  1. I love this show, but every time I watch it, my running thought is 'how is this show, with all of the blatant sexual jokes and innuendos, appropriate for 7:00 (cst) viewing'. It's hilarious, & I'm no prude, but I honestly feel like it's way too raunchy for that early in the night.
  2. I'm so glad that I stumbled on this show (& that there is a forum!). I liked Kate from the first episode, primarily for her snark about Jhemini "if our husband's had better aim, they'd be in for murder, too." She's cute and real. Now, Jhemini...my husband (who's not in prison) and I refer to her as a Kardashian-lite, because she has that affected way of speaking like them. She's super-cute, albeit really dumb, but there is no way she will stay faithful to her husband throughout this season, let alone for years to come. Saddest of all is Ana. I'm going to be the mean one and say it, her husband is conventionally-good-looking, and probably out-of-her-league in the real world. The nano-second he gets out of prison, he will forget she ever existed (unless he needs to use her for a while so he can get back on his feet). She's not ugly at all, but he's just more conventionally-attractive than her, prison-record aside. Their situation reminds me of Annika on the Prison Wives show, where he was fairly physically-attractive, and you just know that if they had met at a party or something, rather than him being behind bars, he would've never, ever given her a second look.
  3. Have to throw in, Nicole bumped into Zach, and he said "be careful, you fruit-loop dingus", which was pretty hilarious. He was the most natural on-camera. Also, Cody showed more personality in his one line on B&B than he did the entire summer of Big Brother. When the 2nd place couple was announced, Cody said "I know how that feels" or something to that effect.
  4. Long live fun, smiling, laughing, happy-go-lucky Liam! I've never been his biggest fan, but it's so nice to see him actually enjoying himself for once. Well-done, Ivy!
  5. This is the best that "Bold" has been in a long time (for me, anyway)! I think Ridge & Caroline are smoking hot, and I totally believe that they could organically fall for each other because of the physical closeness of their work together, as well as their bonding over their amazing creations. Yeah he's older than her, but he's so dirty-hot, as well as being a true mentor to her, plus he goes out-of-his-way to make her feel like the most special girl in the world (he can only design with her, she's his muse, etc.) that I truly believe that she'd go there. She's just fabulous in every way, looks, attitude & talent (she should be the younger star of the show, not Dope, gag) so I also fully believe that he'd go there. I hpoe they go full-blown, sneaking-around, white-hot affair, regardless of who she backs to run Forrester Creations. I'm enjoying "Bold" so much every single day. No Hope or Brooke is a huge, huge, huge bonus! I'd love to see this continue for the next several months! I will admit, sometimes when I see Ridge & Caroline getting intimate, I think of that hilariously awful RM scene, where Caroline showed Ridge her neck tattoo, and he got all emotional and just cried in an embarassingly awful way. He could not pull this story off, so I appreciate Thorsten Kaye even more now.
  6. I love that I stumbled upon this thread! I, too, immensely love the Fisher-abuses-Jackie episodes, and really how Dan's reaction was not to say a word and just grab his coat and go out. Not a quote, but he didn't need words, and we all knew where he was going and what he was going to do. I found John Goodman strangely hot in that scene. Now, my favorite verbal quote was when David wanted to move in with the Conners, & Roseanne went to talk to his mom. David's mom: "I don't think you need to be judging anyone looking at those two little whores that you raised." Roseanne: "Oh, I'm in this now. People who live in glass whore houses shouldn't throw stones!" There was more, but that was the best part.
  7. If loving DeaQuinn is wrong, I can never be right. With so much fake morality shoved down our throats with "Hope for the Future", it's nice to see some baddies in the mix, & I hope they both get whatever it is that they want. Having said that, I think Hope is an idiot if she stays with boring Liam (who should've dumped boring Hope for awesome Steffy for realz) over awesome Wyatt, whom she has so much more chemistry with.
  8. I never noticed the lopsided-ness of the newsprint dress, but that picture totally shows it. The dress is a super-cute print, though! Today was Charlotte & Harry's wedding, and Samantha wore a white pantsuit to the rehearsal (maybe the actual wedding, I was sort of in-&-out of the episode), which was fine, but she wore a black cumberband-type shirt (?) under it, that covered absolutely nothing, since the jacket was basically open to her navel, and the cumberband-thing was more like an accessory. The girls were covered, but I always thought that was an odd outfit.
  9. I always really liked the newspaper-printed dress that Carrie wore (I think when she ambushed Natasha in the restaurant, to force Natasha to listen to Carrie's heartfelt apology for ruining Natasha & Big's marriage - "not only have you ruined my marriage, you've ruined my lunch"). Charlotte was my favorite dresser overall, though. She was always classic.
