I'm willing to give the show a shot just because I like MW. There had to be something in the initial script that attracted him to the show. I doubt CBS was forcing him into another show so quickly.so we have to believe it was his choice. The show's direction will depend largely on who is the actual showrunner more so than the producers as long as they let the professionals do their job.

Sending Tony off with Ziva is lazy writing. I know it fulfills the fantasy of every woman who secretly dreams of a handsome man pining away for her..but come on Next week NCIS-NO has a mole in their ranks, NCIS-LA has been fighting a mole all season, and of course we have a mole at the mothership. Either it is the same person for all 3 shows or NCIS is the dirtiest law enforecement/intelligence agency in the US.

There has been plenty of hints that Tony is ready for a change but now they are making whatever happens in the last episode seem like an implusive decision. I wish next week was a 2 hour episode. I have a feeling they are going to cram so much into an hour that we are going to lose the Tony focus. I can see the producers saying to themselves "lets kill Ziva off" since they have to be tired of hearing fans whining about Ziva being gone. This way she is over and done with. She didn't endear herself to them by the manner she left in the first place and her recent comments put all the blame on them. She conviently forgot that she was demanding a salary on par with MW a person who was clearly 2nd lead, had been on the show since day 1, and did the lion's share of publicity for the show.

Diane Neal made insulting tweets about the NCIS-NO production people. She hasn't been on either show since.

The newbies weren't too bad. If that last scene is what leads Tony to quit...I quit.

Mark and Antonio were out of synch several times...overall it seemed like a lot of posing..

Leaving the way he came in....well that could mean Yankee White as the first official episode, harken back to Ice Queen the pilot episodes from Jag, or how he came to NCIS from Baltimore. Right now I am choosing to believe he leaves to go to another agency or a new job.

Killing off Ziva would almost be fun. Can you imagine the reactions of the people still holding out hope she returns. But I would hope they wouldn't overshadow Tony's departure with that

They can't kill Fornell...they just can't. Wasn't Jimmy supposed to play a prominant roll in the outcome of this season? Considering how little he has been in the show this year, he'll have to have a major step-up in the last couple of episodes

Poor Edgar...Sig will not be happy when he sees this segment esp if the guys hadn't already told him. I like the new Capt and the BrennaA...He's not a drama queen and he seems to make sound decisions. It looked like his deckhand may have actually dislocated the rib. CM...some guys never get past 12. Of course I have a feeling most of the boats' crews would have had the same reaction too

Don't kill Toby!!!! They've been building towards it all season and last week got a major dose of it but this episode it seemed like they went out of their way to highlight the Gibbs-McGee relationship. I missed Tony though..he just brings a lightness to the show that Tim doesn't have. I don't care if its acting,,,military family reunions always get to me he saw a muddy footprint. If they make Tony the mole I will never watch the show again!

I wonder if there was no mention of a pregnancy simply because they haven't decided what they are going to do about it yet. The renewal for next season was announced in late March, does anyone know when they wrapped filming. I'm thinking they left everyone is a happy place because they didn't know the future of the show. Tye White was a good choice to play Aiden. It is easy to picture him as Sam's son.
