Friendship is a two-way street. As others have noted, Felicity and Thea didn't even know each other personally or interact much before recently. As part of TA and as Oliver's friend, Felicity has helped Thea in the past. Thea has not done the same, but that's to be expected since Thea was not part of TA before and had no relationship to Felicity. Thea is not a child (any longer), she's an adult now. She's fought and killed (both unknowingly and knowingly). Because Oliver often treats her like a child, we may tend to see her as one and tend to think only in terms of what other people can do or should do for her. Instead of focusing so much on how or if Felicity has ever cared for or done things for Thea, how about building a new friendship between Felicity and Thea - now that they know each other personally, and as the two women who love and are most loved by Oliver - in which they each show caring and help for the other going forward.

From the twitter comments, it sounds like B @ brattyb2 arranged for the delivery of the Felicity Hershey bar to Yoko McCann at Funko. That's the fan who created some fan art pieces using Funko POPs of Batman and GA, and most recently, Captain America, all admiring a pic of the new Felicity Funko POP (see Clock Tower thread). Some fans are crazy talented and creative.

SA did another live chat on his facebook page yesterday. He'll be in Chicago on Friday & Saturday (Comic-Con), and in Brooklyn on Sunday (WWE SummerSlam): https://www.facebook.com/stephenamell WM did another brief round of answering fan questions on twitter (no spoilers): -- On what's different about how she writes Oliver this season, WM: "He tells jokes!!" -- On whether she has a fave musician that she can describe eps with their songs (like MG does with Billy Joel songs), WM: "Coincidentally my latest mix happens to be @taylorswift13 and @TheRyanAdams! Can't wait for #RyanAdam1989" -- On whether she and MG already know how S4 is going to end and where each character will be in their lives, or developed over time, WM: "Yes...we do. #NotTellingThough" From PY - worth watching this brief vid: https://instagram.com/p/6klNe7h3ER/

:) Question: Would flashbacks to Oliver & Felicity's time away be considered a non-Oliver flashback or an Oliver flashback?

ADDENDUM #1 TO SUMMARY OF S4 SPOILERS (cont'd) Damien Darhk -- On DD, WM: "He is definitely a super bad-ass, scary guy. We really were excited that we got Neal [McDonough]. We’ve had Malcolm and we’ve had Slade. If you start to break it down, they’re the villains, but they’re the heroes of their own story and you understand why they’re doing what they’re doing. Damien doesn’t have that. Damien is just pure evil. We wanted to explore that. We’ve never really done a sociopath on the show, and that’s what we’re exploring this year. That’s why we’re introducing him so fast and early in the season." (Collider article, page 19 of Spoilers thread) Curtis Holt AKA Mr. Terrific -- WM: "Mr. Terrific, or Curtis Holt, is coming, and will be played by Echo Kellum. He’s just a genius. I don’t think we’ll see him morph into Mr. Terrific this season, but he’s somebody who brings a different tone and element, more in keeping with the lightness that we’re bringing into this season. He also is one of our only other LGBT characters, and we’re excited to have that on the show to explore those things, particularly through the prism of that character and with his relationship to Felicity and the team." (Collider article, page 19 of Spoilers thread) -- MG: "It’s very reductive to call him “the male Felicity,” but he has that kind of quality... I think, to me, the real revelation of Echo’s performance is he’s another smart guy working at Palmer Tech. It would be very easy for him to come off like a knock-off Ray Palmer, but he doesn’t. He’s his own guy; his own character, and that, to me, is the part that’s really exciting." (GATV article, page 19 of Spoilers thread) Lonnie Machin AKA Anarky -- Per MG, regarding how they're tweaking Anarky, they "wanted to see the evolution of a bad guy, the evolution of a villain... This is a little bit more of an origin story, and that's why we have Alex [Calvert] booked for multiple episodes, because we're going to see the evolution. When you first see Anarky in episode 4.02, Anarky is not Anarky. He's Lonnie Machlin from the comics. And you'll see the events that will lead him to become Anarky. We wanted to really play out that origin story." (ComicBookResources article, page 19 of Spoilers thread) Liza Warner -- Rutina Wesley will be featured in a multi-episode arc. (TV Guide article, page 19 of Spoilers thread; TheWrap article, page 565 of Spoiler Discussion thread; and TVAfterDark article, page 71 of Starling City Times thread) -- Rutina Wesley will play Liza Warner (AKA Lady Cop in the comics), who will be a member of the anti-vigilante task force. (EW article, page 19 of Spoilers thread) -- Rutina Wesley's character, Liza Warner, will not be called Lady Cop on the show. She'll just be a female cop. (ComicBookResources article, page 19 of Spoilers thread) Misc. Spoilers -- Quentin now has a "Star City Metro Police" badge, confirming city's name change from Starling City to Star City. (PB tweet, page 574 of Spoiler Discussion thread) -- Per MG, the show will address why the Lazarus Pit won't be used to resurrect Tommy and Moira. (2 MG tumblr posts, page 19 of Spoilers thread) -- Per MG, they want the flashbacks to tie into the present day in a different way than they typically have in the past (where someone from the flashback shows up in the present day). They're going to try to create a different kind of connection between flashback and present day story. (ComicBookResources article, page 19 of Spoilers thread) -- Per WM, they will not depict sexual violence on the show. "We don't do sexual violence, and that's always been part of culture of show before I came on,... Ultimately it's been done so much, you can see it on almost any procedural on TV, and it's not that interesting at the end of the day. Let's try to challenge ourselves and do something in a way that doesn't glorify that. And that's the kind of challenge we present ourselves whenever the conversation goes that way. That's when we try to steer it back." (LA Times article, page 71 of Starling City Times thread) Crossovers with Flash/LoT/Supergirl -- Per MG, it's inaccurate to say that the first 7 episodes of Arrow will set up LoT. "The first 7 episodes are very much Arrow-centric. But we will return Palmer and Sara to the fold so they can be 'available' for Legends." (MG tumblr post, page 19 of Spoilers thread) -- Per AK, both Arrow and Flash are helping to set up the prequel journeys for the LoT characters. "Both Arrow and Flash are helping to set those things up, in both big ways and small ways, which is lovely... The mystery of what happened with Palmer (Brandon Routh) is playing out on Arrow. Sara Lance (Caity Lotz) will also be playing out in the first seven episodes. The Flash, we obviously have Firestorm and Martin Stein (Victor Garber) and Ronnie Raymond (Robbie Amell). And Kendra Saunders (Ciara Renee) lives in Central City in the Flash finale. Getting to know her. There's going to be a lot happening leading up to the crossover, which is serving as a [quasi] pilot for Legends." (Hollywood Reporter article, page 19 of Spoilers thread) -- "Supergirl" won't have crossovers with "Arrow" and "The Flash" on the CW, but the shows will cross-promote one another. (St. Louis Today and TVLine articles, page 71 of the Starling City Times thread) (the end)

ADDENDUM #1 TO SUMMARY OF S4 SPOILERS (cont'd) Team Arrow -- Pic of new expanded Arrowcave (known in the writers room as the Arrow Bunker) has been posted. The new lair is now a much larger space divided up into smaller spaces. MG: "There is an area for Felicity to work, there is an area for Oliver to work out, and there is a garage. There are many different places we’ll continue to discover over the course of the season that give you a sense that this thing is a bit bigger than we got used to in the first three years.” (EW article, page 19 of Spoilers thread) -- There will be a salmon ladder in the new Arrowcave. (MG tumblr post, page 19 of Spoilers thread) -- How the new Arrowcave was funded will be explained. (MG tumblr post, page 19 of Spoilers thread) -- Per SA, they've been working in the temporary Arrowcave, which is "small and dingy and dark - and actually very reminiscent of the early parts of season one before Felicity came in and installed lights" and have not yet been in the new Arrowcave yet (this was said on Aug. 22, 2015). (Video of SA panel from Chicago Comic-Con 2015, page 188 of Behind the Mask thread) -- On the TA dynamic, WM: "Dig has a huge bone to pick with Oliver when they see each other again, at the top of Season 4. We’re gonna work that out. It’s not gonna be easy. With what happened to Dig’s family, it’s really tough to buy that back, and Oliver is not gonna to be able to. Obviously, they can’t be mad at each other forever, or what are we doing? But also, in the intervening months while Oliver has been gone, Dig has, more or less, been leading the team. It’s a little bit more democratic, Speedy and Black Canary are both super bad-ass and kicking butt. He’s not happy, when he and Oliver meet again. It’s not an open-armed, “Hey, buddy, all is forgiven,” reunion." (Collider article, page 19 of Spoilers thread) John Diggle -- Diggle will have a code name to go with his new uniform, but it won't be the Guardian. MG: "We’ve always said Diggle’s comic book trajectory is Diggle. DC Comics has put John Diggle in the comics. We’re going to give him a code name out of practicality. I can’t tell you when it’s going to happen, because every time I write it, I end up taking it out, because it feels forced. I need to find the right moment for it. But we have the code name, DC’s approved it… but it’s unique to Diggle, and that’s what I like about it." (GATV article, page 19 of Spoilers thread) -- WM: "By necessity, he can’t be Diggle out in the field. I can’t tell you what the code name is, but he’s gonna have a fun, cool code name. He’ll start to embrace a little bit more of that dual identity conundrum that Oliver has been grappling with for three years now." (Collider article, page 19 of Spoilers thread) -- MG: "Dig is hellbent on finding out why his brother was targeted this season." (MG tumblr post, page 19 of Spoilers thread) Laurel AKA Black Canary -- MG hinted with "Vroom, Vroom" noises that Laurel will be getting a motorcycle this season. (CW tweeted video of Arrow cast, MG and WM at SDCC 2015, page 182 of Behind the Mask thread) -- Per WM, Laurel is a "key player in the decision to bring [sara] back from the dead." (TV Guide article, page 19 of Spoilers thread) -- Per WM, Laurel is "fully arrived as Black Canary when we come back... There's no more learning curve." But there are still struggles for her as a costumed crimefighter. "She has a secret identity; how does she grapple with that? And she's an ADA, so what kind of impact is that going to have on her decisions as Black Canary - and vice versa?" (TVLine article, page 19 of Spoilers thread) Quentin Lance -- PB: “Thanks to Laurel helping him see the light at the end of last season, Lance is back on the wagon for now, trying to keep on the straight and narrow... But that will of course be tested when Sara comes back from the dead. Because I think when your daughter’s coming back from the dead, she may not necessarily come back as quite the same person. Yeah, that’s going to be an issue for the family to deal with!’ (TVLine article, page 19 of Spoilers thread) -- On Quentin finding out that Sara is alive again, MG: "Well, he’s definitely going to find out, because the one thing that our characters do do, is they make a lot of mistakes, but they learn from the mistakes, and Laurel is not going to make the same mistake twice, of not telling Lance what’s going on." (GATV article, page 19 of Spoilers thread) Thea Queen AKA Speedy -- Thea will have a new love interest in the form of Alex Davis (played by Parker Young in a recurring role), who is a clever, ambitious young man who begins working for Oliver. (TV Guide article, page 19 of Spoilers thread; ETonline article, page 565 of Spoiler Discussion thread; and TVAfterDark article, page 71 of Starling City Times thread) -- On how we'll see the long-term effects for Thea coming back from the dead, MG: "We're really getting into that in the first half of the year. We're going to face it head on, and you're going to see it very directly. And it's become an important story point as we move forward. And then the explanation of why we haven't seen anything since 3.20 until Season Four will also be explained." Also, having a new love interest (Alex Davis) "complicates things a great deal." (ComicBookResources article, page 19 of Spoilers thread) -- Comparing Thea's journey out of the Lazarus Pit with the White Canary's, MG: "There will be some similarities because they have some very obvious parallels. They were both in the Pit, so they're going to be dealing with similar consequences. At the same time, one was dead and the other one wasn't. So it's not an apples-to-apples comparison, but there's definitely some points of comparison the two of them will have." (ComicBookResources article, page 19 of Spoilers thread) -- WM: "This year, we’ve already hinted that [Thea's] going to have some side effects from the Lazarus Pit, so she’s going to be grappling with that. And a little bit like in Season 1 with Oliver, she’s going to be dealing with this whole question of, how do I have a double life and what is that like? It will take her to some surprising places, emotionally." (Collider article, page 19 of Spoilers thread) Malcolm Merlyn AKA Dark Archer/The Magician/Ra's al Ghul -- WM: "That is the million dollar question for all of the Malcolm stuff. Does he keep his promise at the end of Season 3 to Oliver, or does he come back and jack things up? What we like about him and what we are really excited about is that he’s gotten what he wanted. He wanted to be Ra’s. He really wanted that ring and that power. He went back and forth, in terms of being allied with the team and not allied with the team, in Season 3. He was obviously playing a longer game, at that point, but he’s won that game. So, I think we’re going to see a little bit more of that Season 1 Malcolm, which was ruthless and more cunning and definitely more out for himself." (Collider article, page 19 of Spoilers thread) -- On Malcolm and DD, WM: "He has knowledge of Damien from the League, that some of our team members are not going to have. He’ll help them, in that way, but by the same token, it feels like he could ally with Damien or he could ally with the team. He is able to play both sides, and it will be interesting to see what he has in store. We’re not sure. We feel like we have a lot of options on the table." (Collider article, page 19 of Spoilers thread) (to be continued)

ADDENDUM #1 TO SUMMARY OF S4 SPOILERS (cont'd) Oliver & Felicity -- First look pic of Oliver & Felicity in S4 posted. (TVInsider article, page 579 of Spoiler Discussion thread) -- Full version scan of first look pic of Oliver & Felicity in S4 from TV Guide posted. (Soulfire post, page 19 of Spoilers thread, and wonderwall and Velocity23 posts, page 580 of Spoiler Discussion thread) -- Oliver and Felicity's apartment this season will be "familiar". (MG tumblr post, page 19 of Spoilers thread) -- Per MG, you are "going to be so happy" if you want to see Oliver and Felicity be in an adult relationship, including integrating their relationship into the lair and missions. (MG tumblr post, page 19 of Spoilers thread) -- Per MG, the impact of Oliver & Felicity's romance on the show will be "organic." For example, “body language” will more often than not take the place of more overt indicators. “Like, when Oliver and Felicity are together at her workstation, now he’s got his hand on her shoulder... It’s a difference of degrees. Basically, we’re treating them like two coworkers who started dating.” (TVLine article, page 19 of Spoilers thread) -- MG: "The relationship with Felicity is the thing [Oliver] aspires to in terms of a more postiive, healthy environment... But can [he] do it while also a vigilante? That’s going to be the two things pulling at him throughout the year." The dilemma is going to be "How do I be both? ... How [does he] do it in a way that doesn’t have [him] descending back into darkness like [he] was doing in the first three seasons?” (Zap2it article, page 19 of Spoilers thread and page 71 of Starling City Times thread) -- On Oliver & Felicity's new relationship, WM: “It’s going to be challenging... It’s going to be fun to see them maintain this relationship through the ups and downs of a lot of big challenges coming there way.” As for fans who get nervous over those issues, WM said to “hang in there, it’s gonna be a bumpy ride. We’ll see whether they weather the storm, but it’s going to be fun its going to be exciting.” (Hollywood Life article, page 19 of Spoilers thread) -- On the risk of putting the will-they, won't-they couple together, WM: “That was endlessly debated. We’re all big fans of shows like The X-Files that have big shipper elements... It just felt like the way it needed to go, they were ready for it. That doesn’t mean, obviously, [that] they’ll always be together. In these things, nothing goes smoothly in Shakespeare or on our show in the course of love, and they’re going to have their fare share of challenges, but it felt like the right time.” (Hollywood Life article, page 19 of Spoilers thread) -- On Oliver and Felicity 's status, WM: "They come back in a happy place. One of the things that we’re excited about is that we really want to explore them being together and in a good place, at the top of the season, but there are challenges. It’s not going to be easy. We’re interested in seeing how the relationship weathers those storms and how they influence the people around them." (Collider article, page 19 of Spoilers thread) -- On O/F's biggest challenges now, WM: "It’s dangerous. They’re both soldiers, essentially, just in different ways. She’s a bad-ass on her own. She’s been attacked and she’s put her life at risk. The other piece of it is, how do you maintain any sense of normalcy? Any couple that works together, I don’t know how they do that. Everything you have at home comes into the workplace. Hopefully, we’ll have fun with that, this year. If they’re having a fight, how will the team members react?" (Collider article, page 19 of Spoilers thread) -- SA: "Oliver and Felicity are fully together this year... It's good.... So often on the show we've had the dynamics of either a new relationship or a burgeoning relationship or a relationship that you think is gonna happen and doesn't. We've never really had a - aside from Diggle and Lyla - we've never really had an established relationship where we see two people interact as a team, and I feel like we're doing a good job of that this year without being cheesy." (Video of SA panel from Chicago Comic-Con 2015, page 188 of Behind the Mask thread) -- Per SA, Felicity is not the only girl in Oliver's life in season 4. (Video of SA panel from Chicago Comic-Con 2015, page 188 of Behind the Mask thread) Oliver's Flashback Love Interest [Ann] -- Oliver will have a past love interest (played by Elysia Rotaru) who will recur in flashbacks. MG: "Oliver is gonna have a love interest in the past that will serve as a parallel or potentially a contrast to his love affair with Felicity in the present." (EW article, page 19 of Spoilers thread; and TVAfterDark article, page 71 of Starling City Times thread) -- MG: "Truth be told, we really wanted a flashback love interest to contrast it with the present day love interest of Felicity." That contrast has an important role in the new season, as Oliver isn’t the man he once was. “It’s tricky with Oliver, because the Oliver of the flashbacks is very different from the Oliver of present day." Though, the show itself is also very different. MG: “Because we’re going lighter in tone in present day, we’re going darker in flashbacks. This isn’t going to be a fun, rollicking romance in the past. But it does exist to contrast what’s going on in the present... The truth is, had Oliver and Felicity not gotten together in the present, I don’t know if we would have thought to give Oliver a love interest in the past.” “I think the Olicity shippers should be happy that he had a romance in the past whose last name wasn’t Lance,” Guggenheim jokes. (Zap2it article, page 19 of Spoilers thread) -- On contrasting Oliver's love life in the past and the present, WM: "It’s to see him in a relationship in the past and a relationship in the present, and contrast where he is. The flashbacks are going to be Oliver at his darkest place, but in the present day story, he’ll be at his happiest. It will be about, how did he get there and how did those really dark moments inform his decision to maintain his faith, despite everything that’s happening around him?" (Collider article, page 19 of Spoilers thread) -- Oliver's flashback love interest, Ann, is a young woman whom Oliver becomes romantically involved with in Coast City. (4chan info, page 19 of Spoilers thread) Oliver Queen AKA Green Arrow -- The answer to Oliver's Asian tattoos will be coming up this season. (MG tumblr post, page 19 of Spoilers thread) -- Per WM, they look at S4 as "sort of a big shift for Oliver Queen's character... In this season, he's in a completely different place. He's happy, and in love!" (Hollywood Life article, page 19 of Spoilers thread) -- WM: "Oliver is in a much happier place. He has renewed faith. His returning from being a soldier of war with PTSD has all been closed off and finished, by the end of Season 3. He’s done dealing with his family’s legacy and is really looking towards what his is going to be. That’s an interesting, different place for him to be." (Collider article, page 19 of Spoilers thread) -- SA: "t's been so fun to play a more grown-up, relaxed, happy, easygoing, and yet still steely and determined version of Oliver this year. It's been really, really fun. And I think you guys are really going to like it." (Video of SA panel from Chicago Comic-Con 2015, page 188 of Behind the Mask thread) Felicity Smoak -- Per MG, the “strong, capable, funny Felicity… we know and love” will be back. (TVLine article, page 19 of Spoilers thread) -- MG: “We’re going to avoid, for as long as we can, Felicity being kidnapped.” (Zap2it article, page 19 of Spoilers thread and page 71 of Starling City Times thread) -- On Felicity getting out in the field again, WM: "It’s a challenge, just because we’ve established her as such a smarty pants who’s vital to their missions, in terms of her hacking skills. That said, we’d all love to see her out in the field. I don’t think she’ll ever be out in the field in the same way that the other team members are, but I would love to see her in action, and I think everybody on the staff would, too. There will be a little bit of that, this season." (Collider article, page 19 of Spoilers thread) -- SA: "Felicity Smoak looks sexy as hell firing a gun". (Fan tweet and video clip of SA at Nocking Point party, page 19 of Spoilers thread and page 578 of Spoiler Discussion thread) -- Felicity is not getting a code name yet, although there’s a running joke in the Arrow writers room about what Felicity’s alias would be if they were to give her one. WM: "Dig is out in the field, so there’s a necessity for [him to have one]... But not quite yet for Felicity, although you never know. We all love the idea of her getting her out there more and being a badass. It’s just a question of finding the right way to do it.” (TVLine article, page 19 of Spoilers thread) (to be continued)

I was going to wait until closer to October to post an update, but too many spoilers have come out in the past month or so... ADDENDUM #1 TO SUMMARY OF S4 SPOILERS Episode 4x01 Green Arrow -- Per MG, Billy Joel song for 4x01 would be "You're My Home." (MG tumblr post, page 19 of Spoilers thread) -- Remember, Damian Darhk (Neal McDonough) will debut in this episode. -- Remember, flashback villain Baron Reiter (Jimmy Akingbola) will debut either in this episode or in episode 4x03. -- Oliver and Felicity return to Starling City to help Thea, Laurel and Diggle when a new threat emerges in the form of Damien Darhk, the leader of the international criminal syndicate known as H.I.V.E. In flashbacks, Oliver's journey leads him to Coast City, where he clashes with a shadowy organization known as "Shadowspire" and its leader, the bloodthirsty Baron Reiter. (4chan info, page 19 of Spoilers thread) Episode 4x02 The Candidate -- Per MG, Billy Joel song for 4x02 would be "Got to Begin Again." (MG tumblr post, page 19 of Spoilers thread) -- Remember, this is the episode that will feature the debuts of Mr. Terrific (Echo Kellum), Anarky (Alexander Calvert), and Jessica Danforth (Jeri Ryan). -- Jessica Danforth is "a mayoral candidate who is deeply committed to her city and willing to risk her life to stand up for the people...a peer and an old friend of the late Moira Queen, and was once close with Oliver and Thea. She is also a mother, and cares for her daughter above all else." (DenofGeek article, page 580 of Spoiler Discussion thread) -- Oliver must protect philantrophist Jessica Danforth, an old friend of his mother Moira Queen who is running for Mayor of Starling City, from Lonnie Marchin, a psychotic terrorist-for-hire also known as "Anarky", employed by Darhk to wreak havoc in Star City. (4chan info, page 19 of Spoilers thread) -- A wealthy humanitarian and old friend of Moira Queen who decides to run for Mayor of Starling City. Jessica is deeply committed to her city and willing to risk her life to stand up for the people, but her political ambitions put her on the crosshairs of dangerous adversaries. (4chan info, page 19 of Spoilers thread) -- Jessica Danforth's daughter, Madison (played by Tiera Skovbye), supports her mother in her political endeavors and will have lasting impact in Oliver's life. It's Felicity, not Curtis, who will be involved in getting Ray back to normal size. Since Curtis will be working with Felicity at PT, I suppose it's possible he'll be helping as well, but I don't recall seeing any spoilers tying Curtis to Ray's return.

I was watching America's Next Top Model last night (by default, don't ask) and there were promos for both Flash and Arrow during that episode. However, the promos were vastly different. The Flash promo was a brand new short video clip, and they also showed the Flash logo with the return air date pop up in the bottom right corner at least twice during the episode. The Arrow promo consisted of one SA voiceover message played during the closing credits of ANTM. Just another example where more money is spent on Flash than Arrow. Keep in mind this was during the time slot that normally airs Arrow.

All the efforts, sacrifices and loss of life have been leading toward this all-out confrontation between the species." -- Per Eick, the finale features "an epic battle that's very personal and very emotional." -- Per Noah Wyle, the finale "will be satisfying for audiences to get a sense of closure. Asker anonymous asks: I've been immensely enjoying reading your posts. I noticed you used some version of how Mulder described Scully to his life to describe the relationship between Oliver Queen and Felicity Smoak. Do you have any other comparisons of these couples and how they both affect the quality of the narrative of the show? Also, if you want, can you tell us what you look forward to in the upcoming X-Files mini-series, especially in concern to the mythology and/or the Mulder/Scully relationship? I agree with # 1, 4, 5 and 7... Arrow: 10 Best Moments So Far James Hunt 18 AUG 2015 http://whatculture.com/tv/arrow-10-best-moments-so-far.php ETA: If you want a perfect example of "fan service" (something that pleases fans, but does nothing to advance the plot or develop a character), then the boxing glove arrow (# 9) is it. Oh, and is another perfect example of fan service.

This fan vid is pretty good (it's evenly distributed among all cast members, it also highlights how just about every character has cried on the show, however the video ends a bit abruptly)... Arrow | Flares Published on Aug 17, 2015, by MayTVD21
