Buh bye Antony, don’t let the door … well you know.  Maybe they cast him all along to do just a couple of charters like when they had chefs on for just a few episodes and it seemed like they were always going to replace them early, like the taco salad chef.

Jason was going to back Tsarina, who didn’t want any more of Antony’s pouting for another charter, which he offered as if he was doing them a favor.

Antony said his food isn’t basic like Tsarina’s but he couldn’t prepare the octopus correctly.

What about these guests?  The one guy talks about how his success drew people who wanted him to coach them.  When he gave grace before dinner, he said he was gifted with great looks.  Next morning he’s talking about fasting but wants a coffee drink with under 20 calories.

What a tool.

Poor Harry, might have finally got the girl but may be knocked out just as the season started.  

Wihan too preoccupied with pivoting to Marina after Brianna seemed to take a liking to Harry.  So he asks Marina to go on the diving expedition without first checking with Lara.

Anthony didn’t realize how good he had it. Tsarina was nothing but nice to him. What a complaining fool. 
That guest was full of himself. People don’t usually mention their looks during grace. 
Poor Harry, that thumb looked quite painful. 
The bosun is looking to get laid. I think he’ll be a dud.

I’m glad that Jason told Anthony to pack his stuff and leave that day. That he didn’t need his mercy help for two more charters. 
The primary guest was such a fool. Who goes on vacation to diet?

Tsarina did say she's ready for him to be gone.

Jason didn't ask her if she could handle all the cooking by herself, though obviously that's implied.

He didn't even bother to try to line up a replacement.

So again, if they don't replace him, it seems the plan was to always write him off the show a few episodes into the season for clashing with Tsarina

On the one hand, I can appreciate Antony staying for a couple of charters because that would give Captain Jason time to find a replacement. But he has such a horrible  dismissive attitude that it was best he go immediately. 

I noticed that Tsarina would ask "that alright with you" rather than just saying "Please do this ". She probably hasn't been a boss before.

OMG the primary on this charter! My eyes were rolling at EVERYTHING he said. That was not a prayer. That was the primary giving himself a tongue bath.

Harry's thumb(s)! First we got the estactic "I kissed a runway model" thumbs up. And good for you Harry-don't sell yourself short, you are a golden retriever in human form! Keep it up and you might get a belly rub! And then you nearly lose a thumb. That was so gross. I'm not worried about losing him based on previews.

I had a feeling Anthony was going to quit. I'm not sure what this kid expected, maybe he was under the impression he was going to be head chef, but he had a chip on his shoulder from Day 1. Granted, Tzarina* just made things worse. She really did seem like she was just all over the place and didn't know how to properly manage someone. That said, even if she had handled the situation correctly I still don't think Anthony would have been happy. 

Ouch! Poor Harry. You could see he was really in pain. 

I'm not sure why the guys think Brianna is the prettiest girl on board. I can see where she can be very striking in print ads, but she has very sharp, angular features. I think Adair is the prettiest one.

That douchebag bro said he was grateful for being blessed with good looks and nobody even batted an eye.  And for the record he looks like every other bridge-and-tunnel steroidal goon that invades NYC every weekend.

Anthony blew it from jump because he didn't like to be questioned by his new boss. She wanted to get a sense of what he liked and hated to do, his strengths and weaknesses, etc and he got bent out of shape about it. Obviously he didn't want to be managed and now he managed himself out of a job. 

Poor Harry, the close-up of his thumb sent shivers down my spine. 

Why on earth didn't Cap'n Jason ask Wuhan if he had cleared releasing Marina to dive with Lara? It should go without saying that you don't steal a member of another team without approval from the team boss. I know Adair is there but she has not a lot of interest in the stew side of her dual role. I mean, I can't blame her, but she needs to shut up and take direction and do the job to her best ability.

But, wasn't the guest from Oregon or the West Coast?  I think that's what I remembered, but he may have relocated there from the East.

Also, do the primary guests have a say or input into the way  their intro chyron is written?  We've seen other so-called influencers on BD, but I don't ever recall seeing it noted how many followers they have on social media.  This guy's chyron showed something like "110K followers" (or something like that).  I laughed because in the grand scheme of social media things, that's not too, too many followers.

I do agree that the primary seems like a total douche canoe with a big ego on a personal level, but so far, he and the other guests seem pretty nice in general.  They also seem to be okay with the food and polite to all the crew.

The only other time one of these shows had a deck stew it was a disaster.

I totally missed this. But I would be shocked if he still had that number of followers after the episode.

I thought the exact same thing! I certainly do not. Sadly, I rarely can afford to go on vacations, so if I were to find myself on one, I'm not going to worry about what I'm eating. I guess if you go on vacation often, you probably do?  I don't know, but the guy was so cringey.

 With all the screentime on him asking her to dive, I knew it was going to come up again later and possibly be an issue. So I was surprised/somewhat disappointed that it was all for nothing. Lara seems to be calming down maybe?

I don't think anyone has said that Tsarina is perfect, but she certainly doesn't need someone who disrespects her and acts like an asshole in the kitchen while she is head chef. I'm glad they didn't allow him to do two more charters. What a jerk. Tsarina really seemed to be nice and kind towards him, but he always had to have a chip on his shoulder and was never happy. He wanted to do more and when she gave him more, he just bitched about it. Tsarina had every right to ask him abouit his experience to get a feel for what he might be capable of, and he immediately got his balls in a twist and became passive aggressive. I wonder if this experience humbled him, probably not.

He might have assumed he did. But you know what they say about what happens when we assume. Wihan seems to be making a lot of little mistakes. Seems to be a pattern.
