I think he could be Clayborne's son and also someone whose face we would (or will) recognize, either because he has been on the show or will be on the show under a different name. Otherwise there wouldn't be any point of still keeping his face covered and his voice distorted.

Arrow was always fond of its retcons, but this is the first season that actually feels like a standalone, with parts of the show's canon carried forward and "improved upon" or embellished to fit plot beats. Anyone who keeps watching should expect things to not really make sense based on the show's own canon or what was done before. They aren't even really sticking to that anymore.

Is there any info that there's a triggering event other than Shady Susie sucking Oliver's post-murder sorrow away? I thought the "all-in" wasn't necessarily anything other than Oliver deciding to actually date her. I figured they'd just been dating in the background. I'll laugh if after that kiss there's just been a period of nothingness between them that picks up in this ep or the next. Get a clue, Susie!

That's likely since he goes into pretty much every situation guns blazing and randomly shoots people at will. This show would probably do exactly that.
