  1. Briana is a big, fat liar. She can't possibly suggest that her move to Oklahoma was because of Vicki and Brooks and then, in the same breath, say "well we have to move as a family because Ryan is in the military." You can't bemoan to your mother that you would never want to live in the Oklahoma version of Coto de Caza and whine about the things you didn't have as a child (a long driveway and the experience of playing with neighborhood kids) and then move into a palatial half-million dollar house and cry that you miss CA. Which is it? Totally agree that Briana married Ryan to create a barrier between her and Vicki. IMO she should have just gotten a pitbull. They're a nice deterrent, but still cute and fun - unlike her husband. I think you're thinking of Lizzie. I never remember her saying anything about Colby's heritage. Do you have any information about the time during which Briana was hooking this scumbag? I know several posters have made claims about their courting online but I've never read about it anywhere.
  2. LOL, thank you! What a bunch of losers. I don't know who is worse - Caroline or Lauren. What a miserable shrew and she's what, 25 years old? I guess she imitates Caroline. Imagine her in another 30 years? Run, Vito, run! In all sincerity - he works in his father's deli in Monroe, NY and stays with the Manzo's in Franklin Lakes. How much could he be saving after he spends all that money on gas? It's pretty clear that the Manzo's are still floating their kids. Albie looks like he's going to kill himself, and I mean that seriously. I think he has a lot of repressed issues that his loudmouth mother and defeated father have never been open to speaking about.
  3. It's totally wrong and inappropriate and yes, if I were Briana, I wouldn't want anything to do with the guy either. However, I sure as hell wouldn't be telling my mother who she can and can't have in her own home when I'm almost 30 years old. Briana needs to wake up and smell the coffee and just learn to let her mother be. Briana and her mother have no boundaries, and I don't believe they have for quite some time. When did Michael say he didn't like Brooks? The only time we saw any early interaction between the two was at the Wines by Wives Launch party (womp womp) when Brooks started to talk about Briana and Michael said he "didn't want to do this right now" or some such. Other than that, he seems to keep Brooks at arm's length and basically accept his mother for who she is, all the while withholding his home address from her, lol!
  4. AnnA, yes, there is a recording of a very drunken Brooks saying something to that effect. It is wrong. If anything, I think that Vicki should have been a little harder on Brooks for doing what he did. I think that might be why Briana is so upset with her. Vicki sort of brushed the whole thing off. That being said, he was clearly wasted and Ryan seemed to be baiting him. If I were Briana, I would be angry too, and I wouldn't want to have any further contact with the guy either. But I think I might also realize that he was very intoxicated and not really making sense. I would also think that maybe my husband should get a life and do better things with his free time than get my mom's boyfriend drunk and make an incriminating recording of him. I mean what were they going to do, submit it to a court of law? When Ryan has an order of protection out against him by an ex-girlfriend himself? And when he goes around yelling at 65 year-old women for putting their feet on a couch? It doesn't take Angela Lansbury think Briana is trying to deflect the attention from her POS husband by putting all the attention on Vicki's issues. Sound familiar? She is her mother's daughter.
  5. I think you hit the nail on the head, Fozzy. Even Vicki's son, who seems about as non-dramatic as you can get, says that Briana and Ryan's strong aversion to Brooks is strange. I can understand not liking the guy, and yes, he's a little bit of a sleazebag, but I think they've taken it too far. I think Briana wants to continue to have her cake and eat it too. When she was on WWHL with Vicki, she expressed interest in moving back to Orange County. She did the same in a few replies on Vicki's Instagram pictures of them in Andy's clubhouse. I think she (much like Tamra's son, Ryan) was all gung-ho to move away from the pretentiousness of Orange County only to realize that she does need her mom's support and that way of life is in fact, all she knows.
  6. "I don't watch it, but maybe she'd quit RHONY and that would be fine with me. Trump was a big blunderbuss just like Bethenny. They could give her a try and fire her if they don't like her?" Was?
  7. Kara Keough and Kyle Bosworth are having a baby. She judged posted this wedding/announcement video which I don't quite get. I figured a wedding video would document the whole night but this seems like a teaser for a reality show or something. Who knows!
  8. Does anyone else think that Meghan Edmonds looks like Lindsay Knickerbocker?
  9. Jeana's entire life seems like a scam to me. From her weird marriage based on eugenics to her total lack of self esteem. I don't know. Something odd in that household for sure.
  10. I thought it was totally creepy when Tamra said that she felt she was being replaced by Sarah. That could be an innocent/funny comment, unless you know her history. There is definitely a blurred line between her and Ryan's relationship, and probably her and her father as well. Ugh. I can't believe that Ryan and his stupid new wife are milking this show. Whatever happened to "getting away from the crazy OC people," Ryan? I guess he lasted about a week into fatherhood before he realized he was totally broke with no prospects.
  11. Carole is really getting on my nerves this season. I can't stand her whole "little girl" routine. She's 50 years old! Who uses the word "boy" at that age? Ugh, as IF!
  12. Can't believe the Vicki-tini made its way to the East Coast. Other than that? This episode was boring to me..
  13. I think the problem with the Hoppy elders is that Bethenny felt that she wanted to create separate memories with just Jason, Bryn and herself. The Hoppy's, including Jason, wanted to do everything together. She told them that as soon as Bryn rolled over for the first time, Jason called his mother before they even had a chance to experience the moment together as a family. My mom and my grandmother were very close, so I grew up very much in the same frame of mind. Extended family for some is almost the same as immediate family. That's fine, but it's not for everyone. It's funny, because I remember during Season 3 of RHNY, Teresa Giudice was the guest blogger and she totally had Jason's number from the get-go, oddly enough! She completely saw him for the opportunist that he was. Specifically, she discusses the part of the show when Jason is angry that the press got wind of Bethenny's pregnancy before he had the chance to tell his parents. She said something to the effect of "maybe you should think twice before knocking up someone in the spotlight." Crass, but I have to agree. Jason seemed like he wanted both words exclusively - both Bethenny's fame and the small-town sensibility to which he is accustomed. But that's simply not possible, and I think that he took out a lot of that frustration on Bethenny.
  14. Oops - I thought she had already had the baby. Well now she's posting her items on ebay again, so maybe her daughter in law is out of the woods, lol.
  15. Tamra's a grandma: thank you for all the well wishes, Sarah and baby are stable at the moment. She's going crazy on bed rest, but I am sure she is secretly enjoying Not working and having Ryan take care of her and the kids after work. ‪#‎AvaRyan‬ There are just no words.
  16. Of course they could manage, but most people don't have to and don't want to. Have you ever watched Real Housewives of New York City? The Countess LuAnne had a full-time nanny/babysitter and her children were practically teenagers.
  17. Work out, go shopping, get their nails done, non-profit work, etc.
  18. Yes, that was Jeanna. I recently rewatched that season and wow, Gretchen looked young - so did Tamra! She totally chewed up her face in the past few years.
  19. Oh, it's very common. People need someone to be there to get the kids from school, drive them to their lessons, make dinner, clean, etc. Moms have other plans and Dads a lot of time work, or vice versa.
  20. Terry is like Gatsby with PMS. Watching him on Botched just reiterates how he objectifies women and makes them into plastic dolls. I saw a plastic surgeon like him once and he left me with such a feeling of shame and embarrassment that my mom almost punched him in the face.
  21. This reunion was quite a snore. Lizzie adds nothing to the show for me. Tamra can just go and get stung by a hornet's nest full of wasps as far as I'm concerned. That woman has serious issues and she needs to halt her use of social media and this show for the sake of her kids. It's interesting, I remember one show when Vicki was enforcing the importance of having a job and income, Tamra replied and said something like "well I'm not going to go get a job at McDonalds." She likes the show and the fact that they pay her to do what she does best, but she COULD get another job. She has her real estate license. If she learned to shut her mouth and just work for once, maybe she'd have some money in the bank that didn't involve the demise of others in order to obtain.
  22. Sorry, just to add to the whole bull-riding gate: who serves Tequila all day at a party and then busts out a mechanical bull and expects that everyone will stay civil?
  23. Just jumping in to say that the Terry/David weight loss struck me as odd. Are they competing, or what? Neither were heavy by any means so why the sudden drop in 30 lbs? Also, thank you for the Sophia Loren comparison with Lizzie, that made me LOL. That woman's fascination and obsession with her chest is really disturbing to me. She posted a three-paragraph diatribe on Facebook about how she had two reductions and her surgeon, thankfully, gave her a B-sized implant to "save her breasts" which would have been "destroyed if she had children." Huh? She has a serious fixation...
  24. I actually thought that in character terms, the 3rd season was the best. I feel there was just so much on the surface of this show and they never really got at the meat - Holder's kid, Linden and Jack, etc.
