Sweetie, here I am, up in the middle of the night because I was sensible and didn't drink. I'm having one now. Are we there yet? -

Donald John Trump: 2016 President-Elect
NextIteration replied to Notwisconsin's topic in Current Events & Politics
A lot of people forget President Eisenhower's second most important warning. The GOP has increasingly been moving towards authoritarianism, it's closely tied to the rise of the religious right (oddly enough since Hitler was supposedly an atheist). -

I totally agree, he's better at chatting than anything else. I've enjoyed the panels, though not the Pence or KAC interviews. Nicolle has looked beautiful as well lately. -

I think it's Wisconsin that he cancelled, I've no idea why Cheeto Jesus thinks he can win here - except that the stupid first quadrennial high school mock election elected him here in Minnesota. No GOPer has won here since Nixon in 1972. See: Scott Walker, Governor of Wisconsin vs. Mark Dayton (uber liberal) Governor of Minnesota, also home of Senator Al Franken vs soon to be defeated Senator Ron Johnson. -

The GODS2.com Blacks for Trump guy was covered on Rachel's show the other night. It's the second coming of the Miami Yahweh ben Yahweh death cult. -

He's trying to stiff well respected Republican pollster Tony Fabrizio. As an aside, the rode hard put up wet looking campaign manager is a pollster as well. -

That Single Ladies piece was disgusting. As are most of Molly Long's inappropriate for age dances - I don't care what coast you are on, I'd have never allowed my dancer to dance that crap. Even as a senior. -

Why the hell is the Cheeto Jesus coming to my state? Seriously, we haven't gone Republican since 1972. -

I raised a hell of a lot of money online for Elwyn Tinklenberg in 2008 based on outrage against Michele Bachmann after her insane Chris Matthews appearance, it wasn't enough. So phone banking makes me feel a little better. -

Of course they are, their nasty secret investigation of the Clinton Foundation was based on Breibart beloved Peter Schweizer's bullshit tome Clinton Cash. I'm so damned stressed that I forgot why I came the thread, lol. I'm ready to punch Kornacki in the face, I can't take his gloating shit anymore - it's pretty clear that he doesn't want Clinton to win. -

Agreed. I freaked out more about my kid's 529 plans than anything in 2008-2009. They eventually came roaring back, thank goodness. I put my son's in really conservative stuff when he hit Jr year in high school so I'm not losing it about that now. I moved my my retirement to safe stuff about six months ago. I'll move it back on Wednesday if Hillary wins. Hugs, and I forgot that I initially stopped in the thread to offer up a group hug.
