I like chocolate chip, but only if it's part of the ice cream. It's not the same if I just add chocolate chips to plain ice cream. Häagen-Dazs is the only brand I can find with just plain old vanilla chocolate chip. Though the last few times I had it I kind of found it a bit too sweet. Don't know if they changed something or if my recent efforts to use less sugar in my tea are having an effect on my tolerance for sweet. I like cookies and cream once in a while. Haven't had Phish Food in forever. I miss Häagen-Dazs vanilla fudge swirl. That disappeared years ago.

If I make cookies I make them over two days. Make the dough and refrigerate it,then bake the next day. Its easier to work with the cold dough and it doesn't feel like so much work if I break it up. I do love the smell in the house of cookies baking, and admiring them as they're cooling on the racks. I have super sized giant cookie sheets so I can get them all baked in a shorter time.

I like making cookies but my kitchen is so tiny it's a pain in the ass so I don't do it.

My cousin's wife is a big Phish fan, and is passing it on to their son. He's probably seen more Phish concerts in his ten years than I've seen concerts in my almost-fifty years. (She's also a triathlete and passed her athletic side to their daughter. She's 12 and wants to be an Olympic swimmer. Wouldn't surprise me if she does it, too; she's a determined young lady.)

My favorite ice cream flavor was Brigham's coffee fudge, which was discontinued decades ago. I like coffee flavored things in general. I make a fab pumpkin espresso Bundt cake, it is yum. Back when I was a teen you could get coffee jello, which is delicious with a good dollop of whipped cream.

I can't drink coffee, but I used to get a mocha chip ice cream that was pretty good. I also put espresso powder in my hot chocolate in the morning.

I just googled coffee jello and found a bunch of recipes.

Those all sound delicious! My favorite coffee ice cream is Ben & Jerry's Coffee Coffee Buzz Buzz Buzz. I haven't seen it in pints for a while, but supposedly it still exists.

The nurse's name is Rosie, one of the regular episode poundticipants called her by name.  

The only chocolate chip ice cream I ever liked was Good Humor brand, it had little chips in it, not shaved chocolate.   They haven't made it in years.   I think cookie dough ice cream took it's place.

Me? I love a good vanilla ice cream. I do like fruit, but not nuts, except for Baskin Robbins pralines and cream. I once ordered, for myself, 6 pints of different Jeni's ice cream and ate them all. Not at once, because I am not 600lbs. I'm thinking about doing that again!

Whenever I bake a chocolate thing I add a spoonful of espresso powder. Or orange peel. I love the combination of orange and chocolate. 

When I was in high school my boyfriend always has coffee syrup at his house, which we used like chocolate syrup, in milk. Delish.

There was one woman on who had her surgery canceled due to weight gain. Dr Now was actually very nice about because she did so well up to that point, then one last cheat day turned into a month of cheat days. She did get back on track though.

My husband is a vanilla ice cream guy. I like it with a brownie and some hot fudge, but I prefer coffee or chocolate. We used to have an ice cream party once a month when I worked at MIT, I was in charge of it so one of the flavors we had was always coffee.

It's good! Some different flavors depending on the season. They ship them in dry ice, and they have to be defrosted in the freezer before you can eat them.
