Maybe. But hate Katie, love Schwartz, or vice versa (I personally don't care that much about either one), it's still not the issue and not the point. He could have said, "Sorry, no, I'll make out with whomever I like, whenever I like, and you can shove your stipulations right into your new satchel." Instead, he agreed to it and then tried to act as if it was cute that he didn't stick to it -- then got mad when she dared to not think he was cute (and, most unforgivable of all, took the sushi without asking!).

ETA: To reiterate, I don't know why Katie seems surprised by Tom's behavior, but she's not wrong to be mad, IMO.

I think the true start date of the affair was years ago. I also believe Schwartz knew within a week of it starting. This would be because, Sandoval isn’t going to be able to not brag to Schwartz, plus Tom would use Schwartz as an alibi for his hookups with Raquel or some other groupie he wanted to bang. Schwartz would need to know in advance of such hookups on what to say about where he was with Tom that day/night. This true date will be taken to the grave by Schwartz and Sandoval. Raquel might spill if she doesn’t get to be on VPR as Tom’s girlfriend, but the Toms will unite in their story line. I can see the Toms saying Raquel is a psycho and she’s making stuff up now because she is bitter. The Tom’s will have more limelight to negate what Raquel says, because they can perpetuate the story on VPR and off show they can do interviews. . The only thing Raquel will have off show are interviews. This will be 2 he saids against 1 she said. Now what would really help Raquel, are sex videos from years ago. However, that wouldn’t get Raquel back on the show, and I don’t think that would get the Toms kicked off the show.

Schwartz: I think there is a reason why Schwartz picked end of August as the time he found out about Tom and Raquel. I think he already knew the date Tom and Raquel had decided as the first time, was after The Abbey. He said end of August, as opposed to January like Sandoval wanted him to say for self-preservation. End of August is AFTER Scheana’s wedding. So if Schwarz found out after, than this means,, he had no clue when he flirted with Raquel, and he had no clue when he kissed Raquel. If it were ever found out that Schwartz knew earlier, it just might be the thing that causes Katie to finally cut him totally out of her life.

The Raquel/Rachel thing and the TRO she filed against Scheana.

Scheana as the accused, received the paperwork of the allegations Raquel made to obtain the TRO, along with supporting documents, such as photos and doctors notes. This is where Scheana and her friends discovered that Rachel is Leviss’s legal name, none of the VPR group knew this about her. Rachel Leviss is the name filled in as the claimant on the TRO request form. One of the photos is a close up of Raquel’s eye – it looks like a black and blue mark under her left eye. She said this was received due to a punch from Scheana. Raquel was also able to get a doctor, four days after the incident, to say that it is possible that Raquel might have had a slight concussion recently.

On the show, the Scandoval episode, Raquel shows Tom her bruise, but she points to a scratch on her brow. The supporting photo documentation Raquel gave to the judge shows the bluish shadowy under eye, but no “scratch” on the brow.

I want you to look at the video below, around the 30 second mark. Raquel is talking to James, she has no makeup on – you can see the exact bruising on that eye that is always there. It isn’t a bruise – she has those under eye shadows – it’s how she looks without foundation.

What is bizarre about that is I heard Kael mention it, I heard Nema mention it, and I heard Scheana mention it. All on different podcasts.

Kael, Nema, Scheana all said this is a story Raquel said to each of them. Each one of them responded, good for you, you do you, girl.

I think she told Kael because he was like an older brother, and she told Scheana because she was like the big sister. They said exactly what she wanted - which was them encouraging her to open up, come out of her shell, - this in the aftermath of James.

I think she told Nema, because she thought he would think it was hot. I think she was hoping he would be jealous.

I also think the norm in Raquel's life is that men will fuck her but they don't really want her as the main chick. I think most of them sense that there is something off with her - like she's off her rockers.

We get our first glance of Raquel’s sister, Kate. Kate has been instrumental in the PR campaign to redeem Raquel’s image. Painting Raquel as a victim must be re-established. We see Kate lovingly prepping Raquel, so they can go before a judge to request a TRO against (choose one: Lala, Katie, Ariana, Scheana)

 

Raquel is released from the local Motel 6, claiming she’s been freed. Her diagnosis, VPR Dick Attachment Disorder. As part of the regimen towards her miraculous cure, her doctors had her on high doses of Flintstone Vitamins and M&M’s. She promises to continue taking her medications, and is camera ready for Season 11. Ken is excited at the thought of Raquel licking his lollipop, so is Raquel.

 

Lala is single and ready to catch a new man. She is practicing the signature move she used to land the last one.

 

Starter Pony Peter brings a glass of wine to LVP at SUR. Oh wait, where did he go? This concludes Bravos contractual obligation to film/air a scene of Peter.

OMG! I found it on Spotify. I just finished. I was having all kinds of difficulty with Spotify. I can't believe so many of the things she said I've said.

The main difference between her take and mine is that I think the hooking up with Sandoval began way before Raquel was ever on the show. I also think Raquel is just a plain old sociopath from birth.

I know I've said since posting again on these boards that she wants to replace Ariana as Tom's girlfriend on the show so that she can be the female part of the #1 couple of the show. I've also said she doesn't just want Ariana's boyfriend, she wants Ariana's life.

After watching Secrets Revealed, as well as season 10, I think of what has come out of Raquel’s mouth during the reunion, such as I feel so guilty, I don’t like hurting people, I want to tell the truth, and compare it to her actions on screen. She doesn’t look at all guilty, if anything she looked smug when she walked into Ariana’s house. She lied with such ease. She doesn’t look like she got pressured or coerced by Tom into acting this way.

Someone needs to lift the hair off her scalp to look for the 666 symbol.

Since her family calls her Rachel, and her friends call her Raquel, and since I’m neither, I think I’ll start calling her Damien

OMG i just finally fixed the spotify on my TV. I was having all kinds of trouble When I first started listening to Bravo Papers - it would start and stop and then the screen would stop. This happened 4 times and then I couldn't get back on. I had to open up another device and listen with headphones.

Now that it is back on my TV I'm going to see what other topics she covers.

I did agree with just about everything she said. She could be more concise, but I think that she is very FAIR and pretty objective. I really felt as if she studied the scenes she analyzed. She notices subtle things. Unlike Rachel, she reads facial cues very well.

Maybe he was supposed to say how they couldn’t help themselves because they are truly in love and this would guarantee her a spot for next season and she’d be on the show as Sandoval’s girlfriend.

On the 6 day later interview, fallback mode went into high gear. She is controlled by Sandoval, she does what he says, she’s afraid how he’ll react when he sees the interview. She portrays him as her Svengali. She needs to put this out there, so that people won’t think she’s 100% complicit. She said she felt guilty, she said she’s tired of lying, she wants to tell the truth, and she hates hurting people. Look at her actions since March 29th – she’s stayed in touch with Tom, she sent letters and postcards to the house – knowing Ariana was at home. Right after she said she wanted to tell the truth – she lied.

Her PR said she was in a mental health facility. This is again to paint Raquel the victim. I think they implied that Tom groomed her. Then they said she was getting death threats. Again to garner sympathy. Then they said they contacted the FBI – again to garner sympathy.

She will be back on VPR, if Tom has her as his girlfriend on the show. The mental health diagnosis will be she was overcome with the burden of guilt and shame she felt and she has issues with alcohol. The reason she is still with Tom and why she's back on VPR, because it’s true love.

I was really impressed with her bambi eyed bi**ch segment. There is so much content to put together that I was happy she referenced past seasons in her behavior profile. I've made a feeble attempt to do timelines on different subjects ie. lies, whats going on in the scenes where sandy is triggered and goes off yelling at women, etc. I thought she pulled her research together very well.

I also heard one person say while watching an episode, she focuses on person in the cast and gets better insight that way.

She has dark circles under her eyes so it’s possible that had nothing to do with whatever caused the scratch but she did get a scratch on her eyebrow.

Whoops misread your post. You are correct the photo Raquel submitted shows the mark on the brow. However, Rachel Leviss' allegation was that Scheana Shay gave her a black eye via a punch. Not a scratch via a punch.

Look back at the conversation Raquel had with Peter in SUR alley. She had total control over the conversation. She laughed at him when he said he was too drunk to remember what happened. She questioned why he got black out drunk. She admits that she did tell James that she was afraid to break up with Peter because it would break his heart. She did not apologize. She shifted the blame to James, that James still had feelings for her and was taking it out on Peter. She also put the blame on Peter for them dating, implying that he should have never asked her out as he was her manager. She stopped him from saying anything more by batting her eyes and saying cool we’re on the same page.

Questioning Peter being drunk and blacking out was to distract him from the issue he wanted to bring up. Mocking him, makes it look like he has a deeper emotional investment than is true. After, she admitted that she did say those things to James, she quickly glossed over it, and didn’t apologize. She literally put the blame/responsibility onto James and then Peter.

This is not a little girl lost. This is not girl who is so fucked up from trauma, that’s she’s easily manipulated. The person is SUR alley is the real Raquel. She is a person who can put the blame on others and simultaneously position herself as the victim.

The doctor had probably just met her and did not realize that she is always blank and confused.

I just watched a bunch of episodes- and the very first thing that struck me was the absolute ease with which Rachel lies. And very convincingly! And all smiles and giggles, even an eye roll or two at the suggestion that she was sleeping with Sandoval, while she was well into the affair with him!

I think Raquel’s outlook on life can be summed up by her 15 years in the pageant circuit. She spent 15 years competing and never placed higher than 15th.

Winning in a pageant isn’t something she ever experienced. She is looking at winning from a place of losing. To Raquel, winning a pageant, isn’t about the crown or the title, it’s about beating the other 99 competitors.

Scandoval wasn’t about winning Tom, it was about beating Ariana. To Raquel, Ariana is the girl who always placed in pageants.

Chasing Ali around to advise her about James, isn’t about being concerned for Ali, it’s about not wanting James to move on from her.

Kissing Schwartz was not about being attracted to him, it was about showing Katie that she was hotter.

Dating Peter wasn’t because she thought he was a nice guy, it was because many of the other VPR cast dated Peter, and she wanted to paint the picture that he was gagging for her.

I know I rag on Raquel more than Tom. It isn’t because I think she is guiltier than Tom. It’s because I find her equally complicit. She is a complete co-conspirator. She is no victim.

Speaking of Peter, Raquel and Peter went out on a date before filming began. At the time, Raquel did not work at SUR, it's really that she only worked there during filming. So he really was not her superior.

Peter also believes, he was set up from the start by Tom and Raquel. Which means they were already hooking up before Season 10 began filming. He shared a text he got from Raquel, right before filming began, and a text he got from Sandoval when the episode of him and Raquel making out aired.

The temporary restraining order was dismissed not because she lied, but because she didn't go to the court hearing. She wants to return to the show, even if it's not necessarily a good decision. I wouldn't expect Scheana's lawyer to say anything else after the fact (that the restraining order was already dismissed). And I see this attorney goes from podcast to podcast and talks to all the trashy media.

Katie doesn't care who Tom dates. They agreed not to date within the friend group, only for him to do exactly that twice. If this season has shown us anything outside of Scandoval, it's that Schwartz isn't the sweet puppy dog that he's pretended to be for do many years now. 

Katie said Jo was in the periphery of the friend group, and was specifically Kristen's friend, not their friend.

They way Raquel and Tom were when she came over with flowers. They were giggling. These two looked like they were totally enjoying this deception – like they were getting off on it.

If Raquel comes back for Season 11, Bravo will probably ask Scheana to have a conversation with her, possibly Lala, Katie, Peter. I hope that they each just sit there silently. It will just be more lies spilling out of the Skanks mouth, and Raquel is such an expert at playing victim. It really will be anything they say in response, no matter what they say, Raquel will twist it into them bullying her.

Will LVP, still try to pretend that Raquel works at SUR?
