SO he saw all his 'fans' abusing his friends, tweeting death threats, and being vile, begging for the show to be cancelled because they 'fired' him, watched as delusional tweens raised funds for a billboard to demand Wolf give him his job back & waited until now to explain it was his decision? Nice.

Yikes, "fans" did all of that?  I don't understand people.

What else do you have coming up? Anything you can share?

No, right now, it’s relaxing. I get to enjoy watching the episode that airs tomorrow and enjoy a little time off and then back to the drawing board and see what’s next.

Does anyone know if the show's 11th season will be be impacted by the writing strike? I am reading different things.

NBC pushed almost all their scripted shows to mid season, including the Chicago trio. At the very least, this will be a shorter season.

Man that sucks. Season 10 was brutal with the dragged out story arcs and weeks of reruns.

Thanks for sharing.

I brought your question to showrunner Gwen Sigan, who wrote back, “This season (season 11) is all about new possibilities; both good and bad. New possibilities in policing, in relationships, at home in their personal lives…. Our characters are each on the precipice of something new, whether they know it or not.”

If she leaves because she goes to join Jay in Bolivia... 🤮🤮🤮

ETA:  I should clarify that she needs to just leave because she's a horrible detective/cop and a sullen, depressing character.

I had a feeling that they were just from a few instagrams but both seem very private so we probably won’t hear much more.

From Sophia Bush to Torrey deVitto to Tracey, Jesse has had a good time in Chicago.

I learned something new today. I did not know that Jesse had dated either Sophia or Torrey.

I don’t think he and Sophia publicly announced it but if you followed either insta or any of the Chicago events it was obvious they were together. there’s one picture of them holding hands on Google and she looks miserable.

The Paris convention that they used to go to after the season wrapped  was good for looking at the different cast dynamics because the year Sophia left the show it was obvious there was awkwardness between them or at least Jesse seemed a bit standoffish whereas Torrey was having the time of her life and I think it came out shortly after that she had started dating him.

Cut to two years later and both Torrey and Jesse were at the same convention and Torrey looked pretty miserable and it came out shortly after that they had split. Tracey was there too but not sure if she was dating Jesse at that point.

Trashy gossip yes but honestly the BTS gossip is the only thing that has interested me in this show for years.

They never did announce it . Jesse was in an interview once and the announcer blindsided him word is that you once dated presidential daughter Sophia Bush . Jesse started cracking up telling him first off she ain’t the president daughter and said for now let’s leave the personal business out of it . As for Torrey and Jesse they split way before the media got wind of it and way before the Paris convention . One thing about her she hints when her relationship is over , she tweeted something about how life throws you a curveball and how she puffy eyed and don’t want to get out of bed . I was like lol they over 😂🤣.   Seemed like had to do something with Tracy  and Jesse .

SPOILER ALERT!

Updates on the upcoming S11•E03 episode.

Typical crap from that site. Gwen has already said they will be bringing in cops from other departments for them to work with in different episodes. Like the one who worked with Blondie in the first.

I don't know why anyone believes one word of this rubbish. I mean they wrote articles about 'Will we see Bunny on PD again' after the actress who played her died. Total trash.

There's a lot of weird conversations about whether or not Burzek "earned" the proposal, but I agree that it was very much earned.

Mainly from the bitter fans who are still in the midst of their 18mth long temper tantrum because JLS upped sticks and left.

They had done everything possible to break Burzek over the last 7 yeaars, there was literally nothing left to do with them other than make them happy. And honestly Paddy & Marina deserve it, as do the fans. It's been a wild freakin' ride.

JLS deserves so much better.  I hope he finds a new show that gives him good material, or he's happy continuing to direct.  They wrote Jay into a corner after Sophia left.

Matt’s Inside Line: Scoop on NCIS, Ghosts, FBI: Most Wanted, Grey’s, TWD, Chicago P.D., Station 19 and More!

Q: Chicago P.D. has been doing a lot of character-specific episodes, which I love, but we haven’t really seen much of Trudy the last few years. Is there any hope for a good Trudy storyline?

Quote

“Yes, Platt (played by Amy Morton) will be appearing in the back half of the season,” showrunner Gwen Sigan tells Inside Line. “We have some really beautiful scenes for her coming up, helping a few of our characters deal with the cost of this job.” Specifically, “I’m also very excited about an upcoming Upton episode (Episode 10 of this season) that features Platt heavily,” Sigan shared. “She’s a real part of the case — and it’s perhaps one of our strangest and darkest cases of the season.”

“I assume that she’s going to leave on good terms. I don’t think she’s going to die or anything like that. I hope not. I certainly have hope that she’ll be back.”

Quote

“We have a lot of surprises coming in the last episode I think that’ll be incredibly, I mean, I’m not a bulls**tter. I don’t try to hype things to get people to watch. I’ve never been that guy. But I have to say that I think there’s going to be some things in the finale of this season that are going to knock people’s socks off. And I can tell you that I’m personally excited about it.”

Gwen Sigan didn't actually answer the Q. UGH.

Matt’s Inside Line: Scoop on Chicago Fire, The Rookie, All American, Chucky, Evil, Elsbeth, the FBI: International Doggo, Fire Country, TWD and More!

Q: Is there a reason why Benjamin Levy Aguilar (who plays Dante Torres) is absent from so many episodes this season of Chicago P.D.? He’s one of the more interesting characters in recent years.

Quote

I got your query in front of showrunner Gwen Sigan, who reported back that Aguilar’s Torres has a “big episode coming up in Episode 9 of this season; dealing with the ongoing undercover investigation of Perez and his CI Gloria. It’s really a great ride with some complicated dilemmas for Torres.”

“I decided at the end of my sixth season, which is when I had reached out to Gwen and to everyone at Wolf to let them know that I just wanted to do one more year. I wanted us to send out the character with one last season. It was a hard decision — very, very hard. I love everybody on the show — cast, crew, producers, writers, everybody. It’s such an incredible team. I was just curious what was out there for me and wanted to switch it up, and that was it.”

“To be honest with you, I don’ think I’m really worried about teammates as much as I would really love to be a detective, since it doesn’t seem like we have any detectives on the unit. Somebody should probably step up. Somebody might deserve that role with those responsibilities, but it’s up to the powers that be, naturally.”
