It could be General Shrieve in the flashbacks. IIRC at one con SA said there wouldn't be any "Oh! No!" deaths. We know from the promo pics that at least Oliver and Tatsu get away from the trap he set. Maseo gets away at some point too I assume since he was in present day. . It wouldn't surprise me if he's the one who kills the general because of Akio's death.

I think the next level would be going away together and/or moving in together. They are way past the dating stage. Then again it could be Oliver becoming Felicity's EA. ;) As for the courthouse scenes, those could simply take place where one of the four agents of death is.

Guess I looked at the wrong thing - date maybe. It said numbers were flat where others shows adjusted up or down. ;)

I am not sure that Ray has a "manipulative" streak. I think he has money and power and uses it to do what he thinks is best and isn't used to asking permission. If he asked do you really think she would accept? I don't. Part of his reason for transferring OWNERSHIP of the Starling City division - not control of Palmer Technologies - might be his way of helping fund Team Arrow's crime fighting activities. He evidently has decided it's time to move on so which member would you transfer it to? His friend who has proven capable in aiding his journey or someone else who might run it into the ground? This is what the show has been setting up for her since she accepted his job offer in 3.02.

Well, people were complaining because he wasn't acknowledging her work on his suit. Maybe this is his way of saying "thank-you"? He got what he wanted from the company so he doesn't need it anymore.

Perhaps it is Tatsu losing Maseo. She's already lost Akio. Or I guess it could be Maseo losing Tatsu since Katana is part of the SSS movie.

Going with the every villain is a hero in their own story. Maseo probably brought the virus along with Akio to Ra's. He offered Ra's the virus in exchange for access to the LP. It appears the pit mainly works for the mostly dead like Thea. It didn't work for Akio but Maseo had pledged his fealty to Ra's similar to what Oliver was doing in 3.20. Ra's says he replaces evil with death. Maybe the waters are not working as well as he thought. Oliver Queen, who he knows of, challenges him because of Malcolm/Thea. Ra's is impressed and thinks he might make a worthy successor so he conscripts him via the prophecy. If Ra's is so old fashioned he objects to Nyssa's relationship with Sara, he might also be of the mind that a woman cannot lead the League. Oliver might make the perfect husband for Nyssa. He has defeated her before. Ra's sends Maseo to find Oliver, knowing of their prior relationship, expecting Maseo to help him heal. If he was alive perhaps Ra's was going to use the LP on him. Maseo may be having second thoughts so he saves his friend from the others. He needs Oliver's help to get access to the virus so he is playing both sides now. He could want it for either good or evil. Oliver has been pretending for some time now. I think he has had contact and will be working with Malcolm. He knows he will need Team Arrow's help but he has to play both sides to keep everyone safe until he knows what is actually going on. I think the kidnapping Lyla, leaving baby Sara alone is what will cause Diggle to feel betrayed, especially if Oliver's #1 go to guy is Malcolm. One reason for working with Malcolm - he has an LOA outfit, knows his way around NP, and told Oliver he still has contacts there.

I wondered if maybe the insane cliffhanger was the plane taking off with O/N/R on board. You know like "The Offer" was made at the end of 3.15 instead of in 3.16 "The Offer" although it also lead off that episode.

I think Oliver is talking to Malcolm. In another promo Oliver says "I know someone they will listen to." There is a shot of Malcolm going to talk to them and Felicity basically shutting him down. So I guess Malcolm gets in touch with Tatsu although I figure Maseo is going to be on TA's side once he finds out about the virus. He has to take the jet. You know, to conserve energy. I wondered since Ray isn't shown in the fight scenes if his "air support" is what leads to the rest of them getting discovered. Or maybe they have him go after the plane if Oliver, Nyssa and Ra's get airborne.

Ra's did make it sound like she had more than 2 options (marriage or death). What they are, I have no idea (and neither does Nyssa).

Have the shippers been given more information to update their O/F wedding theories?! LOL! When MG mentions the wedding the promo cuts to Felicity and then Oliver and then mentions a fight in the sands of Nanda Parbat. (I don't think they are. I just find the cutting of the scenes with the audio interesting.)

From the Print TV Guide interview w/MG re: Is Oliver redeemable? Can he still be a hero? Indication of where S4 is going in the finale and "Viewers may not be able to handle the truth" I, like others, was thinking he hangs up the hood and embraces Oliver Queen only (at least for a while). Nyssa would take over the LOA. Assuming that Oliver defeats Ra's (which will really anger some viewers), I am wondering if he doesn't stay with the League as Ra's Al Ghul to try and reform them. This would also give him their resources to take on Damien Darhk and HIVE. In 3.21 they set up Ra's and Darhk as rivals. Nyssa could remain in SC with Laurel. This would definitely change the TA dynamic which I keep reading.

Maybe the plan all along is/was to announce it at the CW Upfronts in May but they wanted people talking about it in the meantime so let them think she is coming back on Arrow? I guess it could still be Ra's shocker in 3.22 although that might be whether she's adopted or his blood per MG TUMBLR.

Two people who look like they do in those photos should never get married. Nyssa was prepared to die. Why is she agreeing to it?!

Per MG's tumblr the Billy Joel songs he would use for 3.22 is Surprises and for 3.23 is Famous Last Words. If Felicity is yelling at Oliver in that scene, maybe he's locking them up to keep them safe. 3.23 Famous Last Words makes me think the Porsche/girl/sunset scene is Oliver hanging up the hood and embracing life, not going to be a vigilante again - until sometime in S4.

I went back and reread the comment and I agree it is present day. That said, there is some twist or loophole in here unless they decided they don't want to tell the Green Arrow origin story anymore.

Serious amount of blood on his hands & is Oliver redeemable...flashbacks maybe? He lost the vial of the alpha omega virus in HK. If it is as powerful as they say people are going to die (blood on hands). He has been trying to atone for his transgressions since the pilot. (redeemable)

It does but it also makes me want to laugh. I might be more concerned if I didn't know about a Porsche, a blonde with glasses, and a sunset not to mention the title of 3.23 is "My Name is Oliver Queen". I think the blood on his hands are LOA members. Usually someone dies in the finale so I am guessing he's trolling. Surviving cast members - they could all get out alive although if Malcolm dies I might cheer. (Sorry, I am so over him this season.) I don't know if he'll continue to be Al Sah-him (The Arrow) or maybe the stunning thing is that he is hanging up his hood - regardless of color-and is going to try life just as Oliver Queen. S4 rolls around he's back to heroing and being Oliver Queen and on his way to becoming Green Arrow.

I was wondering about "Overwatch" too. I had to laugh at the "No thanks" from Diggle about needing a mask. I agree with Angel12d about Roy. It made me sad and I although I didn't notice his absence in 3.20 I think I am going to miss him.
