I want one of them to fully follow in his footsteps and take over his business. It's weird and frustrating how he's a mob boss and none of his several children are in the mob or have been declared heir apparent.

Can I sit at your table? Please? I know when Sean Kanan returned and the SLS learned what Cujo and Mooby had done-forcing AJ to give up his rights, and they started to actually have a good relationship. I was thrilled. And that the SLS did turn on both for awhile, though not completely, because you know, they can never lose. But I was happy for awhile. Then AJ had to get "fat" and so he was removed like so much flotsam that rivaled the Titanic.

The SLS when first SORAS'd wanted and tried to do that. We saw inklings of it when he was the red-headed demon spawn. And when recast with Duell, they wanted to be part of da bidnez, but Mooby said No. Shocking, I know.

But it looks like The Deranged One is headed that way.

But I'm with @dubbel zout-I want one child-just one, to turn their backs-and keep it turned. It's no less than he deserves.

I sort of disagree. From a generic standpoint, it is odd that no one wants to take over the family business. Specifically, though, this is an illegal, violent family business. There are easier ways (relatively speaking) to become powerful and make money.

It could be interesting to see Michael take over the business and make it completely legitimate, but I can't see Sonny scuttling quietly off into retirement. The show isn't going to kill him off until MB wants to leave, and that date isn't anytime soon. So we get the boring, unimaginative status quo of Sonny as the biggest, most fearsome mob boss on the Eastern Seaboard who controls the highly covetable contraband gummy bear market. Okay, Show.

I'm aware, hence my unpopular opinion on the previous page saying Michael would have been more interesting if he had successfully done that instead of bonding with A.J. I would have liked Michael to tell A.J. definitively that he wasn't his father and that hanging him from a meat hook was awesome and send him packing, if A.J. had to turn out to be somehow alive at all.

I know from context "the SLS" means Michael, but what does it stand for?

That would be nice, but I don't see Kristina going off the rails as a sign she's going to take over the business, and even running Charlie's is too benign to be a sign of that. I have my hopes up that Michael will have a new attitude when he comes back, recast or otherwise (he if is recast, his previous actor Drew Garrett would be my choice).

My unpopular opinion, after coming off the barge to tune in to the Nurse's Ball episodes, is that I rather like Drew and Willow as villains.  It's refreshing to see some villains on GH that are shit-stirrers and troublemakers, rather than psychopathic serial killers.

Ugh the kids singing in the Nurses Ball was one of the most painful things that I had to watch this year on GH. Yep they beat out Drew and Willow having sex in the most unsexy way ever.

I wouldn’t mind seeing Willow as a villain except she still comes off as a Stepford wife/lover type without a mind of her own. The only time we saw her think and speak for  herself was when she was with Chase.

I think we’re supposed to still see her as a heroine who is now butting heads with Cujo. I’m not saying I’m on Cujo’s side-because I’m not. I loathe that heifer. And if this show were more nuanced, it would be chickens coming home to roost if Willow did get sole custody. But this is a show where Mooby, Cujo and her spawn can never lose. I don’t even CARE about this stupid plot. And the only reason I think they villainized Drew was because Chad left and Frank, at that time, stated the role would not be recast. So they turned the night of fucking between him and Willow ( Who stated onscreen it couldn’t/wouldn’t happen again) to a star-crossed lovers of these two who found twu wuv and they couldn’t control their hormones. 

Then there is wooden as a box of sticks Sasha and the SLS fucking each other FIRST because of a Kiss and the retcon I will NEVER ACCEPT of her being Robert’s so now she and Cody can’t be together contrivance.

The whole reason I can't get fully on board with hating Drew/Willow is because they people they piss off - the Carly's and Portia, for example - are worse and well deserve being fucked over. I hate how they're writing Willow in all of this, but I'm still not rooting against her. And the only time I'm actively rooting against Drew is when he's going against someone like Tracy. 

What I really hate is how they took an old school soapy storyline like a possible Nina/Drew/Willow triangle and decided it didn't have enough Carly in it for their liking, so they had to change direction.
