Someone in the Jeopardy forum shared this recipe for a single-serving chocolate chip cookie: https://archive.is/KmU1k

💖 Thank you! The King Arthur website has a few small batch recipes. Biscuits, cheesy focaccia, rolls, cinnamon rolls, and more! I just got Edd Kimber's small batch cookies book, which I haven't tried anything out of yet, but I think it's going to be very nice. Sometimes you just don't need a few dozen cookies.

I hope you're feeling better soon! Enjoy your fondue! For a real seventies experience I recommend washing it down with a few Harvey Wallbangers.

Long ago when ATMs were just coming into existence, a local bank named their new ATM "Harvey Wallbanker."

A recipe for two cinnamon rolls?! I have to try that one! Thanks for sharing :)

This turned out to be a better episode. But I missed the live and fast forwarded through a lot. At the end he said that he had to learn to live with being hungry. That’s the first time I ever heard anyone in the long history of this show say that. Even Dr. Now never says it because he feels it would be too discouraging. This is why weight loss is so hard. It can be unsustainable to be hungry every day.

I wish they would show follow ups sooner and reformat them so we don’t have to relive the whole thing.

I thought the nutritionist was terrible. She just concentrated on telling them that Juan needed his own shelf. Where he could see the other food anyway. We didn’t see her really explaining the diet.

Yeah, she should be showing them all how to read labels and what to look for. Suggest alternatives to what they usually eat. All she did was reorganize their kitchen.

There may have been more to the dietician visit than was shown.     Dr. Now probably has a hard time finding a nutritionist or dietician who will be on camera and make house calls.

I would hope so, but why not show them actually giving them useful information? Even just a superficial lesson in label-reading would make the nutritionist appear more competent than this (maybe that's why they don't want to be on the show...).

Well, here's my confession: Last week I bought a huge bag of seedless grapes and I have been eating them several times a day every single day this week. Guess what? I don't weigh 600 lbs! I can eat grapes if I want to and I WANT TO. These grapes are so firm they almost crunch. I am so happy!

I got some lovely red seedless grapes a couple of weeks ago, devoured them all,and bought some more. I also ate a honeydew melon.

Oh I love good grapes. Cold, crunchy, sweet and refreshing

We are still somewhat digging out and there was a weird plane crash at the airport. No one seriously hurt but they still  can’t figure out why the plane flipped over.

I think I might never fly again. (To be fair, last time I flew was in July of 2001.)

I don't want to see anybody in that room do the Carlton.

Why not? They'd bring the house down!

So, are we recapping their prior episode or is this now? I remember seeing them before but I don't remember the details.

I saw that that! A woman who went through it did an AMA on Reddit. It was wild!

Wow...lots of action here. No Showers! No drive through!
