  1. WHY did they bring Ansley back as a wild card? Was it because she cried the first time she was eliminated? She's cute as a button, but she does not have the vocal skills for a show like this. I also was not a fan of Light Balance Kids' act tonight. Thought it was boring. Overall, it was not a very entertaining night. Hope next week is better. Forgot to add--Kodi and Tyler are skating by on their stories. Hope they're gone soon too. I'd say they should reinstate a minimum age, but I loved Darci Lynn. I just get tired of the kid acts that get by just because they're kids.
  2. Susan Boyle looked the best I’ve seen her in a long time, but she seemed really out of it and her voice was weak. I was surprised Simon had nothing to say to her. That whole segment was weird.
  3. Really? I thought he did. He buzzed twice tonight. One was for the horrible Ring of Fire act. Who was the other?
  4. What in holy hell was that Ring of Fire act? It was so bizarre. I can’t believe a giant hook didn’t pull them off the stage.
  5. Actually, she said she had 19 days until the wedding.
  6. Just read this from Tuscany bride on the Say Yes to the Dress Facebook page. She claims the show made her look bad. I find it amusing.
  7. Model bride was beautiful but she was obviously not there to buy a dress. Her GBF was insufferable. When she walked out in the first dress, something was visible on her leg Was it an ankle monitor? Marlo’s dress was perfect (she could have skipped the extra bling she added to the bottom), and you’re all right, it was the only dress that would have worked with that cape, so why waste time in the other dresses? Glad she didn’t end up wearing the birdcage veil she had on before the wedding. I’ve never been a fan of those.
  8. Tonight’s Code Blue medical theme show was hilarious. Bebe Neuwirth won the night. Question: the magazines in my doctor’s office are so old, the People Magazine actually featured an interview with blank. Bebe’s answer: Alec Baldwin 😂
  9. Thank God G Force is off my screen.
  10. Tuscany bride needs some intensive therapy. "Everyone was crying and it made me feel so good, like I was supported." What kind of emotional manipulation BS is that? And her statement that her husband had better cry too? She's got some deep-seated issues. Wonder how much of it was created by the parents. Agree with the statements above--her wedding did look lackluster and dull. And someday she'll look back at pictures and think, "why was the best man's girlfriend there but none of my family?" Maybe. She seems really immature and shallow. Ugh. Could not stand her.
  11. I was underwhelmed all night. (Just couldn't even look at Bir Khalsa.) How many acts are going through?
  12. I thought “middle finger” too! Makes more sense, imo.
  13. Is the contestant tonight wearing the same blue floral shirt as one of the contestants who was just on Card Sharks earlier this evening? It was a very distinctive pattern.
  14. I’m so glad Taystee is finding the will to fight again. I just hope what really happened to Piscatella is revealed and the right person is held responsible. I know, I’m dreaming.
  15. No. The prompt for the Ashley Madison question was “Instead of ‘you’ve got mail,’ it says ‘you’ve got (blank)’.” Personally I thought “tail” was the obvious answer. The cheating answer definitely came up with the Tom Brady question.
  16. I was truly shocked that the young girl singer didn't make it through. It's not that I thought she was particularly good. They just usually give all the kid acts a pass. I'm glad they were more objective. And all her tears show she is NOT ready for the pressure.
  17. This show gives me the giggles. Alec Baldwin is an excellent host. His side eye to the camera when the contestant picked Wayne Newton as one of the 3 to give suggestions was hilarious. And Caroline Rhea and Mario Cantone keep the laughs going. I’m glad they resurrected this show.
  18. I don’t think I’ve ever seen worse “celebrities.” Have scores ever been that low? It was entertaining, though, when the contestant said “the continent the Nile runs through” and Edelman replied Egypt and the contestant tried to explain the difference between country and continent. “Do you understand?” Poor guy.
  19. Agree about the Mindflayer. I don’t understand how it survived outside the first time the gate was closed, but bit the dust when the gate was closed this time. I can buy the Russians sneaking Hopper out of the mall. The underground lab was labyrinthine. There had to be extra exits in those miles of tunnels.
  20. It was my first job my senior year in high school (1982/83), so yes it was definitely a thing in the 80s.
  21. But they weren’t born in the seventies. The character of Nancy (and Barb, if she’d lived) is about 17 years old in season 3, which is set in 1985. This would make her year of birth circa 1967. So yes, their names are spot on.
  22. I was not impressed. It was a total retread from the parents’ act, and the parents set all of the effects up for the kids, I’m sure. So basically they came out and danced a little while their parents did all the behind the scenes work. They shouldn’t have gone through.
  23. Not to mention Katy digging her underwear out of her crack when she stood up at the end. She's klassy.
  24. Jeremiah and Madison were the only ones with strong enough voices to handle Queen. Lane was out of breath for the whole song, and the rest of the group didn’t fare much better. The right 2 went home tonight.
