggling to get into this franchise. I think Heather is maybe the most likeable. I could do without entitled Brooks. Save me your pearl-clutching. As someone said earlier, he’s not charming and he’s not a housewife. Jen is too much, Meredith meh, Whitney’s manner of speaking annoys me as does Tequila Lady’s. Mary is a hot mess. Aside from the crazy wigs, her marriage is creepy to me. It may not be trafficking but I think it was grooming at the very least. We’re not in the Middle Ages. It’s some Woody Allen/Morgan Freeman level mess to me. Yes everyone is grown now but it doesn’t make it right. Plus there’s the whole prosperity theology thing. I was trying to look past all that but it is part of her story. Guess I’m here for the snark too.
