  1. At some point people just have enough too. It's really disgusting. It's like people forget that celebrities are real people.
  2. Darren still comes off as a good guy to me. He talks a lot..but I think he has the opposite reaction to the fans as Chris Colfer does..which is..I think he talks more to try and make himself clear, whereas Chris just stays quiet.
  3. It's absolutely ridiculous. I read something the other day where someone suggested that Chris being out with his boyfriend was proof that him and Darren were dating. Pretty much, no matter what they do is proof. It's really a shame for Darren and Chris in particular. I don't know how good of friends they are or aren't..but even if they wanted to hang out, they couldn't.
  4. No, not because they were inherently bad people. Because the Vapor Rape and Jake storylines were supposed to be about the character. Like, their actions were meant to be characterizations. Jake is meant to be a player, Tina was meant to have a crush on Blaine. Blaine wasn't supposed to be a jackass. His character did what he did to move the plot forward, not to add anything to Blaine as a character. That's why he's never called on it.
  5. It's because Blaine's actions were all to move the plot forward. (Blaine cheated because Klaine needed to breakup. Blaine dated the ex bully because he needed to be dating someone...) Whereas the Jacob and Tina things were more characterization. Blaine was a good guy who did those things because Ryan's a bad writer and needed to move the plot forward, not because that was supposedly in the character's personality. Tina's vapor rape and Jacob's cheating was more about them as people. It just essentially comes down to Blaine being an even poorer written character than the rest of the characters, and essentially being used as a plot devise.
  6. Tessanne was a diva/belter and probably the best singer the show has ever had. Josh is a different artist than R&B female singers. Those types usually go out around sixth. (Sisaundra, Judith/Sasha, Amanda wasn't really R&B but she was the night she was eliminated. )
  7. I would say Adam has the weakest team by far..when it comes to overall talent. But really, you only take 3 to the top 12 and you only win with one. So yes, comparing all five, Adam is the weakest by a mile..but then when you break it down to likely top 3..we have.. (For an example) Adam: Joshua, DeAnna, Nathan Blake: Brooke, Meghan, Sarah Pharrell: Sawyer, Mia, Caitlin Christina: India, Sonic, Kimberly. And suddenly it looks a little more even..and it's arguable that he's got the strongest contender in Joshua. Pharrell's team is full of potential and talent..but it's all really young..Blake's most promising winner is really young, and Christina's full of a genre that doesn't do particularly well on this show.. Still, I think this season is full of amazing potential, and I hope it lives up to it.
  8. I'm not a Corey fan, but because I can relate to him about that, I didn't mind that he went into that. Especially because Blake actually said it was hard to get him to talk about what was making him so emotional with the song.
  9. Just so you know, last time they said there were hints for A, the hints were visual clues not plot clues. (As in, the camera shot right to mona when they were talking about A or someone they couldn't trust or something like that..) So although I haven't gone back yet, take that into consideration for figuring his out.
  10. I think Mia is clearly more talented than Ashley, and she's more popular too if you guy by youtube and itunes sales. That being said, I don't know that I would have put them together. But, IMO, he learned from the last time to have his top 3..and have those top 3 actually be good. (Because last season they were Luke, Elyjah and Sugar..)
  11. Most of Blake's talent is in country. He struggles to get the best of the other genres, so of course he'll take more country artists. Personally, I think coaches have their favorites and those are the people that end up in the lives most of the time. The only exception is Shakira, who seemed to really chose contestants based on who won what round and not out of personal choice or who has a better shot at winning. (For example, letting Clarissa Zerna go was a mistake, but Shakira thought Dani won.) With Pharrell and Adam, it's just sad because they usually have so much talent that we lose a lot of good people. Although that's not the case with Adam this season, so we'll see how he does. And Pharrell seemed to get rid of a lot of his talent (Except his favorites, which I think are Sawyer, Caitlin, and Mia) in the battles this season, which allowed some of them to move forward. Instead of doing it in the knockouts when the other coaches only have one steal each.
  12. I'm hoping that the time jump reveals that Spencer and Caleb are detectives for the SVU unit of Rosewood.
  13. They all looked like doll dresses to me. In fact, I had that exact dress for barbie that Hanna wore.
  14. That's really a great list of song on spotify. I think Shake It Out is my all time favorite Glee song. But I'd say what sticks out about all of them was that they were all important/emotional moments on the show. Also, I always preferred the acoustic version of Teenage Dream.
  15. Honestly, I wish Blake got rid of both Corey and Cody. I don't think either are that great. I'm hoping his live team is Brooke/Meghan/Hannah..although Sarah would definitely be deserving.
  16. I've actually read plenty of cases where victims of potential deadly crimes have used humanizing language to get out certain situations. one example was a man who was kidnapping a woman..it was winter and he kidnapped her right out of bed and she wasn't wearing much clothing. (IT was winter) she asked if she could grab her shoes because it was cold on the way out the door, and psychologists thought that comment might have humanized her for a moment. (And she made similar comments..) eventually, he actually just let her go. Another case had to do with cops talking to a killer about how the family of his victim wouldn't be able to have a proper christian burial because they had no body, and this appealed to the killer and he confessed to wear the body was. So funny enough, that's one of the best and most realistic tactics to use in that situation. I don't know if Marlene actually knows it.. As for the "A has a soul" comment..I"m thinking Mona meant it more like "A has feelings." Sure, A's demented, twisted, sick..whatever you want to call it..but A's not a psychopath.
  17. I was thinking that Charles was another prisoner too. Also, why would A have a room there? He wouldn't, but Charles would have a replica room. This Charles, if we know him..has dark brown hair. So he's not Andrew. Even though there are so many clues pointing at it being Andrew..I'm still sticking with that..because the Andrew reveal would be so boring.
  18. It doesn't surprise me that this involves Jason somehow. To me, it almost had to. We were running out of characters, number one..but he was connected to everything..the main two families..NAT club..etc..I was personally hoping they wouldn't go the twin route, but I'm glad it's his twin. So A is Ali and Spencer's half brother...(assuming he's Jason's twin..which they look identical so..) MK gave a list of top 5 episodes for clues, so I'll check that at some point. I don't think Andrew is Charles. He's too young. And he's also someone who they all knew for a while. But he's clearly involved in some way. This episode took creepy to a new level though. Excited to see where they take the show after these last ten episodes. Also..can I just..I love Caleb..brushing off Tanner's hand. The last episode of the series better involve at least an engagement with him and Hanna.
  19. It's too bad he wasn't stolen. He was fodder on Pharrell's team but would be one of the best on Adam's.
  20. Yea, as much as the story would have had less filler if it wasn't as long. I'm glad it's going for seven seasons. I'd miss it if this was it.
  21. I don't think Tanner is shady. I think Tanner thinks the girls are shady, and won't listen to them because of the way they behave and A's job at framing them. And I agree about MK. Which is why I think the ending will tie up a lot and be decent. And I'd also stick up for her in that I think ABCfamily tied her hands a few times. (I remember Troian saying they couldn't go where they wanted to with Toby because of the network, for example.)
  22. No, I think they come off as silly little jokes to anyone who isn't a sensitive Chris Colfer fan. And honestly, I don't think Darren puts his foot in his mouth as much as people get oversensitive to what he's saying/twist what he says/takes what he says out of context.
  23. I think you are reaching. Darren practically fangurls over Chris. (Just like he does some of the other incredibly talented people he's worked with. Like Lea, and a few people from UMich, and Usher..who he hasn't worked with but he fangurls over.) It's just a joke. And one that doesn't deprecate Chris' achievements at all. It actually just brings up the fact that Chris won a Golden Globe a few years ago..
  24. Right. He's not really a compelling singer..good for duets because he can take the harmony and his voice won't out due the actual star. But Chord is good looking. He played the sweet gullible role well. He had a comedic presence. (Not really a musical one.) He seemed to be a well liked character. But you have highlighted one of the bigger problems with those two, actually. They were both props for storylines for their entire time at Glee, so even though Darren/Blaine was a popular character, his personality was completely morphed around Kurt and that relationship. He had no character motivation or goals. He had no background. And then he had a personality flip. Sam was just a prop as well, used for whatever was needed. So if they were going to be leads themselves, RIB really needed to take the time to flesh out the characters. Of course they didn't. Blaine ended up with all of Rachel's personality flaws..except he got everything he wanted and we never knew anything else about him. Sam became a cross between Brittany and Finn. Because RIB needed to stick to the same character palettes. But, IMO, the characters personalities worked well in the bromance storyline. (Probably because it was more Darren and Chord goofing off than actual acting.) They didn't need to go there with Blaine having a crush. But it was one of the more organic friendship stories the show has had. Especially considering for most of the other friendships (except for Mercedes and Kurt) the characters went from hating each other to being bffs. (Kurt/Rachel, Mercedes/Rachel, Santana/Rachel....not that I didn't love those friendships when they happened..but I would have loved to have seen the characters grow into them.)
