  1. No idea that was A Martinez. What was the relationship between Theresa and the woman who showed them the building - who is taking care of her friends son? I can’t recall how they knew each other.
  2. My TV froze momentarily too. Also was wondering if it was deliberate.
  3. A blog from Bethenny this week: "It takes guts to be open, and I really tried to engage as much as possible. It was so funny running into Brian, AKA “red scarf.” From what little I know, I thought he was a super nice guy who I texted later that PM to set up with Carole." Aww....Carole gives LuAnn the gift of her friendship and Bethenny gives Carole the gift of "red scarf". On an unrelated note, I just looked at Carole's twitter which led me to her Poshmark closet. If anyone is interested in any of her old stuff, she has slashed her prices by quite a bit.
  4. It was an interesting comment and I wondered the same thing.
  5. Thank you Bravo for including that clip of Tinsley being “wined and dined”. I love it when the editors do that.
  6. If anything could be duller than that murder mystery party, it’s probably going to be this speed dating thing.
  7. Did Dorinda just tell LuAnn that Carole made the Tom, Dick and Harry remark? Uncool. the Countess was not pleased. That was good ole pot stirring Dorinda at work there.
  8. So Carole has decided she will honor LuAnn with her friendship. I hope the Countess is suitably grateful for that gift.
  9. That’s why her and Tinsley are perfect for each other - both act like high school girls. Tinsley clothing in the oven, and Carole mooning over Adam.
  10. still waiting to hear what Carole is so busy with...other than her Bravo blog and Twitter.
  11. And she should have been eliminated for that red dress alone.
  12. I'd love to have her back if it meant she was replacing Dorit.
  13. That's what happens when you decide to "focus on work". Your blog goes up first!
  14. Dorinda just won’t let it go. since when did she become Emily Post? Sonja and her family crest is none of her business. Period.
  15. What “work” does Carole need to focus on? her Cosmo article? Her Bravo blog?
  16. Eileen is leaving Young and the Restless. She made the announcement on Twitter - will be leaving the show in September.
  17. Rebekkah proved again this week that she’s unable to think outside her box. She seemed to struggle more than anyone else to comecup with a meal to fit the revised challenge, when really her original dish would have been fine, and she might have scored some points for NOT going the Italian route. In the end she decides to heat up a can of tomato sauce, throw in some onions, crabmeat and pasta, and serve it to Food Network’s Queen of Italian Cooking.
  18. The right person went home, although a case could be made for Tofu lady and Blindfold Lady. The blindfold was idiotic. Rebekah probably should have been gone last week, since the person on her team who was eliminated had no time to rehearse her presentation because Rebekah needed a zillion takes. Of course, her teammates should have put an end to the constant takes, so whatever. Not vested in any of these competitors. The tofu lasagna was probably one of the grossest things I have ever seen on a plate. I wonder if Giada and Bobby have ever addressed what a contestant should do when one of their teammates is droning on and on and eating up their time. Manny finally interrupted Adam (is that his name?), but by then it was too late. No way was he and the other contestant going to get even half of their presentations in. It's really not fair to them (and yeah, they won, so no big deal in the long run). And I agree - enough of the team challenges. This is NOT Top Chef (not by a long shot).
  19. Very interesting article from Page Six about the Housewives and drinking. Most of it pertains to NY, but a few others are mentioned. https://pagesix.com/2018/06/16/housewives-say-bravo-keeps-the-booze-flowing/ The quotes from Aviva resulted in a response tweet from Bethenny: Bethenny Frankel‏Verified account @Bethenny Jun 16 "Hello @AvivaDrescher as the person responsible for putting you on Rhony, I take offense to you misrepresenting the truth & saying producers prodded you to drink. As someone here since day 1 with 13 years of reality tv experience, it is a flat out falsehood @Bravotv @andy" Bethenny was responsible for putting Aviva on RHONY?
  20. LOL - I've noticed the same thing. I wonder about her financial situation - what she has to live on day to day, because it seems that the food at these events constitute her only meal of the day.
  21. Then I'm a sucker too, because I agree. I think Bethenny feels something for Sonja - and I think she was genuinely bothered by how Sonja was being frozen out by the others. I don't think Bethenny would ever feel the need for a showmance - her place on the show is cemented until she feels like leaving. Bethenny isn't going anywhere unless she wants to. I also get a sense this season that Sonja is trying to change the public perception of her from drunken party girl to someone more serious, and perhaps that is part of the reason why she seems to have distanced herself from Ramona.
  22. Most pathetic quote from that article: “Scott can’t let go of Tinsley emotionally,” the source tells Us. “Tinsley is hanging on, hoping that Scott will agree to marry her.” (and I doubt "emotions" are the reason Scott can't let go). Could she be any more desperate?
  23. Pigs are flying because Sonja blogged this week. Her last blog was a year ago. http://www.bravotv.com/the-real-housewives-of-new-york-city/season-10/blogs/sonja-morgan/sonja-morgan-dorinda-woke-up-on Of course she takes the opportunity to sell shoes, etc. Does she still have interns? I doubt she wrote this herself. But then again, do any of them write their own blogs (except for Carole because she's a WRITER!! and ran the marathon....and has an Emmy...)
  24. I also liked the way she told LuAnn - she told LuAnn privately (except for Dorinda), sort of shrugged it off and said she didn't tell her earlier because she didn't want to hurt her, and that was it. End of story. The dynamics have totally changed and this episode really brought that home. I like Bethenny and Sonja together: "I can't believe you're saving the tissue paper!!!" "I'm not, I threw it away....well, I like the gold!" I also like sober Sonja much better than drunk Sonja. Carole and Tinsley continue the mean girl streak. They are loving what happened to LuAnn. And Carole has no business criticizing anyone's fashion choices after some of the get-ups she's thrown on her back.
