  1. Hysterical wording/phrasing going on here. All very intel. :P
  2. It's quite possible the only thing that kept her going in Ramsay's captivity was the thought of seeing him dead.
  3. I always hated Robb and never understood in the slightest why people were upset by the Red Wedding.
  4. So clearly he should be writing all the episodes then. Got it. :P
  5. This. I am SO tired of it. It's happening Game of Thrones too and it's really insulting to the viewers, IMHO, especially those of us who read the books. We understand the grit and, frankly, the relationship developments aren't going the way they should be because we don't see some of the more strife inducing moments.
  6. I'm glad someone brought that up because that scene of him muttering and Jaime having to kill him was literally the first thing I thought of after Hodor.
  7. Because she specifically stated the pain was physical, and in her body, right there as she stood. It was definitely not "feels". She also made it very, very clear that Ramsay HAD cut her. "Oh, so you DO know Ramsay then..."
  8. Martin's. They discuss when he told them in the post-episode show.
  9. It looked to me like dragonglass was used to create them as well.

    S02.E07: Faith

I believe the book specifically indicates he is allowed to bathe and shower once a week before their dinners.
  11. I think Daario 2.0 suddenly realized he'd been playing with literal fire and the entire past year of being Dany's plaything was suddenly seriously recast for him. Also, I forgot to call out not-so-wee Robyn. I kind of like that he's still just as crazy, but now teenager sullen and laconic.
  12. I'm actually on the High Sparrow's side. He made an excellent fucking point that more people should think about today: "I assume you've worn the fruits of one full life on your back." There's an obligation that goes with that. Too many people don't think about that every time they walk into an Old Navy, much less Neiman. That never ends well. Sansa and Jon... Bittersweet. Kinda pissed about Osha, but at least she had a decent go. All in all, if you're gonna get killed by Ramsay, good on her for making him do it fast. Brienne and Tormund! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! I want Brienne to have an awesome man to love her so much. And Tormund's pretty damn cool. Why didn't Brienne tell Davos about Shireen??? Does she know? Dany. Just right amount of crazy. She plays that particular thing SO well. Sometimes you can see her Viserys peeking out around the edges. Not sure what Tyrion is up to.
  13. The point was that it was all completely unnecessary, irrespective of her reasoning. Also, I'm pretty sure that Jaime didn't really say "Jesus. God, Claire." But rather he said "Jesus God, Claire." He seemed to be physically choking on fury and couldn't speak well.
  14. I never actually understood the drama around this issue in the books. "If Frank doesn't exist, I won't marry him, I won't be in Scotland, and we will never exist." It was a one sentence conversation. Two if you accept that the next sentence is "Oh."
  15. I'm not a major Dinklage fan - sometimes he's a little too William Shatneresque for me - but if I was him, I'd be ready to KILL the goddamn writers this season. They've turned him into a nigh monosyllabic, lowbrow humour delivering comic relief character and it SUCKS. I'm *very* tired of the modern turns of phrase. It's really taking me out of the story.
  16. I think Sansa is going to get Lady Stoneheart's vengeance storyline.
  17. Agreed with all of it. The use of fuck hasn't been the modern usage of it ever, just the verb. I felt like the writers for this episode didn't know a damn thing about their characters.
  18. I don't think the glamor is in the necklace. I think it's just a spell she keeps up and being naked and unadorned was symbolic.
  19. Future book stuff - not sure if that needs to be spoilered, but just in case.
  20. What the fuck are they doing talking in front of the help against their real master's goals?
  21. The king's mistress is quite a strong character as I recall.
  22. He was filming Rocky Horror in Toronto that day - he couldn't just leave and I'm pretty sure a big production isn't going to re-arrange their schedule for a guy with a bit part.
