  1. I'm slowly catching up on this week's episodes and I have one question; how much oxygen was that Barbie car girl deprived of when she was younger? How do you make it through life like that? I had to keep pausing the episode because I was getting so annoyed with her. I wish he parents had came with her, I would love to see who created that little idiot.
  2. I'm sorry, but where is this coming from? Len made one comment in the first episode and it was never said again. If they're pimping Rumer for a win, then they're doing a pretty bad job considering she isn't the leader and came close to missing the finals. The one being pimped over everyone is Noah.
  3. I injured my neck shaking my head so much tonight. No Sharna, these aren't four of the best in the show's history because what you have are three great dancers and your partner, who walks back and forth while you dance around him and receive perfect 10's for it. If Noah had been scored correctly, this wouldn't have happened. There's no way he should have received scores anywhere close to the scores he did, and he never should have received 10's. What else happened? Oh yeah, I don't believe for a second that Rumer was ever in danger. None of those live performances were necessary. Show, you can bring on all the teen idols, rappers and booty shaking choreography you want, but you'll never hang with the cool kids, so stop.
  4. Well damn, I got all misty over Len. I can't help it, I love that cranky old coot and the show won't be the same without him. I wouldn't vote for Noah if you paid me. I have never felt more emotionally manipulated than I did tonight, beginning with his package and ending with his proposal. Rumer's waltz, VW and her foxtrot are basically the same dance. The best dances of the night was Riker's AT and Derek and partner's tribute to Len.
  5. What's getting cancelled to make room for this? I would really hope ABC would think better of cancelling something like General Hospital or The View for Sandra Lee.
  6. There are so many things I would love to chance about this show, starting with the judges. I don't mind four judges, but either get Carrie Ann and Bruno under control, or replace them. I've grown to appreciate Julianne as she and Len are the only who offer any kind of actual critique. Carrie Ann and Bruno judge on what makes them horny, or how much they've been drinking. Use the troupe for bumpers and pro dances only. I would also like to see use of elaborate sets and props come to and end. Small props would be OK. I just feel like this huge production number take away from the freestyle. Get rid of contemporary, jazz and whatever else. If they want to add new dances, bring back the mambo, swing, lindy hop, two-step. Or add some of the Latin dances like merengue, bolero or lambada. I would like to see them go back to the format of having half the cast do a ballroom dance and the other half do a Latin dance. Go back to announcing the couples as they walk down the stairs. Mainly, I would just like to see the show go back to its roots. ETA, theme nights. Two or three per season, and not most memorable night. Do an era night, I think it would be fun to do a 40's night and have everyone doing the jive and jitterbug to actual music from the 1940's, or do movie night or classical night, but nothing ridiculous like Spring break.
  7. Peta was there but she tweeted a picture of herself icing her ankle last night. And I have no idea why this show is so wonky on timing, now. They don't have opening credits anymore, the rehearsal packages are shorter, so are the dances, they don't introduce the stars anymore and they don't even introduce the dance the couple is about to do. The show just seems like such a disorganized mess.
  8. The only place I'm hearing that is from Pure DWTS, AKA, the High Holy Church of Derek Hough. I don't see how they're pimping Val or showing Nastia in a bad light. Nastia is bland as air, but I've seen nothing that would cast her in a negative light. She was frustrated last night, but I can't say that I blame her.
  9. Poo Robert and Kym, if she had danced him while he rocked back and forth, Carrie Ann would have given them a 10.
  10. Basically, the defendant filed for bankruptcy and gave the defendant $5,000 to hold for him so creditors wouldn't get it. He claimed it was a loan, but the defendant said he gave it to her to hide and that she gave it back to him, he said she didn't and was suing for it. The defendant won, partly because she had a witness who testified that she witnessed her giving it back to him in front of her, and partly because it was obvious what was actually going on. Was the defendant in today's first case drunk? He was slurring his words like crazy.
  11. Correct if I'm wrong, but isn't a trio dance supposed to be three people dancing together? Not one person bouncing back and forth between two partners? IMO, that wasn't a trio and was overscored. The only trio that deserved a perfect score was Riker, and he didn't get it. Rumer was also overscored on her trio, it was 9-worthy, not 10-worthy. I found it sort of dull and lacking energy. I don't know what Robert did to these people but seriously, Carrie Ann acts like a damn lunatic over Noah walking back and forth and gives him a 10, but can only muster up an 8 for Robert? And don't get me started on their overscoring of Chris, in both dance. He stomped around in his paso and still outscored Robert.
  12. All that did was make me miss the days when the show was about ballroom dancing. Contemporary, jazz, backup dancers and whatever else they throw in does nothing for me.
  13. Uh, because they're both amputees? I wasn't a fan, but Amy could actually dance, unlike Noah, who doesn't dance.
  14. This is just my opinion of course, but I've never understood the injustice over Tristan. He's a good dance and a sweet guy, but I don't know what makes him more special than the other pros or what makes him more deserving of a good partner.
  15. I thin it's time for Carrie Ann to take a break. What was wrong with her tonight? It looked like she freaked Nastia out when she got up in her face. And that 10 for Noah? Good grief.
  16. Tom tweeted that they told him in the middle of last week's show that they were ditching the double elimination this week, which is why he didn't mention it during the second hour of last week's show. And tonight, I think Val should be pissed. They picked apart Rumer, and Carrie Ann gave her an 8, she then ends up behind Noah who was given a 10 without doing any dancing.
  17. Normally I find it tacky when the pros go off on Twitter, but if Val wanted to let it rip tonight and call Carrie Ann an idiot, I would applaud. Serious, a fucking 10 to Noah? To Noah?! The man, does. not. dance. He walks back and forth while Sharna dances around him. Is she high? She seriously thought Noah's dance was one of the best in the show's history? And she thought he danced better than Rumer tonight? It's time for her to go. If they want a fourth judge who is female, bring in Karina or Anna. What a travesty that Chris and Noah are there and WIllow was sent home. Bullshit on that, and bullshit on Nastia's immunity.
  18. I'm watching Thanksgiving '94 right now and I really hate the way Roseanne treats Dan in regards to the baby. She really dismisses his feelings and opinions. I'm pro-choice as you can get, but Roseanne treated Dan like some one night stand that she didn't know instead of her husband.

  20. Dorothy: Uh, tell me Rose, is "Kill the Bitch" a traditional St. Olaf party game?
  21. I nearly fell off my couch when those 10's for Riker popped up. What the hell was that? There is no way that Robert should be at the bottom of the leader board. He actually danced, while Sharna danced around Noah. And I don't know why they've decided Chris is suddenly a great dancer. Sorry to see Miss Patti go.
  22. I thought she was weird, I thought he was weird, too, for wanting to live with someone so much older, obviously their lifestyles were going to clash at some point. But I almost agree with MM, I wondered if she wanted to be some kind of surrogate mom. I have no idea what the defendant's defense was in the axing case. The home she was living in was being sold, so she had to move, what am I missing?
  23. I couldn't stand the plaintiff in today's first case, what a complete ass. He scams and defrauds people, then claims racism when people call him on his shit. As for the plaintiff in the second case complaining about her heft boyfriend, what size does she see when she looks in the mirror?
  24. Just a small correction: this week is "Most Memorable Year", week 5 is Disney Night.
