I can't believe they brought Paul B back to 1) die over and over again, 2) say that he was glad his character died for Laurel and 3) prop Laurel again.

This confirms for me that the show wouldn't have worked leaving it as Oliver and Laurel as a duo.

The plot twist is that Laurel didn't need a goodbye from Quentin, she needed to hear him call her a hero, lol

That stunt has bothered me since Batman Returns. It’s like “unless they are holding make up wipes in their suits, why bother. I rather deal with them looking like raccoons.”

This season had really good momentum, and then here comes this filler.

Maybe this would have more impact if Oliver hadn't accepted his fate in 722 when he was told of his death and left his wife and infant daughter anyway. They've had 5 episodes to set this up properly and didn't. Why?
