  1. I'm guessing that Caleb thinks the BS is still a 'thing'. So that tells me all I need to know, when trying to figure out his thought processes. Although, he would be voting out a BS vs a non-BS; but they're well into the Jury now, so I'm guessing its "scratch & claw" time (in his mind).
  2. Having ready through the thread about what happened yesterday in the house, I would like to say a couple things, if I could: - First off, Congratulations Donny! To use a couple Zachs; "Fear the Beard and you 'are a beast!', ya'll!" (LOVE that he won the BotB, even having to do it against 1-v-3 odds) - Secondly and lastly, to everyone in the house not named Donny, Victoria, & Zach; "Taste the Rainbow, bitches!!"
  3. FIFY. Before you have to send in a royalty check for stealing one of Christine's signature comments. :) Because it really literally could happen. Yeah Cody, I'm looking at you, kid.
  4. I hate how easily I was sucked into that. For a split second there, I really thought Julie was going to tell her that in a surprise twist, she could walk right back in to the house. I knew better, but for that split second; especially with the way Nicole's face, and whole body, just reacted to how Julie started her reveal about how she might get back in (at sometime in the future).
  5. This movie was the devil for me, in my pre-teen/early teens years. Pretty much all the whole movie just completely wrecked me for many days afterwards. But as if that scene you mentioned wasn't bad enough on its own, I learned after watching it that I was thought to have had spinal meningitis as a toddler. So as if I didn't have enough to be freaked out about as it was, there was a personal element added in - which of course lead to mental angst of how I could have been the monster hidden in the attic. But for me, the most absolute soul-destroying scene in that movie has to be when Just the scare/shock/heartbreak all wrapped tightly into it. I can't ever unremember that whole moment, and I have a bad memory in general. PS2 had its moments as well.
  6. Question re: Cody's punching himself in his sleep... did that happen before or after Caleb talking about punching himself in the face repeatedly to prove to his HS girlfriend that he could protect her from outside threats? I'm curious if he wasn't maybe dreaming about it in his sleep - or something his mind made up from that tale - and his body just unconciously performed an action similar to his dreaming about it. Just wondering... doesn't change the fact that it will always be hilarious.
  7. That was his brain actually working, while he was sleeping. It was yelling at him "What are you doing!!?", and his arm & hand just tried to make the message sink in by reflexively punching himself near the forehead. I still think his total clueless "WTF just happened!?" reaction to it was funnier than the actual punch. And then the "eh, whatever" look as he turned over to go back to sleep.
  8. As much as it sucks that Donny won't win, or reach F2, at least he'll be getting the Jury house stipend to help some. Sometimes, there is a god.
  9. That's true, and yet another reason to despise the dual-HOH system is; {Not quite the same, as Frankie wasn't an HOH last week, but...} If you're a player, you almost want to lose your initial HOH status after BOB each time, because you can keep competing in and winning HOH comps week after week after week [as long as you aren't BD'd somewhere before the game defaults back to the normal single HOH].
  10. Well then, lucky him; cause he sure came out looking like a booby prize.
  11. They showed Nicole talking to Victoria, in the fire room, in bed [red eyed, after she'd been BD'd at the Veto meeting] - she told V (paraphrasing); "I can't believe her & Cody do that. She's married. I'm not married, and I don't even carry on like that with him!"
  12. If I could pick something that BB needs to change for this game to be more enjoyable, all the time... it would simply be stop rigging the game when you feel like it! You chose these 16 people to play a game, for $500K. That's you're one and only requirement, once that's done and they are in the house - let them play! I don't care if it makes the actual game worse, but at least I don't have to fume over the fact that a competition or other activity was decided before it even occurred. If it were up to me, the BB house staff should only have one job - besides operating the cameras, filming the DR sessions, setting up/dismantling comps, and maybe giving out the occasional loud speaker messages - and that would be just to make sure it doesn't become violent between the HGs. Other than that, no-holds-barred. Don't even tell them to stop doing things that could result in injuring themselves; if they're not smart enough to use common sense, don't be their mother [set it up so that if they do hurt themselves by just being stupid, tell them its required to go to the hospital to get looked at, thus an automatic DOR]. Don't constantly go to Fish when people talk about production, sing, or whatnot. Give feeders more camera locations to choose from. Just how much is being missed when there's still 12-16 HGs in the house? Basically what I want is, show everything, or at least a good deal more than is provided. And last, but not least; stop blacking out the competitions & Veto meetings!! The feeds are a PPV venture, so that means paying to watch live events, not pre-taped old interviews! Because you know, its not like its ever a mystery who won the damn things - or how the VM went - right after they get done and the feeds come back live.
  13. Not to mention this is coming form the guy who threw Donny under the bus like nobody's business in his week as HOH. And let's tell the truth, kid, he isn't "skating" anywhere; he's too busy playing the part of "pawn". I don't care if D wasn't the target, you [Cody] don't promise him that you aren't putting him up and then 20 minutes later do that exact thing you promised you wouldn't do.
  14. When they shown Donny & Zach in the HN room, and showing the tears run down the side of D's face? I'm man enough to admit I had to look away, and try not to let it affect me. And then his admitting his supreme loneliness? Ugh, its kinda dusty in here. Like I said in my first post in this thread, these people don't deserve to be in Donny's presence. Paola, Brittany, Jocasta, and Nicole get some major extra credit [in my book] by being nice enough to have Donny claim them as friends for him, in the house - and outside the house, should they choose it.
  15. The whole NFL thing actually gives Frankie & Christine - and rest of the house when talking/scheming - ammunition against Caleb. I could have sworn that Caleb claimed a few weeks ago that he had personal good friends on the Cowboys' roster. If he did, then those 2 (& others) should have asked him afterwards; "Hey Caleb, didn't you say you knew some guys on the Cowboys? How come we didn't see you talking to them, or you didn't personally introduce us??". And you could tell just how much a blowhard lying braggart he is, about how he knows everyone and is so well-known. He was freaking awe-struck to meeting those players/coaches/owner/office people. He was blown away by the experience. He would have been way more subdued and 'cool' if he had done or was the things he claims he has. ETA: I am truly disgusted Caleb even got to go, in the first place. He not only sits down before the comp, but literally [Cody's] tells Frankie he's not playing - but somehow gets included in the reward to go the Cowboys' off-site training camp. Way to send the message that "Cheating is never the answer", guys. If it was up to me, he'd have stayed up on the block in someone else's place, let alone somehow being included in a winner's reward for doing exactly nothing. Worse than nothing, tried to sabotage the win - and still would have, had BB not intervened.
  16. As a slight against Frankie, I thought this was funny... even coming from Derrick. The quick humor spot between the past moments shown leading into the episode and the opening intros; "I thought Ari was a dude!" I shouldn't have, but that got a snorty-smirk out of me.
  17. Was I the only one who heard a subsonic "YESSSSSSS!!!!!!! Come here Cody!!!" from Christine, during the announcement for the HGs to get a showmance on as it might be their last chance? There was another blast when Cody faked the moves on Nicole; "NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! Get away from my man, you whore!!! I'm so glad your ass is walking out the door tomorrow night!"
  18. Is the setup anything like normal BB, or is it more like a scripted TV show or movie type of thing? If its not really like BB, I'll probably pass. ETA: I checked into it, and its not really like BB the game show. But still might check it out sometime in the future.
  19. How can these people be so stupid?? If someone came running up to me, volunteering to go on the block, after I just won HOH... I would be INCREDIBLY wary of that, and them. It, like you said, screams of "I have an ulterior motive, and you're involved; and not in a good way (for you)". But go ahead Frankie, do it. I wouldn't miss the pink up-do and eye glitter.
  20. So wait, this mini-series, "Dead Set", was populated by actual HGs from their (British) version of Big Brother?? Was it an actual game, like BB, or a scripted show? {I think I'm intrigued enough to look into this, now...}
  21. Not that it needed the promotion, but the reality that Derrick is controlling the game was brought into the spotlight with Rachel pretty much saying so, at the end - as her guess as to who was going to win this year's game. Preaching to the choir, sister. An aside... why was tonight the first time I've ever heard "Sisters Before Misters"?? Am I really that 'live under a rock'-ish?!
  22. Well, they say that you relive what you were doing at the time of your death, when you experience any kind of afterlife, so..........
  23. First and absolutely foremost: Cody smacking himself while he was sleeping, and then waking up all like, "WTF!?" ROFLMAO!!!! "Funniest moment of the season" winner, hands down. Now and to the end. - All the screaming and glass-shattering shrieking?! O.M.F.G. I feel like Archer, with tinnitus. - Donny is just way too good for this house. These people don't deserve to be around him. - Derrick/Frankie HOHs. *unenthusiastically cheering* Awesome!! {Can you smell the sarcasm through your computer screen??}
  24. Derrick and Frankie are the new HOHs. *siiiiiiiiiiiiiigh* Back to the BB blackout - other than the time spent in this thread - I've become accustomed to.
  25. Thanks AndreaK1041. Even though it was a LF moment, I want to share my absolute sheer humorous enjoyment of something we saw and I don't think I can except there.
