I was supposed to be out tonight, but my plans got canceled, so here I am, hating myself.

She’s gonna say it again tonight before she leads the group on a trek to Felicity’s grave at which time she will reveal that eight years ago she was also acting coroner and personally embalmed Felicity’s definitely dead body herself, and then triple confirmed with the cemetery that her body was def still in the coffin when it was lowered into the ground.

She’s one of a team, and so far hasn’t done anything awful with Felicity. If it becomes clear she doesn’t like Felicity in the writing, then you should worry, but I wouldn’t write everyone else off because she handles herself like a sensitive baby on Twitter.

I think the person who posted the 8 years thing on tumblr-if that’s true-probably took that info to mean that she really is dead because 8 years is a long time to fake it, so it’s not necessarily made up. If she is really dead - anything is possible - I’ll be surprised because they revealed it in an ep where she was told to use her big brain to solve a problem, and then participated in a ruse to do that. And again, anything is possible, but I suspect if she is still alive they’ll throw a few details in (like her being dead 8 years) to make it seem really real so it would be all the more ~shocking when it turns out she’s alive.

Why would EBR be leaving? Unless Felicity’s been dead for 20 years, she’s still going to be in the present storyline.

IDK, maybe. If that’s the case why kill her off at some fixed point in the future instead of in the present? If that ~spoiler about her being dead for 8 years 20 years from now is true what would they do for the rest of the series? Maybe she got some blowback because she’d been teasing that she knew what was happening but didn’t share so people were prepared for it?

Well, if people like Tonya think the fandom has wanted her dead for a long time, maybe they are that stupid. LOL. I don’t want her dead, but if she is at least I will be released from my prison, Tatsu!

I don’t know how anyone could know for sure at this point. If they were told by a cast member I wouldn’t trust it because of Beth and her no spoilers crack down. And they’ve only fully shot 10 episodes so far and can’t have written more than 16 (and of those 10 at least I’m pretty sure all signs would point to her actually being dead because that’s what they want us to believe, unless there’s a MSF reveal to the contrary).

Maybe she has her own Stan helping her out, sneaking through the secret tunnels to plant the clues she gives him/her. :*)

I would be really surprised if she cared. She’d probably love that so many people got all spun up about it.

Oh, LOL. I thought that’s what you meant by “moment of glory.” My bad! Oh, I didn’t think they would dig up her body, haha. I just meant that’s what it would take for me to believe it. Man, if someone other than Felicity is sending those clues I’m gonna need to see a break in the chain of custody of that hozen and proof that whoever set it up knew that Felicity loved puzzle-in-a-puzzle Rubik’s cube. Her kid is the only option I will believe. If it’s 14 PhD Curtis, I’mma be mad for multiple reasons.

A flash-forward flashback?! They’re gonna need to show me an actual Felicicorpse for me to believe she’s gone, LOL. Like, pull a Laurel digging up Sara sequel. I think it was because Dinah lives, is still somehow vigilante-ing, and has a protege (I bet she loved the Zoe pin scene). I would hope even the densest of people would realize that parallel ~love stories with one part of a ship with two different love interests running at the same time wouldn’t work (but, then again, some people involved with this show are not smart).

She will outlive is all.

Especially Dinah, who they showed is completely useless in the present and in the future.

What I like most about this is that the story thus far has implied that O/F abandoned him over 8 years ago and he has never once been curious enough to put all that tech genius to work and look for them to see why (or if he has, the track was so well covered that only Felicity could’ve been responsible - and if that’s the case then he at some point was just like “LOL nvm”). I also like that a tech mogul’s disappearance didn’t somehow make the news either (assuming she “abandoned” him and “died” at two different times considering he was abandoned and doesn’t know she’s dead).

I don’t know. Nothing about it really makes much sense (and we should probably not expect it to). If it is true I’m disappointed that the rift between her, Oliver and William has been THAT long.

Yeah. The author comments on the writers finally giving fandom what they wanted (Felicity’s death - the comment linked to her dying on LoT), when they least expect it. It wouldn’t surprise me if she agreed with every word in the article (obviously, given the tweet she liked), but I don’t think tweeting it out was a great decision, LOL. I think she just likes the adulation of ~her work.

I don’t think they’re on another earth. Beth said we’d see how their decisions in the present affect the future.
