Baltimore Betty January 7 Share January 7 I just don't know why Diana and Danni complain so much about their jobs, they seem aware of the industry and know what a stew is responsible for during their work day, nothing gets accomplished whining about their jobs since they want to be in the yachting industry, why would anyone else hire them after seeing how they carry on about dumb stuff. Daisy kissing whatshisname and then involving Gary was unnecessary, she is causing drama for drama's sake...why would any guy on the crew want to get involved with her when she has history with Gary and rooming with him. Was Glenn in this episode? 8 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151321-s05e13-mid-strife-crisis/#findComment-8548665
iMonrey January 7 Share January 7 It seems like the show wants to shit all over Daisy to make Gary look better. The guests were shit, that wasn't Daisy's fault. And why no complaints about Cloyce and his huge portions they couldn't eat? Also, if Danni thinks she's a threat to Daisy's position she's delusional. She and Diana were both on WWHL and they were just as delusional and pissy there too. Even more bitter now that they've seen the show and what Daisy was saying about them behind their backs. Detox the drag queen was dressed like Joanna from the opening scenes of Overboard. As cheesy as this show is, that really would be a pretty cool boat to be on. I can imagine being there in real life and looking up at those huge sails. 7 minutes ago, Baltimore Betty said: Was Glenn in this episode? Yup. Don't you remember him watching a Telenovela in his cabin? Promo spot for Down Under. Wow, Bravo is leaning so hard into the "sexy Captain Jason" thing. You'd think he'd be embarrassed. 8 2 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151321-s05e13-mid-strife-crisis/#findComment-8548671
PaperTree January 7 Share January 7 More obnoxious guests, they tried but couldn't beat last week's idiocy....yet. Vomit bag in the hallway has to be a topper. Does production goad these people into this, or do they just find these toxic morons in the casting process? Especially the blonde wig one. Keith!!! Stay away from Daisy! She's a mess and a half. I do agree with her take on Danni's attitude. Daisy is far from great but Danni is a legend in her own mind. The idea that Daisy is afraid of her taking her job is laughable. Diana seems checked out. She and Danni were delusional on WWHL. Glenn seems kind of clueless to all the turmoil. Gary was surprisingly well behaved again. Chase too. Cloyce's food looked fine, these guests are more people that just can't be pleased no matter what you do. Keith is doing him a favor he doesn't realize, keeping Daisy away. Again Davide seems like the only one with a clue. I don't get the drag queen bit, but to each his own. They don't scare me in the least. It's not like it's contagious. Never had the urge to wear a dress or make-up. I don't wear any jewelry or have any tattoos. Tats make no sense to me. I always worried I would get sick of any. 6 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151321-s05e13-mid-strife-crisis/#findComment-8548766

I don't believe that Keith feels any way towards Daisy and vice versa, I think they realized the drama it would cause and decided to go for it. 5 minutes ago, PaperTree said: Cloyce's food looked fine, these guests are more people that just can't be pleased no matter what you do. It is true that the guests with drama get more screen time and what entertainer doesn't want more screen time?! Cloyce could have made exactly what they wanted for every meal and they would find something wrong with it so I give Cloyce credit for not stressing about it. 4 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151321-s05e13-mid-strife-crisis/#findComment-8548773

SemiCharmedLife January 8 Share January 8 It seems like most of the guests liked Cloyce's food (apart from the fruit tray), and one guest is just grumpy pants. However that guest kept returning to their cabin...I wonder why??? 2 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151321-s05e13-mid-strife-crisis/#findComment-8549131

I didn't see it as her intentionally involving Gary, more like trying not to repeat a pattern. Last season, she relied on Colin and didn't talk to Gary directly. Gary did not react well. After that, along with his recent declaration of interest (to divert attention away from the offline accusations), Daisy decided to give him a heads up that she & Keith kissed. I suspect it won't stop Gary from acting a fool but at least she tried to be upfront & honest. 12 hours ago, Mr. Miner said: That was an asshole move starting out the new charter with onion flavored fruit. Yes, complete rookie mistake too. Danni is full on delusional thinking she's some threat to the Chief Stew. Girl can't even pour cocktails. It was eels and sharks and now a Telenovela. Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151321-s05e13-mid-strife-crisis/#findComment-8549366
Red Bridey January 8 Share January 8 I think the drag queen who is not Detox was trying to grab all the attention in the group as her Big Screen Debut. One of the other guests was like, What's up with her? And my advice to her is: Shut up and be nice. I don't know who you are, and I don't like you so you're not winning any fans here. 1 4 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151321-s05e13-mid-strife-crisis/#findComment-8549451

psychoticstate January 10 Share January 10 I have never been Team Daisy - I think she played Colin and Gary against each other last season and IMO there is no reason for her to give Gary a head's up about kissing Keith. It happened in front of the crew (camera and otherwise). I think she desperately wants Gary to declare his undying love and she's trying to push his buttons. Keith ran from Danni and her hyperactive hormones. He needs to do the same with Daisy. That said, I am absolutely on Daisy's side with regard to Danni. Danni is definitely a delusional Gen Z'er. She doesn't want to work, when she does work, she expects to be coddled and praised, and she wants to be the hottest girl in the room with all the attention. She's clearly stupid if she doesn't realize the basic hierarchy of the workplace. Daisy is her superior and it's not any supervisor's responsibility to "create" passion for your job. In the real world, she'd likely be fired by now. These guests were just terrible, like the last crew. I really cannot stand the high maintenance, super demanding guests that act as if they get a pass because they're charter guests. 4 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151321-s05e13-mid-strife-crisis/#findComment-8551266
Chatty Cake January 12 Share January 12 That bitchy person that calls himself Detox was picking on Cloyces name? What an asshole. I can see being upset about the onion fruit but after that he was just picking to be the stupid dickhead he is. Eww Danni the sleaze thinks she’s good enough to take Daisys position? Shes a lazy entitled brat that thinks the work place is for her to chase after penises instead of working. She’s nasty, lazy and gross. 4 2 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151321-s05e13-mid-strife-crisis/#findComment-8552712
