tennisgurl November 3, 2023 Share November 3, 2023 Does Kat even slightly realize what a massive hilarious hypocrite she is? Literally everything that she gets all upset about is something that she's done three times already, she really is something else. I especially love how she both wanted to let everyone know that Tanner is a total piece of shit and ALSO that he didn't dump her, hell no, they both mutually broke up, it was mostly Kat though. Nobody says no to Kat, which in no way sounds scary at all. Poor Rachel, always the bridesmaid never the bride. She would have so much more luck if she didn't radiate desperation and selfishness. 6 3 Link to comment

The wiki is a little vague. There was too much confusion and uncertainty for a Rose Ceremony to have happened during this episode. It was packed with newcomers bearing first date cards, gossiping, uncertainty, and betrayal. 1 Link to comment

The repeated showings of Kat hair touching/pulling is both alarming and disturbing. I agree that Olivia's impersonation of same was interesting, but also hope that this subject content (either by Kat or those imitating her) is not a part of future episodes. 1 Link to comment
Ivana Tinkle November 4, 2023 Share November 4, 2023 (edited) Dude. I just realized Olivia was the girl on the WTA that Kat said "He sent you home on night one!" to and then Olivia replied "And then he got to know your personality and sent you home" and the audience "oooohhhed" with approval and I guarantee you it was that one line that got her a spot on BiP and that's why I have to see this bitch's smug face every episode that makes me seethe with irrational hatred and talk in run on sentences. That being said, her spot on impression of Kat's constant hair twirling coupled with footage of Kat's actual hair twirling snapped me out of my hate coma for a moment, so well done Olivia. When Jess was on Zach's season I remember being surprised at her continued progression because she seemed so unremarkable to me. But now with each episode I see more and more how absolutely stunning she is and I think she is hands down the most beautiful girl on the beach. Has Blake had work done? I don't remember him being this insanely hot but MY GOD HE IS GORGEOUS. It doesn't seem like he and Jess are a match but they are awfully pretty together. Yes, it doesn't seem right, especially the timing. Eliza says she'd like to talk to Charity, and Charity shows up! Whatever Aaron's ex said is likely coming from a place of hurt, and there's no reason to take it as fact. Eliza needs to make her own decision. You don't give up on a guy because of what someone said that someone said. 7 Link to comment

Sweet-tea November 4, 2023 Share November 4, 2023 The last part of the show was boring to me. I have no interest in Eliza and Aaron. Not sure if it's the two of them together or I am still harboring ill feelings about Eliza based on last season. I liked Rodney a lot more than Aaron, but anyone with Eliza seems doomed. The woman is fickle. I'm surprised Eliza would put so much weight on something she heard second hand, especially because it came from Kat. The woman is nuts and not a good source. Quote I especially love how she both wanted to let everyone know that Tanner is a total piece of shit and ALSO that he didn't dump her, hell no, they both mutually broke up, it was mostly Kat though. Nobody says no to Kat, which in no way sounds scary at all. I'll bet they are laughing watching the playback of Tanner clearly being the one who dumped Kat. Nice try, Kat, but it didn't work. John Henry looks like a trapped rat with her. She is moving in the for the kill. Quote My takeaway from this episode is that Brayden is having himself a good time! He does seem to be there for the fun more than a genuine romance. I'm not bothered though. Rachel isn't one of my favorites, so I don't mind if he dumps her. Quote That being said, her spot on impression of Kat's constant hair twirling coupled with footage of Kat's actual hair twirling snapped me out of my hate coma for a moment, so well done Olivia. Olivia's THs usually irritate me but i loved her impression of Kat. Very funny! Kylee and Aven are in the background of this show. Is their connection that solid or is there some drama coming? 4 Link to comment
Televisionhurts November 4, 2023 Share November 4, 2023 At the next Rose Ceremony, it's the men doing the choosing. After Thursday's episode, the remaining sure things seem to be Aven giving a rose to Kylee, Peter giving a rose to Sam, and Tanner-Davia. Other than those three couples, who knows? I am 80% sure that Brayden will give a rose to Becca and Blake will give one to Genevie. I am 50% sure that Eliza will realize both Kat and Charity are not to be trusted, and she will welcome Aaron B back with open arms. I am 25% sure that Kat will get her way (and a rose) from John Henry. So, for the remaining rose Rachel, Olivia, Jess, and Mercedes might have to vie for the affection of Tyler. 1 1 Link to comment

JenE4 November 4, 2023 Author Share November 4, 2023 Kat waiting impatiently to see if Tanner still wants a relationship with her. Tanner: I don’t want you waiting a week to see how I feel; I don’t see a future for us outside of Paradise. Kat: For the record, Tanner didn’t dump me: it was mutual! Yeah, okay, Kat. This version of “Tell Me More” is something. I don’t want him to think that he broke up with me; I just let him talk first. This woman is gaslighting herself! Whatever helps you sleep at night, I guess. She’s about to set her hair on fire from this excessive friction patting through it. Jess is the one who said she’s not that into Blake and wanted to explore other opportunities. And now suddenly she’s wearing her sexiest bathing suit and hoping Blake notices? Oh, wait. I think their issue was Blake told her he felt like she wasn’t that into him, and she just sort of shrugged in indifference. I’ve never really been a Blake fan, but he probably should just move on with Genevie. viewing interrupted as B&G left for their date. I’ll be back with further commentary and to read others’ comments. 3 Link to comment
Hip-to-be-Square November 5, 2023 Share November 5, 2023 How many cakes were harmed in the making of this season 😭? Brayden is an easily distracted horn dog who would be a lot hotter without the pashminas and dangly earrings- onward and upward, Rachel! I want to cut off Eliza's annoying little two thin pieces of hair she hangs in front of her face- it's not cute and it reminds me of grasshopper antennas! Why are Olivia and Kat into the underwater welder guy? Sure, he has a cool career- but he has no personality at all and always stares into the distance like he's waiting at a bus stop. 3 10 Link to comment
JenE4 November 5, 2023 Author Share November 5, 2023 What did John Henry do to deserve Olivia and Kat as his two options?! Talk about the lesser of two evils. I’m not entirely sure who is the “lesser” option is in this scenario. I guess Kat is more overtly a bad relationship choice while a lot of Olivia’s red flags are relegated to her talking heads. Okay, Kat’s raking through her hair comes with all emotions. She’s raking on sicko mode (as my teen says). She’s raking like a dad with a half dozen Oak trees trying to get his landscaping chores done before his team’s kickoff on football Sunday. Kat is totally making up this rumor about Aaron so she’s not the only sad single. If Reality Steve didn’t tell us Aaron had a secret girlfriend, it didn’t happen. After Brayden’s big rap about Kat “homey hopping,” look who’s “honey hopping” (I guess—not sure if there’s an equivalent term), himself? Granted, Brayden is being pretty chill about his connections while Kat is spiraling, but he’s had just as many partners as she’s had. Someday I’ll get through this episode! I’ll be back again. 3 Link to comment
Bobcatkitten November 5, 2023 Share November 5, 2023 I didn't get Brayden's about turn at all. Rachel is far prettier and he was super into her. The new girl seemed very average. Kat is a legitimate psycho and I can't believe John Henry is going to walk into that. 2 1 2 Link to comment

You're so right- I think Kat will seduce John Henry for a rose, because she was in a hot pink bikini with him in the hot tub and getting a little flirty in the previews 😮🔥🌹! I laughed when the new girl Becca tried to relate her brother's fishing hobby to John Henry's underwater welding job- because catching a bass is definitely the same as underwater welding 😅. John was a good sport about Becca's blunder- he just said, "oh- cool!" 😅🤔 Edited November 11, 2023 by Hip-to-be-Square 2 1 Link to comment
JenE4 November 6, 2023 Author Share November 6, 2023 Okay, I finally got through this episode! Too much “homey hopping” at the end there. Almost all of the couples are doomed. I’m angry on Aaron’s behalf that the show went to such lengths to try to sabotage his relationship with Eliza. He gave a perfectly reasonable timeline of events that showed the jilted ex of several months was just vindictive and trying to get some attention. If there was any validity whatsoever to the Wrong Reasons, Reality Steve would have been all over that, but there wasn’t. Even just as a viewer it’s frustrating to see Eliza be so easily manipulated. She did the same thing last season caring more about what other people said than trusting her own experiences and feelings. She’s had a solid connection with him from day 1 and any relationships he may have had 6 months to a year prior should have no bearing on what they’re building together. 4 3 Link to comment
