  1. Those puppies need chew toys or a nice bone. Plus lots of exercise.
  2. Well she's not living there at the moment, but she has services that come and fill up her water tanks, take the poo water away, and I guess she has batteries and is planning to install solar. (We go into a lot of detail in this subforum - happy reading!) Since she doesn't appear to be actually going anywhere with the thing, I wonder why she didn't opt for a mobile home instead. I would want some feeling of permanence rather than feeling the whole place shake every time I moved. ETA- I mean the Janelle subforum. I hadn't had my ☕️ yet.
  3. I bet the kids had to sign an NDA when they each turned 18.
  4. Big old glob of butter to compliment what appears to be butter mixed in. I like grits but you don't see them often in the Bay Area. Mom used to make them for breakfast pretty often tho.
  5. I was just reading on Reddit that Disney is increasing the daily rate on peak days to $164 per person per day. No thank you. Disney is also building a Star Wars Hotel at Disneyland which will have rooms starting at $2500 per NIGHT. It's already fully booked for a year. I've been to Disneyland 3 times and Disney world 1 time (mostly in the 1970s). I have ZERO desire to go again EVER.
  6. A takeover is where they try to sell someone else's inventory for them.
  7. I have a bad feeling about those poor puppies. And agree that they should have adopted an adult dog. Hopefully I'm wrong...but Maddie doesn't seem like a warm and kind Dog Person.
  8. I'm going to renew Disney + just to watch it again!
  9. I went on a date last month to see Shang Chi and The Legend of the Ten Rings. I'm an MCU fan. However the guy I went with not only bogarted most of the popcorn (including the unpopped kernels) but he was an ice chewer which is so bad for your teeth it's like fingernails on a chalkboard for me. We only had one more date after that. Good movie though.
  10. Never mind the sugar - the oily fat is bad enough. Even if I don't ask for extra butter, I end up with greasy hands.
  11. And what's even worse, they're not selling the snake oil per se - they are all about signing people up to their downline. People taken in not by health claims but the untold promise of making tons of money. I have no doubt that both Maddie and Janelle are making money - it's the initial signups where they make the most. Reading the "AntiMLM" sub at Reddit is an eye opener.
  12. She's supposedly doing a "spooktacular slimdown" and yet the first thing she mentioned is snacks and eating half of a very large high calorie movie popcorn even before the movie starts. I feel bad for Savannah as it appears from recent photos that she is also getting to be VERY overweight. Part of it is probably genetic but I'm sure it's mostly environmental. At her age especially, being overweight is tough. I know from agonizing personal experience. ETA - Janelle's gums look as unhealthy as usual.
  13. I doubt she'll even bother with decor. She'll just live out of boxes for the next 6 months or so.
  14. I concur. I know quite a few people who have lived way beyond their means by charging up their cards, HELOCs and so on. And not only that...if they really had disposable income, why was Christine begging for $$$ to pay for Ysabel's surgery? Why has Kody been arrears on his property tax payments in the past? Janelle not paying her garbage bill in Vegas? That's all just off the top of my head. I think they spend as fast as they get (and then some) and have never built up a nest egg. Kody's in his mid 50s...Meri and Janelle are solidly in their 50s and Christine is close to 50. Their "earning years" are limited. If I was in their shoes I would be seriously concerned about retirement coming up and doing something about it. The first thing I would do is put the Coyote Pass properties on the market. They're never going to build there anyway, why hang onto it just so Janelle's RV can park there?
  15. I was curious about the sale info which is supposed to be public record, so I went to the Coconino County public records site and typed in Christine's name and pulled up the property. Nothing has been filed about the sale. Nothing. So where exactly is this public record or are the tabs just taking WOCB at her word?
  16. It sounds like the duplex (2 units) is worth a million. Article says it looks like she's renting.
  17. It's mid-october - I'm betting we know within a month what their plan is. I agree with everyone who thinks they're going to move in together. I'm just wondering what Janelle is going to do with the RV in the winter - leave it on CP or put it in storage or find a rental with a big ol driveway?
  18. I googled it and apparently it's some kind of purchase points. Like you have to purchase crap that's worth at least 50PV in order to participate. But it doesn't have a set value - it changes I guess. Totally confusing but I guess the Plexus Browns want to make damn sure they get their commission check. https://helpcenter.plexusworldwide.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026237731-Plexus-Points
  19. 58 bucks for that POS?
  20. I don't think Janelle is with them - she probably heard about the UFO hotel project and found a photo on line. I Google Mapped Baker, CA and it's on the 15, if Christine is driving to SoCal from FS she'd be taking the 40. Also I got stuck in a rabbit hole and found the Kickstarter page for this project. Let's say I'm skeptical that this will actually happen as Baker is out in the middle of nowhere.
  21. They all look overfed (except Garrison and his GF). If I was Christine, I'd be concerned about Truely's weight. Looks like she finished off a piece of chocolate cake or a muffin and is washing it down with a frappucino. Too much sugar for anyone, adult or child.
