Loren is disgusting....I think he delights in talking about his leaky/oozing penis. He only wants to be with Faith as a means to an end, in this case he would mooch off her in the Philippines and thinks she should be fine with an open relationship. So he can be a sex tourist basically funded by his woman. He is disgusting and I wanted to smack her friend who suggested that his honesty about his diseased dick showed he did actually love her. What a low bar. 

Rayne is the worst kind of ugly American. Rude, pushing for sex and WTF was that all about that Americans don't cook? we all live off the amazing variety of frozen processed foods such as hot pockets. TF??? What is the point of her chicken farm again???? I mean, doesn't she eat the eggs? Sell them for food? they surely aren't all pets. It was incredibly rude of her to not make more of an effort at the meal and shows she just saw this trip as a booty call vacation, she isn't serious about marrying this man and making a life with him. If she were, she would be more concerned about what he likes to eat, his religion, etc. I get her frustration especially if they have been sexting for 5 freaking years....just cut your losses and go girl. I don't think Chidi even seems to really love her either, I think he was lonely and got roped into this "relationship." And as a blind man in Nigeria, his options are limited.  

Niles is a *** who uses his autism to justify just being a ***. How did Matilda get this idea that they were getting married when he acts like this is just a first meet and great??? Her comment about "you wanted me to call you daddy" plus the way she launched herself on top of him at the hotel, I think he has filled her head with sexy times via chat and probably to get that out of her, wrote a check his ass isnt' ready to cash. And if that is the case, I feel bad for her----that will be humiliating in her community. That all said, they did seem genuinely excited to see each other and it was nice that he was open and ate the food without making faces or complaints. Oh and was that a cold sore on his lip at the meal or just a bad pimple??? 

Brian is still sleazy and how is he so fluent in Portuguese? What brought him to Brazil so often, the drug business or sex tourism?? I can't believe she bought his "uplifting" story BS. 

Tigerlily is a moron of the first order. What is Adnan getting out of this is he doesn't want to come to the US? I don't blame him for being pissed waiting 3?4? hours for her to get ready. That was ridiculous.

He really is one of the most disgusting, if not THE most disgusting, men on reality TV and that says a lot. I think he keeps mentioning it because he wants us all to know how often he sees action. I think he gave it to her (or him). I mean, I guess technically it can happen but wouldn't the recipient of a BJ be more likely to be the person infecting the throat of the person giving it? He keeps saying he got a BJ....so my $$ is on him being patient zero. The fact that he is promiscuous without using protection and had a leaky, oozing dick and didn't think of getting tested until the person called him from Vegas says a lot about how many f's he gives about anyone

I don't mean to come across as crude, but his recall of his Halloween "encounter" leaves far too many questions and I dislike being treated as though we viewers are naive.

I've read some posts complimenting Loren on his "honesty", but is he really being honest..?

I don't doubt it, but I still call BS on how Loren contracted it.

He's been so glib/flippant about his sexuality and wanting polyamory, yet all I've seen is this self-centred, awkward guy, who treats his body like a fun fair, where none of the rides have seatbelts.

And why is he randomly hooking up with all women, when he clearly and loudly states his "type" is trans women (who are on HRT)?

Loren goes from being an assistant for drag queens, to working 3 part time jobs, to gratefully sleeping on friends' floors, to being homeless, to blindsiding Faith into considering letting him live with her in the Phillipines.

Yet now I need to acknowledge Loren has women offering him a Halloween special? Nope... don't buy it. Loren's ICK factor is too big.

I've also picked up on some mental health issues Loren needs to face & focus on, by himself. You know, like a 'big boy.'

So the lie is he might not have been infected by someone who presents herself as a woman but rather as a man or non binary? Or that it was from a sex worker rather than a mutual fun hook up shortly before flying halfway around the world to meet a potential spouse.

I'm going to strongly disagree with you on Niles. He seems like a level-headed guy, who is genuinely a nice person and is in love with Mathilda. He is also, despite being on the spectrum, very astute in realizing that he has no business getting married before they spend some significant time together and decide if marriage is really what they want.

To me, if anyone is playing anyone, Mathilda is thirsty for that green card and has no qualms marrying an autistic guy even if she has no clue what that actually means on a day to day basis. Niles, despite being high functioning, should not have been allowed to go to Ghana without a chaperone, someone who would look out for his best interests AND help him explain why he cannot marry Mathilda on this trip.

To be honest, they ought to have more trips and then bring her over on a K1 visa and let her really see what life in the USA will be like before deciding if it's for her. I know enough women from African countries who've come to the US thinking it's going to be like in the movies and they are very unhappy here because the culture is so radically different. Nobody says hello or looks you in the eye when you're going about your daily business here, but all over Africa people are interacting on a more direct level, if you will. I know some women who've gone home because they were that unhappy here. Mathilda thinks she knows what it's like being in America. She also thinks she knows what it's like being with someone autistic but if she really understood, she wouldn't be pushing Niles for a wedding on this trip. I feel that, while she seems friendly and nice, she's pushing hard for that green card anchor ASAP.

Where are the people who care about Niles? Why isn't someone with him on this trip?!?

Niles is from Mobile. I bet that Mobile -- and especially the Black community in Mobile -- is not going to be super different from Ghana when it comes to saying hello and interacting on the street.

You're making an assumption based on color though, and what I'm referring to is social norms here in the US that cut across color, religion, etc. Mathilda may find familiarity within a church family here in the USA, but on a day to day, it's not going to be the same as in Ghana. If you've spent time in pretty much any city in Africa you will know what I mean but it is difficult to describe. There is an interconnectedness and an 'everyone is related to everyone' sort of vibe that is just different. The women I've known who have married Americans and moved here and are/were unhappy, had access to African American communities, churches, etc. but it just is not the same as taking a stroll through your neighborhood back home, where even a big city feels like a village.
