Apparently part if Dak's hamstring muscle actually pulled away from the bone.  He's definitely out 4-6 weeks, minimum.

Barring a miracle, he's out for the season.

There's really no reason for him to try to come back - the Cowboys are toast anyway, and now they have a convenient excuse to explain the upcoming losses.

Very convenient so Jerry doesn't have to admit he's a terrible GM.

IIwish Dak the best and hope he has a good recovery.

I know I'm sure as hell not going to get up at 6:30 to watch it. 😂

I don't even wake up until halftime of the 10:00 games.  I have never seen an early morning game in my life.  If a 6:30 game consisted of the Giants playing the Cowboys, and the football gods were actual omniscient things, assuring me the Giants would beat the fucking shit out of the Cowboys, causing Jerry Jones to fall out of his skybox onto the field in the middle of his defeated players, I would still sleep through it and just watch the highlights on the news when I woke up.

That sequence was funny as hell, in all honesty, Bastet.  But: Using Dallas as an example isn't completely great.

No, any game featuring the Cowboys is worth sleeping through, period.  The league can put them on Sunday Night Football all it wants.  Human beings opting to spend time painting his or her garden hose is a much BETTER use of time over watching a Dallas Cowboys football game.  Anytime, anywhere.

I remember last season apologizing to Germany for the Patriots stinking up the joint.

This year it appears the Giants are the team that need to issue the apology and they’re playing the Panthers.

Germany, one of these years we’ll send you actually good teams.

I will apologize to Germany on New York Jersey’s behalf.

Since the Giants beating the Cowboys is my favorite thing in football, even without Jerry Jones falling out of a skybox, it is indeed completely great as my "not even for this" scenario.

And, yes, I am awake during a 10:00 game thanks to some asshole scam caller.  FOX has no morning game and CBS is giving me the Chiefs, so I'm trying to go back to sleep.

Believe it or not, this is the first time I'm enjoying NFL Red Zone for the 2024 season.  A number of things happening this year that made it worthless to utilize until Week 10.  As those came up (and departed), it was a plan I had even before Free Agency late winter/early spring.

Anyway, as mentioned, Red Zone is the gift that keeps on giving.  Especially this week thus far with a ton of close contents that'll likely come down to the wire.

Not sure if the Witching Hour took place yet

I don’t like the Steelers but it’s nice to see Russell Wilson do well. How in the world are they 7-2?

Great defense & decent run game.  They probably could've been tied with Kansas City.  To be honest, they should be tied with the champions.

The big difference is the above, coupled with actually having a real OC.  Feels like they're doing something & have learned from their mistakes.

They always do better when they are underestimated.

Oh yeah!  Whew!  Man that felt SO great!

Seeing Wilson so happy about that penalty made my day.  Love how he has embraced being a Steeler.

It also helps they don't have QB drama this year.

Twoods: To add to what you said about Russell Wilson, I can see it.  It sort of goes both ways.  To further explain, if I had the option of throwing a life preserver to Baltimore or to Dallas, both about to drown in an ocean, I'd choose the latter.  Because the chances are greater that it would be picked off by a wave or something.

I do respect the Ravens as they're greatly run.  Top to bottom they're top notch on how to run an organization.  Then there's Lamar who has no ego.  A guy one can root for.  As mentioned by someone else, impossible not to like.  I might hate a team, but there are players that I'd love.  Can't say that about several teams; meanwhile I can like a team but dislike a player within that franchise

I feel that way about Dak. I've always liked him for some reason. Hopefully, he has a full recovery and gets traded to a decent team. (Won't happen as he signed a huge extension, IIRC)

Chiefs block a game winning FG attempt by Denver and win. FML.

This is just one more example of infinite recent examples of why we can't have nice things.

I was expecting a 0-0 tie, so yay to the Panthers for scoring so the poor Germany fans aren’t bored to tears.

They're soccer fans, so they're used to it.

Russell Wilson sure throws a beautiful long ball.  I wasn’t happy when they replaced Justin Fields but I guess Mike Tomlin obviously knew what he was doing.

It would be easy to feel sorry for the Cowboys with how nothing is going right for them.

Bwahahahahahaha FUCK the Cowboys!  Only thing that sucks is that Jerrah has a built-in excuse with his starting QB out.

On an unrelated note, the hubby said that Kelce’s Favorite Cereal is pretty good (Lucky Charms, Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Reese’s Puffs mixed together).  If it didn’t have the Reese’s I would have tried it too.  Seriously, we don’t need to stick peanut butter into everything.

Good teams find a way to win.

See Chiefs blocking a field goal and Lions kicking a last second field goal (AGAIN).

Yeah I never thought I would say that about the Lions.

As for the Cowboys, blinded by their own stadium.   And Jerry doesn't care because it would change the look of the place to hang some curtains.   Form over function to the nth degree.

Oh, they're blinded by so many other things & its not just their stadium.

The only bad thing about yesterday's beatdown is that Jerry Jones didn't throw a temper tantrum or showed some tears over his team season being basically over. Hopefully, somebody (preferably a sharp cactus) gave Jerry a hug last night & tell him that it's going to be all right.

Speaking of losers, here is another weekly dose of the Cowboys Walk of Shame. 🤣 🤣 🤣

Watch Dallas Cowboys players reactions after another loss to the Eagles

It gets even better. Here are the Eagles & their fans making fun of the Cowboys at their own stadium. 🤣 🤣 🤣

Watch the Eagles players and fans mock the Dallas Cowboys at AT&T

This stuff just warms my heart on so many levels.
