Are they blowing up the foundry? I know we have been speculating that but SA's comment was about blowing up the show "but not really". We saw a BTS picture with SA and the foundry was a mess. He also had on special gizmos with lights. Now we know from the promo that Oliver fights the bad guy via Ray Palmer & ATOM suit. A fight in the foundry could have resulted in the mess. Arresting Oliver, SCPD in foundry, beating up Roy, Ra's doing whatever might all be considered "blowing up the show" since the are headed back to Nanda Parbat in 3.20. Assuming Felicity & Diggle are returning to SC in 3.21, Diggle might be hanging w/Laurel and Felicity with Ray. Now that the city is in these heroes-Laurel & Ray (eyeroll)-hands Ray might let Felicity operate from her office at PT.

It is kind of interesting. The May sweeps period is April 23-May20. 3.20 airs April 22 so only Arrow's final 3 episodes fall in that period. It also makes me wonder if this is why they bumped Flash back a week earlier - so it would have 4 shows in sweeps.

No. His favorite scene is on a jet in 3.20. They aren't on a jet. Nor do we know which episode this takes place in. Promo is for the next 5 eps. ETA: It must be 3.20 at the latest. He got his hair cut in 3.21 IIRC.

In 3.21 Oliver's in Nanda Parbat. From F1.22 it looks like he joined the LOA. So if they are separated why would it be good for Olicity fans even if she's not with Ray?

I thought it was who. She's chosen the hero support life. I think she wants to choose Oliver he just won't make himself available. I just want Felicity to be doing something with at least Thea during 3.20-3.23. I desperately need BR off my screen. I tried but it just hasn't worked. The thought of him in S4 and still with Felicity makes me want to cry. Since Felicity isn't going to the spin-off (Thank you!) per MG, it seems like she should be heading back to the life she was leading pre-RP unless she's departing the show. (I don't think she is.) If she breaks-up with Ray in 3.18 or even 3.19 this could be what EBR was talking about when she mentioned maybe sacrificing herself. This could equate to sacrificing her life for Oliver (at least until the next superhero comes along). LOL!

Maybe after a honest talk with her mother Felicity realizes she is not quite ready to move on romantically and needs time to be alone. Oliver is in serious trouble in 3.18-3.19 at least. Felicity at some point is going to be there for him. That is just who she is. Now I have no idea when the break-up occurs but I do believe she will be doing it. My first thought with regards to the 2nd dialogue tease was Thea & Roy. I think I've just convinced myself it could POSSIBLY be Felicity to Ray. Didn't AK say she would choose? I think Ray was a default since Oliver took himself out of the game.

Also, if Ray Palmer is needed more as the ATOM than Ray Palmer in the final 2 episodes the stuntman has that covered.

@nksarmi - Hasn't Ray as love interest served his purpose on Arrow already? Isn't that purpose to make Oliver reconsider his stance? What is the point of keeping Ray & Felicity together into S4? They could do it. I'm just not sure what the narrative purpose would be. If Oliver is with LOA and the rest of the team is in SC wouldn't they be working more on solidifying the team and fighting crime than a romantic storyline? If he's on the run, I would think most of them would be involved in helping him in some capacity. It just seems to me that Ray doesn't have much screen time beyond 3.19 even if he's in every episode between now and 3.23. He may work with Team Arrow. (I am under the impression from what little I know that Ray Palmer is more a reluctant hero than a gung ho one.) Felicity may continue working at PT although they've never really showed that. Most of those scenes were about her admiring Ray or Oliver walking in on something to advance his man pain. Heck, unless the wedding is Oliver & Nyssa, Ray could be the celebrant so maybe 3.17 isn't completely ridiculous.. The only couple he can't marry is himself and someone else. MG said they aren't setting up the spin-off in 3.23. He also said earlier that 3.23 would set-up S4. I wish I had an idea of where 3.20-3.23 were going! I know bits and pieces but not enough to put anything together.

Since you do NOT have to watch a crossover episode to understand what is going on in either show the only people likely to be confused by the timeline are those watching both shows. I don't think the suit comes into play again until 3.19 so Arrow only viewers probably won't even wonder how the suit was repaired. They'll just assume it happened off screen unless told differently. The whole purpose of the trip to CC is to introduce Flash viewers to Ray/ATOM. Felicity is the bridge between the two shows. I just really want to know when do Thea and Felicity start sharing scenes?! @dancingnancy - I think the must have invested quite a bit in the suit. What I wonder is were they always going to attempt a spinoff or did they decide to go there after Routh auditioned for the part?

On my screen, the triangle is Arrow/Oliver/Felicity. Oliver has been choosing Arrow but Felicity hasn't actually thrown in the towel yet. For her it's never been shown to be a real choice between Oliver & Ray. Ray was the consolation prize because of Oliver's choice. I think she made it clear even after sleeping with Ray that if Oliver would only toss his hat in the ring she'd choose him. I don't think anything about Oliver & Felicity's relationship has been shown to be toxic. I do think because their relationship angst has been given emphasis that it's easy for the reviewers and others to blame it for what to me has been a pretty dull, depressing season. Seasons 1 & 2 were much more action packed so S3 is a little slow if you came for the action. I don't think Ray & Felicity were ever intended to be about Felicity no matter what the EPs say. It was to showcase ATOM and provide Oliver with some growth. Anybody else notice that in the same episode that Felicity finally "chose" Ray that the suit became functional? It makes me wonder if the suit had been functional sooner would they have written this part of the season differently. (MG said he was always asking if the suit was ready yet.) Oliver's growth is due to Ray being the ATOM not Ray. Ray and Oliver found out about each other immediately. Felicity wasn't even shown trying to keep her 2 lives apart. She was simply running back and forth between whichever storyline as necessary.

3.18 Game Changer 3.19 Game Changer 3.20 Pivotal If Roy leaves, dies, goes to prison that changes the show and we have to suffer through Buckles as major "partner". If Quentin finds out Arrow's alter ego that changes the show. All regulars will be in the know. Do we know if PB has been filming? I know he's in 3.19 & F1.19. Do we have anything after that? Arrow asks ATOM for help in 3.19. Sort of superhero team up I guess. Changes the show. If Oliver joins Ra's LOA for major number of episodes that changes the show. Lyla just quit ARGUS. Diggle only helped out because of her. No SS because of movie. I would think that would rule out ARGUS in S4. H.I.V.E. is supposed to be major player in S4. Somewhere in all this mess it looks like Thea is getting a mask. This changes the show so the Halloween tradition lives on.

Do we know for sure that still is from the police station? Is it possibly from the mayor's office?

Well, I guess the game is changed after Gossip Al Ghul informs Quentin of Arrow's not so secret identity? Is Quentin dying this season? He uttered the phrase "Laurel Lance always trying to save the world" and I assume he also will know Oliver's the Arrow. Aren't they both the kiss of death? Also, we still think Roy's departing whether through death, prison, or whatever correct?

I agree completely about Olicity, SA & EBR. They do mention things from the comics ocassionally but not often. They don't appear to be Olicity related though. The female (Talibah) was in the comics and was shown in 3.16. She was the one Ra's was explaining footwork to. There is another story pertaining to using the Lazarus Pit without permission that said to be continued in S3. I am assuming it will be completed in 3.20 or 3.21. That said, it's like all the other easter eggs on the show, you don't have to read the comics to watch the show. I don't read fan fiction anymore because I found -FOR ME-it distorts my understanding of the story being told on screen. I love Oliver & Felicity but I don't think the show considers their relationship to be as important (or maybe I should say any more important than others) as the on-line community does.

I noticed the same thing @10Eleven12. They ramped up Olicity in the comic right around the same time Felicity told Oliver she didn't want to be a woman he loved IIRC. I don't think MG is pleading/begging for people to buy the comic. I think it's his form of teasing or playing with a certain fan base. He promised to release the S2 deleted kiss scene if they trended something or another. They did. He released it. Then one of the Oliciters suggested buying his book "Overwatch" as a thank you. It sold out on Amazon PDQ. This scene is in the comic because he has been asked about it repeatedly. It's his way of saying I did what you asked. It's your turn now. I guess I don't see why it should bother anyone. Buy or don't buy. If you do you might get similar things. If not maybe they'll go back to focusing on SS or the next job only. I get resenting that it is in the comic when you want to see it on screen but without the comic we were probably never going to see it.

Doesn't really bother me. It might if he hadn't been asked a gazillion times on twitter about when/did Oliver give Felicity the bottle of wine for almost 2 years now. Based on the id's the askers were obviously Olicity fans.

Lyla just quit her ARGUS job in 3.17 and Diggle doesn't like their methods. Why would he willing work with them. There is nothing on screen to support Felicity wanting a normal life - with or without Ray. At this point she's chosen the vigilante support life.

SA said at some point that he was changing suits. I guess this is it. He also said that he was getting a major suit upgrade in S4. Does that mean his upgrade is to Ra's Ollie Ghul in S4? Is S4 about League of Arrows and TA operates from elsewhere? Does this mean Ray Palmer & company will be in Star City on a separate show? So many questions!

I liked Laurel as ADA this episode. I think it worked for me because the character she was interacting with I really have no use for. Acting tough with him works for me - my faves, not so much. I liked Dyla, Suicide Squad (plot was dumb but so was last year's version), Steven Culp, Diggle/Oliver, Roy, 97.5% Oliver/Felicity but all that combined wasn't enough to save the episode for me from Felicity/Ray & Ray in general. I need that spin-off yesterday. Is season 3 over yet?

Since we are spoiled we know Ray is injured and not Felicity in 3.18. I wonder if Maseo is just firing at random, changes his mind or targets Felicity and Ray "heroically" pushes her out of harms way? Then we know in 3.19 Oliver seeks his help since he is keeping a low profile. So we are getting at least a 3-episode arc of Ray from misguided ineffective hero to full on hero? If 3.20 is all Nanda Parbat is Ray going? After all, EBR's hair was down in the BTS pictures. Usually that's a "I have scenes with Ray" thing. Going forward with Oliver & Felicity from MG's Tumblr 3.18 5 Seconds 3.19 WTF 3.20 Equal Very Good & Very Bad Scene (on a Jet?) 3.21 Oliciters probably won't be happy 3.22 ? 3.23 ? I have seen a lot of spec hear and elsewhere regarding 3.20 and people thinking F says ILY to O. If so what are they doing with R 3.20-3.23? The owner of this script page tweeted remember 3.20 last night. She allegedly has some other information about the episode that she promised (SA maybe?) she wouldn't tell people until after it airs.

I don't think I have actually read that ibtimes article so thanks. As I said I am more than happy to be proven wrong. :-) Now I have something to look forward to besides potential Thea/Felicity scenes. I am pretty much over all the storylines this season. Like I said I was lowering my expectations because I have read repeatedly where Oliver says jump, they jump. And yes it may just be KC's interviews -which I mostly ignore- that talk about how LL is the only one who stands up to Oliver. One of the reasons I enjoyed 3.16 is I had really low expectations.
