Are they going down to 12? 10? I wish they’d spend less time on auditions and more time with the top 12.

I’m disappointed in the results of the Top 14, so I’m coming here to post. Maybe the title of this thread can be changed to the 2-night 24 to 20 to 14 event? I will really miss Kennedy and Odell in this group going forward. I think Jayna and Nya are very similar and only 1 should have gone through. I would have preferred McKenzie Sol over Jordan. Last, I’m tired of Emmy Russell (I think her legacy as Loretta Lynn’s granddaughter is keeping her around) but I guess she’s getting the votes, so oh well.

What a load of BS the redemption dance scoring was. Carrie Ann claims she “thought” Charity made a mistake and gives her a 9. “I HAVE to point it out!” Xochi and Val very obviously miss a hand grab in the middle of their Fox trot and all of the sudden Carrie Ann sees nothing and says nothing and they get all 10s. Seems like the scoring was rigged in Xochi’s favor. She’s very good, but if you’re calling out other people for *maybe* making a mistake, don’t try to gaslight us with 10’s for an error we all saw.

I really enjoyed Disney night. I thought everyone brought their A game, which made me wonder who would be going home. The weaker dancers (Harry, Barry and Alyson) seemed to be having so much fun, I hated the idea of it being them. And Adrian had a really nice last dance (although I just looked up his child abuse history and I agree with people who say he shouldn’t have even been on this show). I’ve decided that Mira should be put out of her misery next week. She always looks so tense and uncomfortable that it makes her tough to watch, imo.

Of course the judges saved her, probably at the behest of the producers. Nutsa generates controversy. People love her or hate her, so they want to keep her around to draw attention. I noticed her video on Facebook last night generated hundreds of comments. They're going to keep her around as long as possible.

The whole situation with Adin made me furious. The producers KNEW they had an uneven number. Why did they wait until Adin had a complete breakdown before they said something? It was cruel and unnecessary. Bless those girls for taking him in, and Lionel was right—their behavior deserved to be rewarded. There were definitely mental health issues tonight that needed compassion on other teams as well, but while Katie was patting herself on the back for showing grace, they should have stopped the cameras from rolling and intervened a lot sooner.

Has anyone seen a number of how many people will be in Hollywood? Who were the other platinum tickets besides Cameron last night? I feel like the coverage has been very scattered during these audition shows.

“Very first singer I thought was only meh but they practically anointed her.“ I was surprised the first singer went through. Her voice wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t particularly good either. I think the judges were drawn in by her dad’s reaction.

Are we really supposed to believe that Emily went from not knowing the song “What’s it all about, Alfie” to singing it onstage in a matter of days? Ridiculous.

Sasha and Daniela’s dance during one of the filler segments was on fire. I love it when the pros burn it up. So I’m guessing next week’s double elimination will be Trevor and Daniel. (Unless something weird happens and Charli gets the boot. I just don’t enjoy her dancing. She’s technically good, but very robotic.)

I was sorry to see Joseph go. He seemed to be enjoying himself and was definitely better than some of the other remaining dancers. Heidi did not look happy to be in the bottom 2. She really gives stank face when not pleased. As much as I love Artem, she can go anytime. I was thrilled for Shangela and Wayne tonight. They were so good! And I loved seeing some of the eliminated pros in the opening and on the balcony.

I think she said because she was too short to be a model. Oh, the horror 😂

So the panel of karate elite from the most prestigious tournament in the world can’t see with their own eyes that the ref is making bad calls? That seemed unbelievable. Or is that why they decided to let both teams compete?
