  1. Lol. I think it depends...I bet for some people it was the jumping off point into a better, stronger high. I also think just about ALL of them have some prior issue that drove them straight to that same stronger, better high. WOOT! Yep! A&E’s Emmy® Award-winning and critically-acclaimed docuseries "Intervention" returns to the network for an all-new season on Sunday, March 22 at 9PM after a one-hour special covering the first 10 years of the groundbreaking series at 8PM ET/PT,” In the one-hour “Intervention 10th Anniversary Special” preceding the new season premiere, original interventionists and production crew look back on memorable moments in series history and discuss its impact on pop culture. The premiere episode will feature heroin addict Jessica from Springfield, Illinois who is living in an abandoned house on the west side of Chicago with five other addicts. Here's the season premiere clip: http://www.aetv.com/intervention/video/new-season-preview
  2. Lol. If you notice when they showed her purses on the show (on a wall rack of some sort), one of them had knockoff Fendi "FF" fabric...( I am a designer bag addict hence my noticing it :)) Forget getting arrested for polygamy....how bout copyright infringement? LOL. Exhibit A:
  3. Yep they did....it's called cash the check & toss the boxes in the trash. :) Yes. This part makes me ill.
  4. Title should be : "Annoying sisters never STFU." :) OMG I wanted to throttle them along with the jeweler.
  5. Reviving this thread because Supernanny is now being shown on the "UP" channel .....and because my BP skyrockets to death level while watching these horrendous children. Lol.
  6. She was the shitty "manager" of the Crookston Inn. Episode: "Crappy Management". http://www.tv.com/shows/hotel-impossible/crappy-management-3051996/
  7. I agree that the parents were responsible for her obesity early on but when does someone say: "Ok, I'm an adult...enough." You don't get to 700lbs. (that's a FT job of eating) because of someone else. She is also responsible.
  8. He's just like James' mother who wore a fast food shirt to an appt. I mean it had burgers & fries on it. NO LIE. WTF. Here ya go: INSANITY.
  9. The no shoes thing was another WTF moment for me too. OMG she went to the therapist with no shoes too!!!!!!! GAG.
  10. I know its horrible but if I was 700 lbs., the LAST thing I'd be wearing is a short sleeve shirt & a knee length skirt.
  11. 10 minutes in & I'm already in WTF mode.
  12. Yep. Now he's had a taste of the limelight & all those things are beneath him...He's just like Kate at the end of the day.
  13. Omg right? She's been like this from day one. Ugh. I'd go insane with her.
  14. Couldn't agree more..... especially the Bold. When she said so casually: "I mean I don't have knees anymore..." I was in complete WTF mode.
  15. RIGHT? Dear God in heaven...I love ya Tara but for the love of all that is holy.....just say NO to that dress.
  16. I couldn't agree more! She's a bed bully. #FreeEdgar 3 stores & coupons? Bitch, get up, get out the door & lug thy truck size arse to do the shopping. I mean what's she gonna do if someone said the magical word "NO"? Lose 400 lbs...that's what.
  17. Yes!. As a professional dance teacher, I couldn't agree more. She's teaching more of a Zumba class than a classical dance class. And her dance moves? Just no. Thats not formal dance training. At. All.
  18. He did seem nice & I agree,at least he had some happiness towards the end. Life/fate/destiny is a strange thing isn't it?
  19. Yes, absolutely! It can produce itself in other ways too...addiction, alcoholism. Growing up is hard enough as it is...living in chaos whether is be clutter, filth, abuse it just makes things worse.
  20. My fav past episode was Henry. Man! Was he good or what? Looked like a different person at the end. He was motivated & in charge. I did want to dope slap his family eating fast food right in front of him while trying to recover...not to mention they weren't lightweights themselves. Ugh. UPDATE: OMG just finish Henry's episode & its says he DIED?????!!!!!! OH NO. Looks like he was the driver in a crash (he had a medical episode) that resulted in an accidental fatality as well as 17 injured. He died a year later. Poor thing. http://www.khou.com/story/news/local/2014/07/22/11894962/ https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=385548168211768&id=179819672117953
  21. I was more mentioning the overall conditions of the home. Not necessarily cleaning...I mean run down really, old, stained, etc. Depression non cleaning is something else all together. I'm sure people are selected based on their inability to psy for GBP on this show but you never see someone going home to recuperate in their single family with the white picket fence. And yes, Im sure some of it goes hand in hand...
  22. I say this with love (also I dont know the depths of "keep house cleaner") :) I grew up in a semi messy (not filthy)- though very cluttered house. It fucked with my head for years...well into adulthood. Please do it for your daughter if nothing else.
  23. Is it me or does anyone else notice that most of these peeps have such nasty beds? Or homes for that matter?
