I’ve already watched this series twice. Then I downloaded the Audible book. There are some slow portions of the series but it took a second viewing to really drink in the details. (Spoilers following) Just some thoughts. This series is sticking with me.

Plexus AND Pampered Chef? can’t believe that TLC is allowing advertising of MLMs.

She wasn’t. Since Janelle was working for the state her salary is public record. Off the top of my head I seem to recall it being in the neighborhood of $50-60k.

You can get the book for free from the Internet Archive as well. I think a lot of the books are donations from libraries and what not. I myself have a collection of rare horse magazines from the 1940s-1980s that I’m planning on donating to the Archives. After they scan them, they’ll keep the hard copies in their archive.

Bananas are 89 cents a pound at Safeway right now.

I’m on a group trip/tour this week. Last night at dinner I was seated next to a couple who lives in Flagstaff. After awhile I couldn’t resist asking about the Browns. “So…do you happen to know of Kody Brown?” well imagine my surprise when they answered “who”? Actually I wasn’t all that surprised but clearly Kody is a legend in his own mind. 😅

I thought Mykelti moved in with the owners of the pawnshop where she was working after she dropped out of school and that was who officiated their wedding.

Janelle was the agent for awhile but she couldn’t sell the houses. They ended up going to a top realtor who finally sold them. Christine’s house sat on the market for almost a year if memory serves.

He has surfed once. During his 2 week honeymoon with Robyn in Season 1 they took a surfing lesson. Of course that was on Robyn’s bucket list.

Hunter is a military nurse I think. Logan has an MBA and certainly must have a lucrative job as they just bought a house. Garrison has been in the military and I think works in construction and also bought a house this year. Gabe I believe is working and going to college. Aspyn works at a jewelry store in Utah. Not sure what Paedon is doing for a living.

It feels like they’ve been together longer than 3 years.

Ha! That was “The Wives Diet Woes” and they were at an Asian all you can eat restaurant. I’ll never forget the scene where Robyn is eating noodles. 😅

She’s probably direct quoting that pricey life coach of hers. Crazy eyes and terrible filtering.
