  1. That's a crappy teaser for a story with a known ending, bad PG, bad. I wish they went with my idea to watch One Minute with a cousin.
  2. Kim is a softer version of Chuck. Neither of them are ever going to treat Jimmy as an equal. Whats worse? Leaving abruptly or watching someone you love pity you?
  3. The motivation to make open adoption seem more appealing is convincing the birth parents to place their child. I tend to think that Cate wasn't mature enough to parent or place Carly and has some PTSD about it. Tyler seems delusional and disconnection from the actual person of Carly. When he rants, he moves like Butch. He holds his neck stiff and chin slightly up.
  4. I would have rathered a ghost turned Jimmy into Saul.
  5. Cate seemed painfully aware if it though. Her voice was clearer and firmer than ever when objecting. I think the scenes were staged, recreated, so she could plan her thoughts and rehearse them. However, I'm not sure Tyler still wins in Carly v. Tyler.
  6. Amber: You are a piece of shit mother. Sobriety doesn't erase your past, it gives you another chance. Its a do over. Do something.
  7. Tyler on school "Especially with Nova coming here..." I wonder if just a house guest would have been enough motivation.
  8. Holy cow, the look of actual pain on Maci's face when Ryan hangs up on her... Maybe it's just artful editing and she fake cries right after that scene but I totally believed she's still into him. The new boyfriend, while seeming to be a lovely person, looks like Ryan drawn with a blunt pencil.
  9. Leah became a ward of the State when her mother was arrested for assaulting Gary. As Amber's legal problems piled up, Gary was unable to prove fit enough for primary custody. I believe, he was given supervised custody of Leah. I don't recall that changing. So, Amber could be trying to relieve the State of Leah's care not necessarily Gary. Amber did not relinquish Leah, like Jenelle did with her son, the courts removed Amber.
  10. Its hard to say however this show reminds me of the following: 1. A group of people traveling for business waiting out an airport delay. 2. The warm up area of the passive aggressive olympics, I guess. 3. Befores. 4. Jehovah's witnesses definitely not on the Heaven list. 5. Numbers >90 when the DMV is serving #27. 6. Jesse Pinkman's roomba. The only reason I check this forum anymore is to keep an eye on the remaining viewer. Stay strong guys, its just tv.
  11. Cate was 16 and the child of an addict. I think she had been told stories with happy endings all of her life and mimicked it to soothe her mother. Cate probably even believed those things when she said it, either lacking the maturity to know the truth or sensitivity to protect April. Cate was the child, perhaps April was hurt, thats parenting.
  12. They stunt casted Jimmy this season for nostalgia ratings, I'm sure they'll stunt cast Micky. I won't know, show ended for me last night.
  13. I think the producers stirred up the Farrah nonsense by asking them about it repeatedly. I think Maci also thinks quite a bit about herself and may worry about her image.
  14. I was so curious about Joanna when I started watching. She has such dark features, the children are all blonde. Slowly, I stopped caring. I saw a rerun with an Asian grandmother in it, figured that was enough of the story for my interest. Later, I found it refreshing that they never talk about ethnic or cultural backgrounds. Joanna is obviously american or was raised with an american dialect, same seems true for Clint, so be it. I like the idea of a blended family just being american. Growing up mixed race, each family focused on the "half" of me that didn't belong. I'm still trying to find that zipper that splits me down the middle.
  15. The cousins march into the US was somewhat arduous. I can't see that happening for anything other that eliminating a DEA agent that threatens your organization. I also can't see Tuco accepting the cousin's arrival as a show of respect. However, if one of the cousins showed up, it would be confirmation that the cartel is working ABQ and highly suggest Gus is in play.
  16. The real story is unemployed, father of 2 has walking around cash to treat himself to breakfast.
  17. I don't think anyone envies Farrah. She has no friends, a toxic relationship with her family, and has hours of footage showing her mental illness. I think its as simple as Farrah is entertaining but also massively poor company. I'm sure she's an absolutely nightmare backstage at the catch up shows. She's Charlie Sheen without the sense of humor.
  18. Has the show established the nail salon workers are vietnamese?
  19. She's blonde but not dumb, Kim Wexler everyone!
  20. Your place for all Jimmy related thoughts..
  21. I've always thought that patients should have to eat the post surgery diet for a period of time before surgery. It seems like the perfect way to target therapy if you establish a baseline without surgical healing.
  22. We have front runners. We'll give the morning crowd a chance to catch up.
