Above it says that Jordan's parents take care of their daughter but on the episode they said their daughter lives with Derek? She was freaking out that he didn't take her to the doctor and didn't know who had her. Wouldn't she know it was her parents? As much of a eff'd up situation as that seemed to be... it was really cute how Derek's roommates took on responsibility with the baby.

Did Christine take a bunch of happy pills for this season?? Her attitude seems to have done a 180, at least for this episode. She was laughing and smiling 99.9% of the episode and even her and Kody were pretty snuggly on the couch during their TH's. I was honestly shocked at Mykelti's drawings...it's one thing to do that as a hobby and think you're awesome..... but you go to school for that... specifically.....one would think a school would help them stylize their drawings. Although I look back at my 'portfolio' I took to college to try and get an art scholarship. I'm a little embarrassed at the stuff I had but obviously that's what college is for...so maybe she will find her way.

The Human Beings Known as the Arnold-Klein Family

That's what my cousin did with the two kids they adopted. However I recently watched a documentary about the challenges of adopting children and this family adopted a teenage girl (or close to teenage) and they ended up changing her name (and she was russian and didn't speak english at all) and I thought that was kinda weird. They also adopted a set of twin boys who I thought were maybe 4-5 but holy cow they knew some bad language for being that old and all 3 were very angry that their names were being changed. I can't remember what happened with the boys, but with the older girl they called her by her original name at home but at school she was known by her american name and i think later on her family (and herself) called her by a nickname that was a combo of the two so i guess it came to a positive compromise. -
I also hate sales like that but I've heard a lot that you can make more money at a garage/yard sale that way because people will offer more than what you had originally planned to mark it for.

S02.E13: We Have Manners. We're Polite.

I googled the minute I finished season 2 and what I read was mid-2015. Whether there's anything truth to that, I don't know but it seemed pretty reliable. -
Anyone notice how it seemed that Erin and Chad were absent when Alyssa announced she was pregnant? I didn't see them in any of the shots but seems weird they wouldn't have been there

I just watched both seasons in the past 3 days (yay vacation) I'm glad this finale didn't have a cliff hanger. I finished season 1 at like 12:30 am and then cursed out the tv that I had to stay up longer to watch season 2 ep 1 Awhile back I watched a tv show about real life cancer patients that died. It was basically about them dying. Some cancer drugs can do a number on your body/appearance so Rosa's older appearance didn't seem that off to me. I also wish they would get rid of the daya/Bennett storyline. It's boring. -
Thank GOD Erin got rid of her high baby voice. I was so happy to hear that she actually has a normal voice.
-
I'm sure Will knows that when the camera people are around he can get away with a lot more and test the boundaries even more than normal. Kids are pretty smart like that.

I think they live on a corner lot and if that's the case they likely didn't have much of a backyard even if they opted to go without the pool. If you have a corner lot and want any sort of a backyard you really need to purchase a double lot. I used to think I wanted a corner lot until I realized how little of space (and privacy) you have for a backyard. Which I guess is great if you hate mowing. -
Did I just read that if your toddler child is upset and crying at the doctors office that you're essentially suppose to tell them to shut up and deal with it.....?
-
You'd be surprised.....my brother had 2 kids with a worthless drug addict and it took him 6 years after the first incident to finally send her packing back to her parents to deal with. After my first nephew was born a wedding was planned and cancelled one week before. That was the first out of I don't know how many times she was kicked out of the house. And I love my 2nd nephew to death but that was a time he couldn't keep it in his pants apparently.

I miss Twisty :( I'm ok with him being gone because honestly his scenes gave me a lot of anxiety but I still miss him! I tried to explain why Mordrake took him to a friend of mine and it's kind of hard to explain but I totally understood why. It all happened when Twisty was explain why he did "good" things and then we were shown why they were really evil and bad. He said he saved that boy from his mean parents (he killed the parents and kidnapped the boy) - then he got the boy a nice good looking babysitter (he killed the girls boyfriend and kidnapped her) and I can't remember the rest... but Twisty was so psychotic that to him, what he was doing was suppose to be nice and sincere when in reality it was beyond evil. But he wasn't being evil to be evil (like Dandy). His soul was still pure. Or something like that.

Ma Petite was a 'pet' before she was sold for Dr Pepper. Elsa took off her pretty little "chain" to "free" her. So we don't know what kind of life Ma Petite left but since she smiled so big when she was bought I gather it maybe wasn't so nice.

Bill likely put off stuff with his back for valid (to him) reasons. they went through TWO adoptions... getting them both settled in... then Jenn had cancer.... still trying to get kids settled in.... he likely felt his back was not a priority or told himself it wasn't as bad as he knew it was. That's not uncommon for people to do.
-
But for tv show purposes they are suppose to pretend those people don't exist. Yes we know they are there... but in normal circumstances they are not. And likely the crew is probably told "don't intervene"
-
Will also could have been in a bad mood at the time they asked him that question. I have very frequently witness little kids answer in a negative response to anything they are asked if they are being moody about something else or are pouting. Most adults can run after the kid and stop the car. It's a little bit harder for Jen and Bill to do that. A regular sized adult can probably stand in front and stop it from moving. Jen would probably get run over.

Didn't Daya and Brett's mom spend time together watching Cassidy when Daya first got there? I thought Brett's mom was there for like a week or something (or maybe just a couple of days?)

We don't know if he really didn't make any friends. If Will is truly worried that it's an orphanage situation and he doesn't think at some point he will come home, he may just be saying he hasn't made friends in hopes that he won't have to go back.
-
I was going to question this as well - we were never told what age group Will was put into. Just because they are in different rooms does not mean they are in different "ages". My cousin has a set of twins who started preschool this year. They both have different teachers. My cousin was worried that they would freak out not being together all the time. Preschool's aren't like they used to be - when I went it was at a church and there was one class and one (maybe 2) teacher. Now they're like mini-schools. Thank you for clearing that up - I was the one who asked. I must not have been paying attention much. I'd like to know where Will learned the "don't touch!" "mine!" vocab. is that normal? I'm used to seeing kids be very territorial about stuff they think is there's but not sure I've experience one be that aggressive about it.
-
To me it seemed that Jenn was in the pantry and Will was in there with her? Or maybe I wasn't watching very closely. Pretty sure kids not listening are just a normal fact of life at that age. I know my nephews were like that, the one is currently in that stage, the other one is older and DOES listen now. But when my oldest nephew was in that stage it was a constant battle of "can you have that??" with him telling me yes and that his dad said he could when I had just heard his dad say 5 min earlier that he could NOT have it. Yea i forgot about his back. So they are mostly likely in the high chairs for all meals now. (or at least were until the surgery happened)
-
We've seen them sit at the regular table in booster seats. I think the high chairs are just for quick meals: breakfast and lunch. Last season all dinner meals were at the dining table and they were not in high chairs. And since they can get in them themselves I think it just makes it easier. I believe Bill had to put them both in and out of the boosters at the dining table.

I am incredibly jealous that Jenn and Bill could fit in those cars. I always wanted one when I was younger and I would take one now if I could fit in it and I'm 32 lol And "normal" kids get those cars too. My nephew got a "harley" motorcycle one when he was like 3 or 4 and that stupid thing was nearly $400 and my parents bought it for him and they aren't anywhere near the income bracket of what these guys make. (but the thing did last forever though, my youngest nephew was still riding it when he was 4 and he's 5-6 years younger than the nephew that originally received it)

I thought the same thing... or I did think "who stole matt rolof's design?" lol You have to take into consideration at what point in the childs' lives that they were adopted. Will was already speaking when he was in an orphanage and it wasn't english. Zoey on the other hand was not - so for her it's likely much easier to catch on more quickly because she didn't have to be re-taught a language. I also though that Jenn didn't want to cause a scene over the gold fish because of the cameras. I'm sure if Will would have thrown a tantrum people would have been complaining that Jenn allowed him to do that on film and how embarrassing that will be to him in the future. or something like that.... And at least it was goldfish and not candy.....

They were trying to be sneaky with it!! It was a brand new "intro" image for them. I'm a graphic designer so I can pick out photoshopped things pretty easily.
