Hated the stylist.  Meghan could hardly walk.  They were all awful, imo.  And they all looked better at the luncheon.  Maybe they took some of the stylists advice and made it suit them better.  They seemed more comfortable, even if they were spanxed to the max.  lol
And did Vanessa say Meghan was not happy for her and her weight loss?  I barely pay attention to some parts of this show and I’ve heard her congratulate her, and seemed genuine.

Probably just more producer driven drama.

Too bad the stylist didn't have a larger assortment of sizes and colors available for the makeovers, but they can only film where they're allowed, and that limits them to boutiques.

Meghan's skirt was several sizes too small.  Ashely's jumpsuit needed to be bigger too, but I liked the color on her.   I loved Tina's outfit.  Vannessa's dress was way too small, and the wrong color.

The supersized edition is playing next, so I'll look at that scene again.

OK, his heartrate is way too high, into the 150s.  So they did an EKG.  Dr. Procter did consult with the cardiologist, about the heartbeat making his blood pressure rise.   Anesthesiologist talked to the cardiologist, and it was a result of the stress of surgery.  Cardiologist said it was OK to do the surgery, because the 12 lead EKG was fine.  Apparently Scott has AFIB.   They kept him overnight after the surgery, and the cardiologist was going to visit him the next morning, and Scott went home the second day.

I couldn't be friends with Vanessa!  She's just way to boisterous for me.  She would wear me out!  A little to "ME!  ME!  ME!" and "in yo face!" for my blood.  I'm happy she lost the weight though.

Scott's mom mentioned he has ADHD. Is that why he's crying all the time?  Has there been an episode yet that we haven't seen him crying?  Good grief!!!

Meghan actually looked pretty with her hair done.  She looked the best in her outfit at the luncheon IMO.  I didnt like Ashley's outfit at all.  She looked better in the jumpsuit.  And her makeup was way overdone.  Vanessa needs to cover her back.  I don't know if it's just bad posture from carrying all of that weight all those years or if she has osteoporosis.  It's just not attractive to me.

I thought the outfits were an improvement.  Still rooting for dental care help for Vanessa.

i have noticed that even after massive weight loss and even skin surgery, many patients maintain a stiff, dragged down appearance.  It’s like the muscles still seem to be carrying weight.  Some reason for this, I suppose.

Didn't like the fashion makeovers -- you can embrace body positivity without purposely enhancing features generally considered unattractive.  I think Meghan is very well dressed in general -- she's embraced her smaller size and picks cheerful and flowy and flattering outfits. She clearly takes care and is good at it after decades of not being able to/feeling defeated trying to find good clothes. Might be fun to let HER style her friends.

I wonder if Meghan's greatly improved attitude/demeanor is partly based on their getting their own place instead of rooming with others?  Independence may agree with her.

Scott is... a lot of work. He needs to get out on his own and grow up a bit.

For somebody who thinks Vanessa is gloating about her success and offering too much advice, Ashely has a lot of advice for the newbies in the support group about how they can be successful as if she didn't screech to a halt in her journey.  It's one thing to offer "I know that feeling, you're not alone, I struggle with that, too" or even "trust me, I tried that and it didn't work out so well for me" and another to say "you have to do x, y and z if you want to be successful [like me]."

New blonde lady is depressed and needs professional counseling more than a lay support group. Her reaction seems like it could be a common one and she shouldn't be white knuckling it. I thought a big component of bariatric centers was emotional/mental health care as well.
