My cat just plopped himself down in front of the screen so I squished him - he loved it. Who did the vet play or where was his cameo?

A good enough game for me with the ts's or missed DDs of ficus, muskox, Palestine, Henry V, Croesus, Sherman and Wellington. I remember reading or seeing on tv about Bezos giving big money to somebody but I thought it was Oprah. But it didn't surprise me that it turned out to be Dolly Parton.

I missed that! Poor George, indeed. -
Who got sent home? I couldn't watch a whole two hours of the show.
-
That was fun. I even got some of them right.
-
Another crumby 1/5. Thank goodness for John Travolta.

Another crappy game for me. Only two ts's, Australia and Gaelic. I also said Lake Champlain for FJ. As soon as it was declared incorrect I realized it was that one in the south, Lake Pontchartrain. And now new champions are being knocked down like ninepins.

Not a great game for me. Only two ts's: the cock of the walk and Time is on My Side. For FJ I said McCarthy Commission knowing full well it was wrong but I couldn't think of the right name. Maybe in future I'll at least remember HUAC. The full name is rather awkward.

An okay game for me. I got the ts's of Calgary, Mt. Logan, Memorial Day, spa, Rimsky Korsakov, Jarlsberg, and the missed DD of Don Juan. Yet another Illya Kuryakin here. Although I started to doubt it as the thirty seconds went on, as I remember watching it as a teenager and in 1967 I was starting my first real job. I know about Chekov in Star Trek but I would probably never have come up with him in time.

My ts's or missed DDs: The Black Stallion (The second most famous horse story with black in the title - Laura gives the most famous), roses, hallowed, Big Daddy, blue, orchid, Liz Taylor, and Sam Kinison. FJ was an instaget. Suresh is winning games but he is by no means setting any high score records.

Only 1/5 this week. I shall pull up my socks next week.

Tim had some very boneheaded answers but he did come up with some harder answers too. Does anyone know how many ts's there were? I got the ts's of Beethoven's Fifth, Armenian, Lite Brite, acoustic guitar, and the missed DD of San Juan Hill. I had no idea for FJ. I said Mrs. Dalloway just to have something to say and was pleased that I at least had the right author.

I haven't seen any formal announcement of renewal anywhere but cbc.ca says Season 17 will premiere Fall 2023, another 24 episode season. It seems that every year they are so secretive about renewal status even when production has already started. Don't know why. -

Another unexpected win from Suresh. I like Suresh. I got the ts's or missed DDs of bass, lacquer, Home Depot, loaf, and amidships. I did not get FJ but it was obvious when it was revealed.

I think he's got enough stuff of his own going on so he wouldn't be a contender. I like him well enough on his own shows but he would be so out of place here.
-
That was my thinking too. Good for both of us🙂 There seemed to be a lot of ts's but I didn't get any of them. I was surprised at the outcome of the game but I'm fine with it. I guess Jared shouldn't have bet anything.

I am pretty sure she is talking about sightings, not meals.
-
You are in very good time @Clanstarling. We all appreciate that you are doing this for the board. 3/5 1* I got Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
-
Another okay game for me. I got the ts of Shanghai and the missed DD of Minute Man. Pretty much an instaget FJ. I didn't know the full name of the country but I know Islamabad is the capital of Pakistan. I didn't really consider anything else.

As of Season 15 Violet is still married to Arthur and he is still alive. Here is a site with a lot of information about the show. It appears that they haven't updated it lately though. https://murdochmysteries.fandom.com/wiki -
Lots of ts's last night - I managed to get some of them: Andorra, Kent, Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, and Slaughterhouse 5. Did not get FJ. I knew 2012 was too late for A League of Their Own. I do know that Geena Davis is a skilled archer but I forgot that last night so came up with nothing. I was rooting for Kyle but it was not to be.

Top Chef Canada X From reading above posts, it sounds like the same chefs are here again. They sent the right person home. That plate didn't look like anything resembling an etoufee, and mushy shrimp does not sound good at all. Seemed odd seeing Dale there as a guest judge after watching him on Top Chef 20. eta: I guess what they are showing now is just last year's competition, not new at all.

An okay game for me. I got only two ts's: 1849 and triangulate. I got FJ pretty quickly since I recognized the lakes (particularly Windermere) as being in the Lake District of England.

Season 2 Episode 2 Great episode. I thought I had lost interest because of the long delay with season 2 but it pulled me right back in. (Unfortunately, I forgot it started last week so I missed episode 1). Glad Abby's family is working towards getting back together. The client of the week was very likeable and her case was very touching. Loved the fan girls greeting her at school.
