  1. The hopeful cynic in me thinks it was a way for Jason to turn on Cujo and be on her side 100000000% and against Mooby. Which was unnecessary as he said nothing would turn him against Mooby, unless he continued to do something worse to Cujo. BLECH.
  2. I'm finally able to watch not just this show, but also Justice League/Justice League Unlimited, and the various home movies with Kevin as Bats. It was so hard, but then I got lost in the shows/movies. And then, in Superman/Batman: Public Enemies, I rewatched the extended interview with Kevin, Greg Noveck, Andrea Romano, and Bruce Timm, and the end had me bawling again.😭😭 Greg was talking about how in 30 years (this was in 2009), how this show would be the classic, and how Kevin's portrayal set the standard, and they would all be crotchety old men, laughing about it. Who knew we would lose Kevin within the next decade or so?😭 I always love to hear Greg's anecdotes where fans, at cons or online, would always ask if/when Kevin Conroy would play Bats. "Is Kevin going to play Wonder Woman? Is Kevin going to play Green Lantern?"🤣😅 God. I miss him. And I didn't even KNOW him. And then I watched JL:Doom and the vignette tribute to Dwayne McDuffie and I was bawling all over again.😭😭 And while All Star Superman was McDuffie's last work, I can't rewatch it, knowing what happens. I just can't. I don't care how much praise it has gotten; how McDuffie was able to write a 70-minute movie from the 12 issue series, and how he added the scene with Supes and Martha at Jonathan's grave. Just.Can't. Plus, the casting for Lex was HORRIBLE.
  3. I know that the scenes of Cabot Cove are actually filmed in California. I WANT to go to those cliffs! That bluff! Does anyone know where it was filmed? I'm too lazy to look it up, hee!
  4. Sorry, I had stopped watching years before this happened, so can't comment? Only to ask did Oliver have hair? That's the sticking point for me. Not only is Zende bald, but the hair texture is SO OBVIOUSLY different. I guess Show just wants us to ignore that? And I am really having a problem with calling it "sleeping with" "had sex with" when to my eyes, it was assault. Luna was not in any condition to give consent. And in what world did Zende think she would want to sleep with him? Because she was in his bed? That Luna didn't even say RJ's name during the boinking? Or Zende's? Unless it was all "oh yeah, baby" nonsense.
  5. Yes, let's rewrite history, why don't we, so that Cujo looks like the stalwart, brave and betrayed one here. Spare me with all those lamentations about sacrificing for Mooby all these years. She was a power hungry piece of trash who wanted money and, well power. I still remember her giving the word to shoot that ended up having Brenda shot. And this was BEFORE she got with Mooby. Whatever she "sacrificed" she did it with no qualms. Raising her children with open eyes in that world of violence and crime and reveling in the power it gave her. And then those moon-calf eyes toward Jason. UGH. At least he just stared and didn't say "me too" but he had to hug her. Blech. Just SHUT UP, Anna. I'm trying to see the character I once loved, but it's so hard. She finally gets an epiphany about Mooby, but the cloud and dirt is still there with Jason. My eyes could not roll HARD enough at her telling Jagger what poor, poor, waif of a victim Jason was for being put up as bait for Pikeman. And that Jagger pretty much had the beat down he got coming to him because he's being a Big Ole' MEANIE to Jason. She can take several seats. And get up when the real Anna Devane shows up. Why didn't they just stop the camera and go to commercial when Lucy kept blathering on about herself? Why didn't anyone have the guts to tell her the show wasn't about HER stupid life, but the product? I see Morgan Fairchild still likes to cake on the make-up.
  6. The way she was talking to Deacon, Steffy reminded me of that S&M Dominant who ended up being responsible for killing someone in the first season of original recipe Law & Order. She would tell her submissive, who was an otherwise influential man, what to do, what to say, what would happen, and what he had to do to make it happen during her murder trial. Of course in that show, she got just desserts. That won't happen here, I can see that. She's just like Cujo. All must kiss her ass and genuflect to her. And clearly, since she's killed before, killing Sheila wasn't traumatic at all. The way she brags that she KILLED SHEILA, it's nothing to her. I'm not seeing any affect, or that it disturbs her that she took another life, even if it was one of someone who had tried to kill her. Does anyone else on this show know about Sugar? Is that why Steffy is SO insistent it was Sheila, because they're all telling Deacon, we saw her FACE.
  7. This right here. No way would this interest me if Scotty ends up commander. Either way, Hollywood is so creatively bankrupt, all they can do is come up with revival of this, reboot of that, blah, blah, blah. And the way this show ended? HARD Pass from me regarding any reboot/revival. If I want to watch Cold Case, I'll watch the original.
  8. So let me get this straight. The drugs Luna took also affected her sense of touch? I mean, Zende has no hair. And well RJ does and the texture is different. Or are we supposed to ignore that? And good lord, who made Steffy the boss of everyone? And Finn just standing there like her puppet. All I can say about today is Carter telling Zende he should have not even touched Luna-KNOWING she loved RJ and is in a relationship with him. But the only thing I liked was seeing how HAWT Deacon looked with that scruff.
  9. I just rolled my eyes when the subject of where Diane’s paralegal was-either the actress FORGOT or the writer did-that her “assistant” was a female-that all viewers SAW. Because she told Jason that “he” was supposed to drop off papers for Jason to sign. And the assistant still has a job? Only in. GH LAND.
  10. I agree with @SoMuchTV and @Bastet. There is no need to rename the threads since they’re very straightforward and no confusion. And I also agree this poll should be in the thread that is being affected. Most often than not, posters don’t even know to come here.
  11. Yeah. April was introduced as a gold digging, shallow, schemer. I’ll grant that by the time Pam had been gone a year, her character had been redeemed and I didn’t mind her and Bobby. I remember enjoying the friendship between her, Cliff, and Bobby. I always thought April had somehow survived because Sheree remained in the opening credits till the end. Just getting through 10 was a SLOG. I tried watching 11 on Freevee, but I couldn’t do it. I think I’ll just stop and not bother getting the remaining seasons. I watched during the original run out of loyalty to Hagman and Duffy. When Linda Gray left, there was an interview with her (I’m blanking on the show) where they talked about her leaving the show, and then a clip of Larry, emotional, telling her he missed her and to come back. It brought Linda to tears and when the host asked her something she returned with “I can’t stand him” which we all knew was a lie. Till the day he died, all three-Larry, Patrick, and Linda were best friends. I think I’ll just watch the miniseries to cleanse my palate.
  12. For REALZIES. Heather’s crimes predate the stupid Cobalt poisoning. I’m telling you, it’s all a retread of Franco’s TUMAH! Nonsense. Who? Mills’ Heather never once mentioned Stephen Lars (unless I missed it in all the fast forwarding). It’s been Esmé! Esmé Esmé !🙄😒
  13. They live in the sewers and are mutants who can’t hide that they are mutants. Yes.
  14. Thanks @Dandesun! I think he appeared as an X-Man in the first or second Spidey toon. I’ve hated Emma since the Dark Phoenix saga, and it was worse in Wolverine & The X-Men. At this point, I just want to see Alex/Havok. And maybe Bobby.
  15. Let’s stop with calling what Cujo did “a risky venture”. It was FULL OUT Insider Training and it’s ILLEGAL. But Cujo didn’t give a rat’s ass. She’s a criminal herself though she she tries to coat it otherwise. GOD, I miss Robin, who wasn’t afraid to call her out on her SHIT.
  16. And that will happen when the actress decides to come back or is asked to come back.
  17. Yes, this I agree with. Though it might look like I'm contradicting myself. I'm not. Because I just LOVE Scott. Full Stop. Period. it's so very tired. And I posted the morning after I watched, so did want to mention, my surprise that Logan walked away. And one of my wishes is to see Alex and for him and Scott to meet and find out they are brothers and to become friends, even though they were beating the shit out of each other in "Cold Comfort" Like I said, I'm not familiar with the comics, like at all. And I really appreciate the comments you write, because it forces me to think and not react, which is what I tend to do! Just like soap characters! So I expect Gambit to return. Get back on that horse, Cable and FIX IT. Since they keep showing Professor X in the opening credits, and the orginal smash up with Magneto as the villain, with Mystique, Pyro, Avalanche, some bald little dude, and a Native American Dude, I'm also hoping Shi'aar medicine fixed X, and he'll come back! He did in the live movies after we saw him blowed up! So THERE! And I noticed that in the original opening credits, we had Jubilee running up to the chain-linked fence. Here? We have Roberto/Sun Spot doing it.
  18. it just seemed to come out of nowhere. He gives JR a beatdown; falls down the stairs; not breathing; then awake; then the ominous vague talk with his doctor. Unlike with Jock, who had a heart attack after his argument with Bobby. That was more organic; and you didn't have Jock acting the fool that Clayton was. I know! And who talks openly about potential evidence where those that don't have a need to know-like idiot brother file clerk-are in the room! The only funny thing about that ridiculous plot was watching the scenes with JR and that Justice Department guy-trying to get JR to admit he was offering a bribe. I watched that with my parents (this show was a Friday night staple with us) and the moment JR saw that camera and did a sudden "I'm a patriotic U.S. citizen" schtick, we all laughed so hard, because of what my dad said (in HIndi) about how JR saw the camera and then how he couldn't get out of their fast enough! By the skin of his teeth. We all cackled. I think now I just want to see Jeremy Wendell get his. I know Carter MacKay takes over West Star, but I REALLY want Jeremy to get his ass kicked. I can't remember if Carter kicked him out or what.
  19. So much THIS. And her insistence that "my CHILD!" will NOT have a grandmother. Bitch, by blood alone, Lucas IS Miss Ellie's grandchild! And what happened to doing it all on your own? And then her jealousy over Donna having the baby and, the HORRORS! Ray actually going to see his baby girl? Charlie just seemed so fickle; clinging and loving Bobby, then latching onto and pushing Ray onto her mama, etc. Bobby, who? Then that whole stupid terrorist subplot. Like the CIA ever comes to individual ordinary citizens; or that Wendell nonsense. And CIA should have arrested Mrs. Scottfield, who used Wendell's money to glam it up! It WAS her HUSBAND that torched the field. Dumb Bitch. But this subplot contradicts what others have said about Miss Ellie blindly supporting JR, or even Bobby against all others/outsiders. After hearing about Calhoun, and the consequences, she said "no more". And Clayton's acting like an idiot. He's got a fucking BLOCKAGE in his heart-so instead of listening to the doctor, he pushes himself, almost guaranteeing another heart attack/even dying. I loved the five minutes we got of Jack. I wish he had remained. He was a viable and rootable character. And Dack Rambo was so easy on the eyes. I would have loved to have seen a friendship with him and Bobby. I wonder if he worked out a deal so that he would show up in the credits, while Jenilee Harrison did not. Even for measly five minutes in each episode, he was shown in the opening credits. I do remember that in season 11 (I have to wait to watch that and the unexplained return of Katherine and why she wasn't arrested and thrown in jail for jumping bail/attempted murder of Bobby), Bobby works to get the Ewing Oil name and company back. I think Carter Mackay shows up? or is that in Season 12? Anyway, I finished watching 10 on stupid FreeVee, which, by the way, kept freezing and would stop playing, so I had to go back and resume playing. I have ANOTHER season 10 arriving today, so will put in the discs that were defective from the other one (can't return it cuz I got it on ebay-don't understand why we can't return when they're fucking defective), and hopefully, discs 2 and 3 are clean and I'll swap them out. I hate that this show is listed as available on Prime Video-it's not. Prime, to me, is the unedited, ad-free version, like other shows. NOT FreeVee! I also couldn't stand the SORAS'd Christopher. Whiny little twerp. Taking his dad's REAL gun?????!!!!!! I really liked the original baby. And the way he said "Yes!" before he was recast in the Dream Season. Omri is such a better actor than this twerp.
  20. That Paralegal should be out of a job. Never in my life have I seen anyone so irresponsible or STOOPID. My fingers got a workout with the fast forward button. Deep inside, I'm hoping Jagger is playing Cujo. But I can't have nice things, because it seems even with the return of Mulcahey, Cujo ALWAYS comes smelling like a rose. And STFU, Diane.
  21. While Gambit was definitely the MVP this week, this episode left me depressed. ENOUGH already with the STOOPID triangle. If Jean is going to be angry about Scott doing whatever with Clone, then she shouldn’t be locking lips with Logan. Makes her look quite the hypocrite. And I don’t know about the comics, but that was some revisionist bullshit about Jean leaving the cosmos for Scott and how he was distant after she returned when she was still possessed by Phoenix. The whole Magneto and Rogue was just GROSS. And way to go, Rogue, macking with that ass in front of Gambit. Oh? And realizing too late (for now) that is is deeper than skin with Remy? These writers can kick ROCKS. And why is it NOW, that Cable shows some…emotion?
