Did nuclear meltdown lady "borrow" their generator and dump Morgan in the woods to "save" him?  I should maybe be paying more attention.

Grace is from the nearby Nuclear Power Plant and she met Morgan when she was testing the radiation level and the zombies that had radiation.

They met her earlier in the season.  She worked at the nuclear power plant and was dispatching radioactive zombies, which was fun.
