  1. I don’t think this was staged. They all seem to be gobsmacked and remember they’re not good actors (see IMDB pages). Ariana used to bug the shit out of me that she thought this show was beneath her. Smartest, prettiest…did not go over well with me. BTW I looked it up and she went to Flagler College (family house for 35 yrs in St Augustine and apparently it’s now an actual real college - but it sure ain’t Stanford). She seems to have moved on from that. Is smart enough to be grateful about the kind of money she is making and figured out the Witches of WeHo are actually fun. We all knew Sandoval was a narcissistic asshole from Day 1. So no shock there. But this girl inserted herself into poor Ariana’s life on national TV. They all went out for VALENTINES DAY, Sandoval dressed up like her for Halloween, she’s running around wearing/handing out TomTom gear. This is some real fuckery. How did she think this would end? That they’d all just keep filming together business as usual? Is she really that dumb? Sandoval is so fucking narcissistic (and stupid) he probably thought so. I’m very curious how it’s going to end. So I guess that’s the question - Bravo certainly wants to ride this wet pony to the bitter end. Is there a certain amount of money that the others would take to film another Season if they had to interact with Sandoval and Raquel? I could see them taking back Schwartz, who of course knew. Let’s bring back Kristen. We’ve punished her for her sins.
  2. Just wondering. Did either of these Chucklefucks have a master plan? If so it seems to be failing.
  3. As somebody said above the Bravo monkeys are frantically re-editing the rest of the season. I know these are all Chucklefucks but this is remarkably low even for them. Bambi-eyed Bitch may now go down in the lexicon of reality tv moniker history.
  4. That sound you hear is Andy Cohen popping a bottle of champagne.
  5. I guessed between 5 and 8 years. Do I win the Jen Shah prize? Now just gotta get a hand on one of those fake bags.
  6. Is it time to start taking bets? Winner gets a fake Jen Shah bag? I’m going for five years at minimum and eight at max. Hope I’m wrong. But she did take the plea. I do not think RH will wait for her or that they will ask her to rejoin show (if still on) when she gets out. But then Andy has unfortunately proven (disappointingly) to be a little bit of a scumbag. IMO - sentence all depends on whether or not the Judge watches a few RH episodes. If so, then she’s fucked (10 years).
  7. I had been thinking the same thing about Meredith’s jewelry line and I think you just answered the question. I’m really a researcher at heart (my occupation is unfortunately mainly math, with research thrown in). She apparently is actually a pretty successful jewelry designer (take a look at her website) and they never mention it. Ever… But then on RHBH they had no problem promoting Mauricio (he should be paying Bravo a cut of Agency profits) and even the ultimate sleazebag - Tom Girardi.
  8. I believe you are correct. There goes more of my US Marshall dreams cause I almost talked myself into buying one of the counterfeits, and if anybody admired it, I’d tell them it was fake and used to belong to Jen Shah (great story!). Would have saved a lot of money too… But you know people would have bought them at auction and tried (probably successfully) to sell on Poshmark etc as the real thing.
  9. I’m so disappointed! There goes my Jen Shah US Marshall auction dreams. What was she spending all of her stolen Granny money on then? They apparently don’t have any real assets. Related to above - my niece (cousin’s daughter) grew up in the UAE (long story) and has been staying with us the past several months for an internship at the Embassy. She told me that all the uber rich in the UAE (she’s not one of them - but runs with that crowd - she knows a bunch of people on some Netflix reality show) have fake handbags. Says cost about $300-$500 for the really good ones and could hook me up. I declined on principle. I just don’t get it cause these are really really really rich people. Like the kind that spend millions on a private Beyoncé concert. She gets to go to those, along with free ultra luxury vacations and Michelin star restaurants. She’s 26. When I was her age I was still cramming into the likes of the Days Inn with my friends and living it up at the Village Inn (free pie Wednesday!). My bag was probably a Ralph Lauren I got at Marshall’s or something from the Coach outlet.
  10. The DOJ doesn’t give a shit about Mauricio’s license. And it’s not a criminal offense. They probably got what they were expecting (another likely shady move on Mauricio part as he likely shared that amount with Buyer). The scumbag had proof by e-mail that Mauricio told him less than 24 hours before closing he was an investor. That’s an ethics violation. The guy (not sure criminal) with the other offer also had proof via e-mail that he was talking to Mauricio to put in what would have been a higher offer but Mauricio kept putting him off. That’s another ethics violation. Mauricio’s excuse was that he wasn’t a “serious” buyer. That’s not up to Mauricio to decide. I believe he sued him too (along with scumbag - who yes odd he sued since wouldn’t personally benefit - I guess he was pissed and has lots of money). Mauricio did settle all these law suits for some unknown sum and had to pay his own legal fees. In the end it probably wasn’t worth all this hassle - so hopefully he learned a lesson. I didn’t include Mauricio’s commission. I was only figuring out his profit on back end given improvements, debt, likely equity contribution. Trust me on the math, unless you want to hear my resume again.
  11. If he was Joe Schmo - he probably would have lost his license. That’s up to the California Realtor Association (or whatever it’s called). Much like Tom Girardi and the California Bar Association (whatever that’s called too). It now explains a lot for me. Cause as somebody who takes my fiduciary responsibility very seriously (I’m considered a principal so have no license), I was always confused why Mauricio wasn’t at least called in front of the Board. Now I think I know why.
  12. Hallelujah. BTW - I know exactly what Mauricio did (nobody probably wants to hear my resume again - not a realtor/broker). Which should be OK on this thread since it happened on show. Forgive me if memory fails on specifics and it’s long. Basically he got the listing to sell the Malibu house for a real scumbag who was the son of Equatorial Guinea President (the real scumbag - still in power!). See Riggs Bank scandal (formerly the oldest bank in DC - which is really why I know this shit). The Department of Justice and other European countries seized his assets to sell and donate to charities of that country. Mauricio had a sale approved by the DOJ. What he neglected to mention until the last minute was that he was an investor in the group that ended up buying the house and there were allegedly other higher offers. Two big no no’s. He really should have lost his license as failing to live up to his fiduciary responsibility (he was probably smart enough though to have the Seller sign an acknowledgment of dual representation they didn’t realize - meaning broker for buyer and seller). But see Tom Girardi and nobody with any authority gives a shit. BTW - Mauricio was being sued by the scumbag and not DOJ. Which is probably why he thought he could get away with this shit. The reports of how many millions they made is definitely wrong though. I think they put a good bit of money in the house before they flipped it. I remember doing some rough calcs at the time and given Mauricio’s likely share of the equity - I estimated he made about a million or so on the backend sale. The whole thing is really shady. His insurance company thought it was so shady they refused to pay his related legal fees (see more lawsuits).
  13. https://www.usmagazine.com/celebrity-news/news/why-andy-cohen-doesnt-think-jen-shah-will-be-back-for-rhoslc/amp/ I actually posted this on the RHBH in the media thread re Andy Cohen. Probably should paste it here. Turns out he’s even more of an asshole than we thought. I actually feel like the asshole cause I actually thought for a long time he was a decent guy. No more. To recap - he hopes that Jen Shah gets no jail time so she can come right back to filming the show. Besides the point - I guess he hasn’t seen the show to realize it sucks.
  14. https://www.usmagazine.com/celebrity-news/news/why-andy-cohen-doesnt-think-jen-shah-will-be-back-for-rhoslc/amp/ This is what I saw. Andy doesn’t give a fuck what these women do - as long as the ratings and cash keeps flowing.
  15. Andy Cohen also recently said he hopes Jen Shah gets no jail time so she can come right back on the show. WTF?
  16. Yep. We can hope. She’ll claim “innocent spouse”, but that doesn’t mean the IRS doesn’t intend on getting paid. She’s dumb as rocks (apologies to the rocks).
  17. I tried. I really tried. But just can’t with this show. This episode is far as I’m going to get. Can’t even bring myself to read the comments here. It’s like these women watched every episode of every season of every iteration of RH and are acting accordingly to how they think they should interact. Emphasis on acting. The storyline is phantom BJ’s for Jazz tickets like it’s a federal crime and nebulous abuse allegations from what’s her name? While the indicted (no spoilers!) stealing from Granny Jen Shah is sitting there and they’re acting like nothing happened there? What we really need are the “ladies” from Potomac (need to catch up on last several seasons), Atlanta (same) or even NY (also haven’t watched in awhile - but give them a few drinks and watch them go) to deal with Ms Shah.
  18. I agree Teresa is dumber than Erika. Teresa’s so dumb she signed her husband’s (he’ll always be Juicy to me) bullshit bankruptcy petition, while she was on national TV throwing cash around like she was Imelda Marcos. That’s when they dug deeper and found all the fraudulent loan shit (including Teresa’s fake W-2’s). Haven’t watched that show since. Teresa signed a whole lot of documents that clearly stated that she could be criminally prosecuted if she knew the information she provided was incorrect. That’s on her. I’m not sure what Erika signed (besides tax returns, LLC formation docs and agreeing to use assets for collateral on legal loans). And I’d love to see her prosecuted for something.
  19. In terms of judiciary- that’s not from LA Times but me. I’m trying to encompass the entire fuckery of what went on - attorneys, judges, bar, law firm lenders etc…
  20. I meant to add to last post - the LA Times articles are very good. It’s now pay (I don’t subscribe), but somebody here awhile ago gave great advice that if you type in the exact article’s name for most newspapers it generally comes up in yahoo news for free. I need to send them flowers.
  21. According to the LA Times (a tabloid according to Erika), all it seems it took to buy off the LA judiciary were some free cruises and some fabulous dinners with performances by Jay Leno, Mariah Carey and the like. I’m sure free rides on a private jet like they were Lala Kent were involved. Disgusting.
  22. Unfortunately because the State Bar of California ignored/dismissed for lack of evidence the hundred or so complaints filed against Girardi for years until they couldn’t. I really hope somebody sues them.
  23. Interesting news. I expected at least a couple of people would eventually get indicted over this. And I think Girardi has money stashed away off-shore. Let’s see if they can find it. I still think Erika didn’t know or know enough to be criminally liable (she did sign those joint tax returns though). As we’ve discovered she’s a dumb twat (trying to think of something more offensive than cunt). I think she’s got some serious issues civil wise. And you dumb twat - the IRS is not going away.
