Every time I get over the cold and have a reprieve, I go back to my work out routine, feel better, and then boom I have another cold. This last one left me with laryngitis, which is still not gone. Sigh. Me, too! I started working out again, finally got back up to 4 days last week and boom, sick, exercise on hold. Again. People at work can't even believe I'm sick again. They're like it's not possible. Um, but it is. But it is. It appears my immune system is as effective as my metabolism. Which is to say not at all. And I'm in a super crabby mood because my manager asked me to start an hour and a half later tomorrow because she's too cheap to pay me that extra $22. 2 Link to comment
