rhygirl720 December 6 Share December 6 Hard to imagine this story being wrapped up in two episodes. So I'll speculate. Jaime somehow weasels his way out of current situation setting up market equities as the ones who put a hit out on his father, he wins a special election as governor. Tate Kayce and Monica end up with a smaller version of the ranch where they live happily ever after. The bulk of the ranch goes back to Rainwater and the people. Remaining untouched. Beth and Rip head to Texas, maybe 6666 cue next show. 1 Link to comment

Perhaps Beth fulfills her promise or he ends up going to prison for the rest of his miserable life, etc. I think the rest is a good bet. 2 1 Link to comment
rr2911 December 7 Share December 7 I've read in other forums that many thought that Colby's death was unnecessary. Colby and Teeter are good and likable characters. I think in my opinion, Taylor Sheridan wanted to show that sometimes unfortunate things happen on top of other ongoing issues. The Dutton's are on the verge of losing their ranch and now this accident happens. In a fictional world like Yellowstone, Taylor wanted some realism here. Colby will be missed! Another brilliant scene written by Taylor was Kayce threatening Grant and his daughter. Taylor showed that Grant is just a regular family man with a daughter who plays soccer. Obviously, the daughter doesn't know what her dad's job is. This was a great scene because it showed Kayce would do "anything necessary" in order to find who is responsible for John's death. Anything! I think Jamie will survive Beth's wrath. Jamie will give him an ultimatum. Give Kayce and Beth everything he knows about ME or he'll let Beth kill him. Jamie will end up helping them. Just my prediction. 2 Link to comment
CrazyInAlabama December 7 Share December 7 (edited) Yes, the Kayce and hitman scene was rough, but it guarantees that hitman will never go near the Duttons and their allies, and I bet he'll tell his competitors to stay away too. If anything happens to the Duttons or their property or friends then the hitman and his family will be wiped out. I hated Colby dying, but he died a hero. Dobian Saturday at 04:53 AM Share Saturday at 04:53 AM (edited) Rip and Beth are such a joyful couple. Whenever I see them together I say, "I wish I had what they have!" "The main character plots get all the deaths. We need to give the ranch hands some love too. Time to kill one of them off!" Kayce finally goes hardcore! Fliz Monday at 07:30 PM Share Monday at 07:30 PM After 5 seasons of people throwing their drinks in the fireplace, all the lumps of melted glass must be a bugger to clean up. And with Gator in Texas, who do we think has actually been cleaning the main house? 2 1 Link to comment

Seriously, though, Beth is probably using whatever documentation John has filed away to buy the stall-time she wants. With Rip in Texas, and her world falling apart, she went back home, Rip just joined her there. Edited Monday at 09:26 PM by Daff Link to comment

And why is Carter hiding in the tack room? Wasn't he living in the lodge, too? After Colby's death, Beth said he needed his family, why didn't they show him there? 1 Link to comment
