I love Anne. She is a freaking GEM!

I'd like to add that some Allison fans have been a bit dismayed with her attitude and spotlight hogging also. I don't remember her being so unlikable on SYTYCD.

I don't know what her form will look like, but I can promise you that Mark can choreograph a not-raunchy rumba. He did one with 17 year-old Shawn Johnson that was beautiful and sweet and still one of my favorite rumbas ever. I do think it's weird that they would assign it to them when the show is perfectly fine with skipping other dances throughout the season. Why not a waltz instead? Shawn and Mark Rumba I watched that video to see if it was the correct one and I forgot how cute and funny Shawn and Mark were together. When I see Mark like that, I realize why Anna says he's the best guy and kindest of all the male pros.

Ugh. I thought we were finally done with the Jennifer and Daniel on-off BS. So effing tired of it. I will never in a billion years believe that a guy like Daniel - who loves the ladies - would fall for a piece of bland toast like Jennifer AND be okay with her fucking jealousy rages when he's seen with another woman. Plus it's obvious that he likes it rough and I'm thinking Krazy Kristen is all about the rough stuff. Brady is the dumbest moron on Planet Earth. Theresa better not be pregnant with his baby. Brady does not need to contribute to the gene pool. His special brand of stupid douchery needs to die with him.

This is something that I've wondered about. He said it would be very dangerous and that's why Hope couldn't contact him and vice versa. So does anyone know where he is and would they notify Hope if he had been killed? I think John Black knows but he's too busy being all up in Brady's business (and yes, in a coma) to find out.

You know what would lighten the mood? If Days would introduce that old soap trope - the murdered person's ghost haunting all the mourners and making appropriate facial expressions at their guilty confessions. Yes, that's right. EJ's Ghost needs to make an appearance. Doesn't matter if he's not really dead - they can always write around that. JJ's pot got into the water system, Stefano released a hallucinogenic gas into the atmosphere, EJ is pretending to be a ghost using a Super-Duper Dimera Drug, whatever, I'm easy. Or if he's REALLY a ghost - maybe Sami could leave the show with EJ's ghost and they travel the world together. Just Sami, the kids, and EJ's ghost.

Eve was so entertaining when she was droning on and on to the bored nurse about her singing career and how awesome she was and then Dr Dan showed up to lecture her about JJ and I went into a coma again. The nurse knew what she was doing when she hightailed it out of there.

The scenes with Hope and Ciara really surprised me. I figured that Ciara would have a huge tantrum, but instead, she was very adult in her understanding. The part where she started to take off Bo's jacket was a nice touch. Hope gets on my nerves at times, but I think she's a great parent. Bo is an idiot.

Agreed. She's another one that sucks as an actress - straining to achieve the proper facial expression for the scene. I can just FEEL the effort. And why Paige has her for a best friend, I do not know. I don't remember any of my friends ratting me out to my mom or judging my choices or dissing my boyfriend to my face. Behind my back, yes, of course. That's understandable. Everyone does that.

I was thinking the same thing. However, I don't think Sami is much for self-reflection. I think AS is doing a great job, but I could buy Sami's overwhelming grief more if she hadn't been plotting EJ's destruction just a week or two ago. It's all rather...sudden for me. The girl that plays Jordan is one of the worst actresses I've ever seen on a soap. Just painfully bad. I like NuChad and I don't want him paired up with such a shitty actress. Can't she hook up with Brady so I can just fast-forward? And while I'm griping - I am really frigging sick of the JJ/Paige/Eve drama. If JJ gets accused of raping Paige, I'm going to be PISSED. You don't inherit some kind of rapist gene. Ugh! And guess what Mary Beth? It's none of your effing business if Paige sleeps with JJ. Get a life, you dumb cow.

Ralph Macchio didn't deserve the criticism he received - I have no idea what that was about. Same for Apolo Ono when he was paired with Karina. There were rumors that Chaz Bono was difficult and unwilling to rehearse and I think the judges knew that.

Every season there's a celebrity that gets an awful pro or a bad edit or assigned the "loser" role no matter how they perform and you can see the excited, happy look fade out of their eyes. Jonathan is that celebrity this season. I just want to give him a big hug and tell him it isn't his fault.

Yeah, I liked Theresa with Brady back when I thought they might help each other out with their mutual problems, but enough is enough. Brady is a nasty piece of work and Theresa can do better. Brady needs to marry his vodka.

I think several of the pros have made it all about them at one time or another, but they quickly clue in that mugging at the camera and hogging the spotlight won't win them fans. The worst are the pros that overdance their routine and jeez louise, Mark is really guilty of that. For me, what's really bad about Allison is that she's committed the unforgivable sin of making herself very unlikable. I was a fan, but I must admit I'll be giving her the ol' side-eye in the future. Bless Mark's heart with his spats and circus costumes and giant beards and gorilla suits. There's never been a pro so enthusiastic about embracing the absurd. Now that he's not such a jerk anymore, I kinda feel fond of him and his obsessions. lol

That's one thing about GG/Rafe that I like - he really knows how to bring the "who cares what you think" when it matters. He endeared himself to me forever when he refused to fawn over Abigail. Her look of outrage gives me a nice glow whenever I think about it.

caprice, my dad had an extended hospital stay once and when the surgery was over, the heavy sedation they kept him on for over a week gave him constant hallucinations. He knew he was hallucinating as he told me about the birds flying around the room and the people in the corner that weren't there and he was SO CALM and all I could think was I would be screaming my head off 24/7 if I were seeing things that weren't there! ESPECIALLY CLOWNS! **shudders** And why anyone would think dressing up as a clown would be considered romantic, I do not know. However, I would have paid good money if Dr Dan had dressed up as a clown when John came out of his coma.

As a CLOWN?! While she was doped up?! I would absolutely lose my shit if a clown came in to my room and started singing while I'm hallucinating. That must have been in the days before clowns became so horrifying. lol

Neil Degrasse Tyson studied ballroom?! WTF?! One more reason to love him! I would like to see him on the show but I hesitate because I don't want his coolness tainted by the current DWTS.

fishcakes, I don't post much here anymore but I just have to tell you how much I enjoy your posts. Your story about Laura crushing the high school competition is brilliant. I definitely see the parallel between her and Allison. I agree that Allison is not trying to diminish her partners, but she just can't help herself - when that camera is on, everybody better LOOK OUT cause it's ALLISON TIME!! What I want to know is when Len is going to call her on it because he rode Lacey's ass ragged when she first started - constantly saying how she wasn't the star, Lance Bass was the star. When the hell is someone going to say that to Allison?

I think her lack of personal responsibility is what bothers me the most. She threw her team under the bus when she's the one at fault. Also, the business about knowing that she's fine and not a risk. There are people out there who are saying not only should she be fired, but her medical license should be suspended. I'm all for not getting too worked up about Ebola in the US but I also realize that if someone is exposed, they need to keep their ass inside and away from other people. Abigail is a Drama Queen - everything that happens revolves around her and how she feels about it. Sami's pain over EJ is NOTHING compared to Abigail's. Just like when Nick was killed, Abigail was overwhelmed by grief, so ravaged over his death that she would stare at the spot where he was murdered. Nobody understands her! Nobody knows how deeply she feels! Nobody! She's the Drama Queen and she rules the Land of Special Snowflakes.

The worst ever was Kristen's neon yellow beach robe dress that she seemed to wear for weeks.

I thought it was just me. It's been a long time since I've actively hated a soap character this much. The last one I can remember is Reva Shane and she finally drove me off Guiding Light for good.

Excellent idea JaneDigby! And when Stefano dies they can flashback to all his women and then all his children with a little caption underneath saying when and how they died and was it because of Stefano. I mean, hell, if they are going to do flashbacks, why NOT entertain us?

She should DEFINITELY be fired from NBC. It's inexcusable. I can see where someone who is struggling to make a living might try to leave quarantine, but can't Nancy hire someone to fetch her dinner for her?
