  1. question: if it's a floor workout, wouldn't the class be using mats anyway?
  2. Anything for Instagram attention I suppose.
  3. I think they turned off comments because they knows they'll be innundated by anti-MLMers providing info on why the product is bad.
  4. Can't help but notice she turned comments off for the plexus posts.
  5. But wouldn't it be split between Meri's bio siblings?
  6. This is why Tony quit his WFB gig - he's looking at the Big Birth Buckaroos that he thinks will happen by depriving his wife of the amenities of a hospital birth. Privacy is for sale, innit?
  7. We have a salad chain here - Sweetgreen. A little pricier but their salads are much better than *this*.
  8. I think Paedon was/is in the National Guard or the reserves but last I heard was living in Mykelti and Tony's townhouse. Hunter I believe is at John Hopkins working on a nursing degree.
  9. I think they're really pushing it there with woulda coulda shoulda on the rear ending theories. I was involved in a chain reaction accident 30 years ago in which I hit then pushed into the car in front of me - it all happened in a matter of seconds. Who would think to apply the emergency brake while driving? Paedon was tailgating, that's just asking for an accident to happen. When I was in claims and a claim was filed involving a rear end accident the first thing we would do is contact the parties involved and get a recorded statement. A couple days later we'd follow up to see if there was any pain or discomfort. Often it takes a couple days for that sort of thing to show up. Note that the damage to the vehicle isn't part of the case. Probably because that was already settled - the minimum coverage for property damage in Nevada that all vehicles are required by law to carry is $5k per accident, last I checked. I'm betting that Kody only had the legal minimum on his vehicles and likely still does. Like I said before, $15k isn't much of a settlement but if that was all they could get...no squeezing blood out of those turnips.
  10. There were two injured parties and each one got approximately $15k. It's really not that much money. Medical bills, pain and suffering - I'm guessing that the plaintiff attorneys got a percentage of it too. I doubt Kody OR Paedon were in the court, it was probably just the attorneys and the judge. The insurance company paid; Kody should have been happy that those poor folks who got rear-ended didn't ask for more.
  11. I'm pretty sure insurance paid the $30k. 15/30 is the minimum bodily injury coverage in Nevada. $15k per person, $30k max per accident. Since the insurance company would have to pay any legal expenses above and beyond the coverage limits, it's more economical to just go to arbitration with the maximum and have the judge divvy it up. That said, I'm sure Paedon is paying through the nose for car insurance right now and will for some time. Source: I was an insurance claims adjuster for 15 years.
  12. Considering what Janelle considers cuisine, I think her taste buds are fried. They only taste fat, carbs, and sugar.
  13. Do your own research and leave me alone unless you're going to send me money.
  14. I'm just thinking how difficult it would be to eat an egg dish out of those funky ramekins. Not to mention how much of a pain they'd be to wash.
  15. Why not have more green veggies today? I'm sure they can all use more roughage.
  16. ear candling sounds scammy, disgusting, and dangerous. Why not either buy some ear wax remover and a syringe or better yet, go to the freakin' doctor and have him/her examine/flush out the ears? God forbid there might actually be something medically wrong. But oh I forgot we're talking about Janelle who let a mole grow into a mcNugget on her lip. ETA - if you can't trust webMD...well. it was the 4th result in a Google search. Janelle could find out how it doesn't work in a very few minutes. Btw that stuff on the plate is NOT earwax. https://www.webmd.com/cold-and-flu/ear-infection/what-is-ear-candling#1
  17. That wasn't the Lexus. It was the ugly red car that was a "prize" from LIV (the green goo MLM) and they got it in Vegas. Janelle said they bought the Lexus used because Kody needed a nice car for his sales job with YESCO which is where he was working at the time the first season was filmed. YESCO is an actual legitimate company, not an MLM. I personally think they let him go not because he was a Plyg (I don't think he's ever kept it a secret, really) but because of his behavior on the show. And don't forget that Kody also had a Harley.
  18. The Apple doesn't fall far from the tree does it? Janelle is NOT smarter than the average Brown. She's right in the drek with the rest of them. I wonder what Logan or Hunter would say about that recommend from Janelle re drinking that shit when pregnant? ETA - this should be posted at the antiMLM subreddit IMO.
  19. Maybe Christine wanted to shower with Kody...?
  20. I think she was an admin/analyst. Back then the state of Utah actually posted the position and salaries of their employees on their website. I seem to recollect Janelle was making somewhere in the range of $60k which in 2011 for Utah was a decent income, I guess. I'm in California so I don't know the cost of living in Utah. I recall on the show Janelle said she cashed out her 401(k) to finance the move to Vegas. I really, seriously doubt she had much in her 401 to start with - she was paying half the bills for 4 adults, 12 kids (pre-Robyn/Truely) and I don't see her being able to contribute more than 3% of her income at most.
