My guess is that they stopped filming episodes several years ago, and Dr. Now has moved on to 6,000 lb Diaries, but there were contract reasons for still showing these dud episodes. 

This week seems to be the end.   Last WATN with Lindsey and Thederick.  Next two weeks are reruns of WATN episodes.

Eating habit? Salad, of course, with chicken and avocado. Followed by a coffee chocolate chip Yasso bar.

I'm here! Just fixed a big salad (romaine, red cabbage, carrots, cheddar cheese, lightly-seasoned croutons, and honey French dressing). I have some cauliflower, radishes, and red onion but I was running out of time. I broke down and got some ice cream the other day but I haven't opened it yet. Might have some later.

It's been in the mid 50s the past few days. A little chilly when I get home but not too bad. A couple days last week I was just marching in place and otherwise moving around my condo because it was too cold to walk outside. But I did it for an hour!

I feel that the joys of chocolate with red wine are not adequately appreciated by many. Food of the gods.

Hi All, I fell asleep in the middle of the episode last week - hope this one is more entertaining.

I remember Thederick's name, but not his story.  He looks like a giant brown toad... not much human left in him at 740 pounds.

Eating habit tonight is homemade split pea soup (with ham hock and some beef!  I am cleaning out my fridge and freezer of all meat products before the Lent starts next week) with some whole wheat bread.  I had some girl scout Lemon cookies earlier, and I will have some grapes later.

It only got into the 40's but the sun was out, so I was able to sit in the sun and read for a bit.

It's mid-40s here but still feels positively balmy after the freezing spell last week.

Yeah, the days I stayed inside (one day I went to the gym at work but the others I was working from home) it was in the 30s but felt like 15.

Hello, all! Wednesday is my day off so I did the usual -- laundry, straightening up the house, a Walmart run and hanging out with the cats. I got my state tax return so I was pretty excited about that.

It was so warm here in Vermont I let the Best Cat in the World outside twice today to get a little sun on his fur. When he wants to come in, he pops his little head up at the storm door and meows to come in. It is so cute!
