"The entire population of Montana showed up!" LOL. He does have a valid point about the DNC, though. I also loved that we were on the same wavelength with our thoughts on Chad Wolf and the Tom Brady comparisons :D.

And I really needed those lighthearted moments, because holy crap, the rest of this...John's frustration and anger at the end was very much mine, and I just want to scream. How? WHY? "Put your name on it, 'cause you won't last forever." Uh...WTF? Also, gotta love how these guys joke about how they're hanging out in the south of France on a fancy boat. Way to appeal to the working-class supporters!

As for Lindsay Graham's comments...again, John pretty much said it all there, too.

It just never ceases to amaze me. People got past the fucking Berlin Wall. And planes, tunnels, and boats are a thing. All the strength and fortification and fancy wall design in the world will not change those facts. So this story, as infuriating as it is, is also not remotely surprising. A monument, indeed. Now that they got Bannon and his cronies, let's hope everyone else tied to this scam goes down, too. Every last one of them. Especially the guy with the child porn, 'cause good lord

Also, I hope the people who donated to this project aren't expecting to get any of that money back.

Had to pause my viewing just to come in here to say that the pumpkin spice segment was EVERYTHING! I am rolling!

I hope they keep an eye on Jill to see if she ever tries it.

His parents had Chad Wolf already picked out and chose a baby to match. I know that's not possible and I still 100% believe it.

Well, I said four years ago that the wall would be nothing but a monument for American stupidity...and that the US would actually be better off investing the money they put into border protection into Mexico.

I just re-watched the first border wall segment this weekend, and Vicente Fox declaring that Mexico would not pay for “the fucking wall” still cracks me up(along with John’s reaction that “he took the extra effort to swear in English!”).

So kids need a wall more than a school—good to know.

I felt the pain for the Native American expressing anger and frustration. I mean, how can you not see this?

Also wall erosion and the possibility of the fences falling down to the river....why pay for it? Waste of money and resources.

Not just more than a school, more than a school that has mould and other problems that are putting the kids at risk.

Not just a school with mold and "pests" but a school on a military base.  Way to support the troops, there, Lindsey.

I don't understand the Danbury, Conn, reference. Anyone?

John did a rant last week in which he said that, "Danbury Connecticut can eat [his] whole ass!"  There was no real background for why Danbury.  Just a very John thing to do.

I was surprised we didn't see footage of the various people who scaled the wall samples, including IIRC an 11 year old girl.  I am out of shape but with enough reason to I could get over those walls.  The environmental and cultural impacts are brutal.

One has to consider the history of such walls..let's take the Chinese Wall....an overly expensive project which wasn't particularly effective and bankrupted two dynasties. Or the Berlin Wall...an overly expensive project which was part of the reason why the GDR was completely bankrupt,  and only lead to more and more crazy plans to overcome it. And that one was closed, period. It's not like people can't just enter the US over the regular border crossings. Or if drugs don't make it into the country per ship. Or tunnel.

That was absolutely heartbreaking. And just added to my anger.

And the horrific part is that some still won't be moved even after listening to him. Empathy? Who needs it?

Just unbelievable.

Classic material. Actually pretty good comedic timing from the President. Unfortunately not intentional...

Proving yet against that something can be funny, and yet simultaneously deeply UNfunny all at the same time.

The past {censored} years have certainly constantly been proving that to us.
